"ABSTRAK
Keberadaan airtanah memegang peranan penting untuk kelestarian lingkungan. Salah satu masalah pengelolaan airtanah di cekungan airtanah Jakarta adalah mempersiapkan simulator pengelolaan airtanah pada cekungan airtanah Jakarta. Tujuan membuat simulator pengelolaan airtanah pada cekungan airtanah Jakarta adalah mampu mensimulasikan berbagai kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan kontur muka airtanah sehingga kebijakan yang akan dikeluarkan terkait pengelolaan airtanah Jakarta dapat diukur sebelum kebijakan itu dilaksanakan seperti penurunan dan kenaikan muka airtanah sebagai imbas kenijakan pengambilan dan konservasi airtanah. Simulator pengelolaan airtanah mengacu pada cekungan airtanah Jakarta bukan pada batas kota administrasi Jakarta. parameter input untuk pembuatan simulator pengelolaan airtanah Jakarta terdiri dari: kondisi batas horizontal dan vertikal, kontur tanah dan muka airtanah, kondisi inisial, head secara umum, head spesifik, parameter hidrolik akifer seperti konduktivitas hidrolik, specific storage, spesific yield, sink and source, seperti sungai, danau, sumur termasuk didalamnya sumur imbuhan maupun pengambilan airtanah. Hasil test run menunjukan simulator dapat memproduksi kontur yang sesuai dan dapat memvisualisasikan respon kebijakan yang mana merupakan proses hidrodinamis yang terjadi pada cekungan airtanah Jakarta.

ABSTRACT
The presence of groundwater plays an important role preserving the environments. One of the main problem in Jakarta groundwater basin management is providing groundwater basin simulator. Objectives of making groundwater basin simulator are simulating various policies related with groundwater contour so that policies result can be measured before the policies are implemented such as decreases and increases groundwater level as the impacts of groundwater extraction and groundwater conservation. Groundwater basin simulator refer to Jakarta basin which is different with administrative area of Jakarta City. Parameters input in modflow simulation for run test Jakarta groundwater basin simulator consist of boundary condition both horizontal and vertical boundary, land elevation contour , initial condition, general head, specific head, groundwater aquifer parameters such as hydraulic conductivity as well as specific storage yield, sources and sink such as rivers, lakes, wells which are included of recharge and discharge. The run test for simulator able to produce the appropriate contour and able to visualize the response of the policy which is a hydrodynamic process that occurs in the Jakarta groundwater basin."

"Demak is one of regency are placed in Central Java which has a problem of fresh water availability. The insufficient of water have been recognized in some parts of the region, such as Banyumeneng in Mranggen district. The problem of fresh water in this area is caused by sea water trapped in sedimentary material during sedimentation process, so the trapped groundwater character is brine or brackish. One of the alternatives to overcome water problem is delineated of the prospect area for exploiting of groundwater. The ground investigation activity is to get information about the geology, hydrogeology and subsurface geophysical characteristics which are needed to identification of groundwater aquifer. To obtain those targets are topographic measurement in 1:5000 scale maps, geology and hydrogeology mapping, measurement of soil radioactivity and geoelectrical resistivity are conducted. Based on observation, analysis, evaluation and discussion were identified the exixtence of potential confined aquifer that happened at the layer sand that is trapped in the impermeable layer of clay, with distribution direction East-West. Potency of aquifer with thw best condition, there are placed on BYM-16 and BYM-05 with the physics characterized in Sand-1 in the resistivity 16-22 ohm m to depth 125-150 m and Sand-2 in the resistivity 11-16 ohmm depth 25-30 m. "
