Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara general self-efficacy dan resilience dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) serta efektivitas dari intervensi 'Self Improvement Program' dalam upaya meningkatkan general self-efficacy dan resilience. Responden penelitian berjumlah 38 orang AoC volunteer di PT X. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara general self-efficacy dengan OCB (rs = .557, p < .01). Resilience pun terbukti memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan  OCB (rs = .553, p < .01). Selanjutnya, peneliti merancang intervensi yang tepat untuk menangani masalah organisasi dengan memberikan 'Self Improvement Program' kepada 5 orang sampel AoC. Berdasarkan hasil uji perbedaan antara sebelum dan setelah intervensi diberikan, terdapat perubahan skor yang signifikan pada general self efficacy (Z = -2,023, p < .05), resilience ( (Z = -2,023, p < .05), dan OCB (Z = -2,023, p < .05). ......Aims of this study are to determine the relationship between general self-efficacy and resilience with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the effectiveness of the "Self-Improvement Program" intervention to optimize general self-efficacy and resilience. The respondents of this research consist 38 volunteer agent of change at PT X. Results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between general self-efficacy and OCB (rs = .557, p < .01). Resilience also shown have a positive and significant relationship with OCB  rs = .553, p < .01). The intervention was design to solve organizational problems by giving the 'Self Improvement Program' to 5 samples of AoC. The difference test results demonstrated a significant score change in general self-efficacy  (Z = -2,023, p < .05), resilience ( (Z = -2,023, p < .05), and OCB (Z = -2,023, p < .05).

Saat ini masih jarang penelitian yang membahas konstruk general self-efficacy dalam konteks psikologi industri dan organisasi. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 102 karyawan yang bekerja di sektor industri kreatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Readiness For Change Scale oleh Hanpachern (1997) dan New General Self-Efficacy Scale oleh Chen et al (2001). Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara optimisme dan general self-efficacy (GSE) pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di Universitas Indonesia (UI). Optimisme didefinisikan sebagai ekspektasi atau pengharapan yang bersifat umum pada seorang individu, bahwa hal-hal baik akan terjadi dan hal-hal buruk hampir minim akan terjadi di masa mendatang. GSE didefiniskan sebagai persepsi dan belief individu tentang dirinya sebagai orang yang mampu untuk melakukan beragam tugas dalam berbagai macam situasi secara efektif pada konteks yang luas. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 250 partisipan mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di UI dengan menggunakan dua buah kuesioner, Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) untuk mengukur optimisme dan General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) untuk mengukur GSE. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara optimisme dan GSE (r = 0.263, p = 0.000) pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di UI. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi skor optimisme individu, maka semakin tinggi pula skor GSE. ......The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between optimism and general self-efficacy (GSE) among students of Bidikmisi Scholarship at Universitas Indonesia. Optimism was defined as „„the generalized outcome expectancies in individuals that good things will happen in the future and bad things will be minimal”. GSE was defined as “individuals‟ perception and belief in their tendency to view themselves as capable of performing task demands across variety of different situations effectively in a broad array of contexts”. Two questionnaires, Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) measured optimism and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) measured GSE, were used to obtain data from 250 students of Bidikmisi Scholarship at Universitas Indonesia as participants. The result of Pearson Correlation Test indicated positive and significant correlation between optimism and GSE (r = 0.263, p = 0.000). The result explained that the higher score of optimism, would be followed by higher score of GSE.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan general self-efficacy dan readiness for change pada tenaga medis dokter yang bekerja di rumah sakit swasta yang memberlakukan kebijakan BPJS di wilayah JABODETABEK. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 101 orang yang bekerja sebagai dokter di rumah sakit swasta yang memberlakukan BPJS di Jakarta dan Bekasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan alat ukur New General Self- Efficacy oleh Chen, et al. (2001) dan Readiness for Change Scale Hanpachern (1997). Adapun teknik pengolahan data menggunakan Pearson Correlation. Hasil yang didapat adalah terdapatnya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keduanya dengan r = .403 (p < .01) two tailed. Hal ini berarti bahwa pada rumah sakit swasta yang memberlakukan kebijakan BPJS, semakin tinggi general selfefficacy seorang dokter, maka semakin siap mereka untuk menghadapi perubahan.
This research was conducted in order to explore the relationship between general self-efficacy and readiness for change among private hospital?s doctors in JABODETABEK. The participants on this research were 101 doctors that worked in private hospital that legalize BPJS as one of their service on Jakarta and Bekasi. This research was a quantitative research that used New General Self-Efficacy Scale by Chen, et al. (2001) and Readiness for Change Scale by Hanpachern (2001) as the measurement. The result shows that General Self-Efficacy is positively and significantly correlated with Readiness for Change with r = .403 (p < .01), two tailed. The result shows that the higher the General Self-Efficacy, the higher will the Readiness for change be.

Perilaku seksual berisiko merupakan perilaku seksual yang dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti kehamilan, aborsi dan penyakit menular seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dan general self-efficacy dengan perilaku seksual berisiko. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 92 partisipan remaja di Sekolah Master Depok yang diseleksi dengan teknik quota sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah The Parental Care Style Questionnaire, New General Self-Efficacy Scale dan Sexual Risk Survey: Instrument Development and Psychometrics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku seksual berisiko remaja dan general self-efficacy dengan aktivitas seksual. Untuk menangani masalah seksual remaja, perlu diadakan program kesehatan reproduksi yang tidak hanya ditujukan kepada remaja, namun juga orang tua dan masyarakat. ......Risky sexual behavior is sexual behavior which cause various negative impacts such as pregnancy, abortion, and sexually transmitted diseases. The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation between parenting style and adolescents? sexual behavior, as well as general self-efficacy and adolescents? sexual behavior. Design of this study was descriptive correlative. This study included 92 participants of adolescent in Sekolah Master Depok which were selected by quota sampling technique. This study used The Parental Care Style Questionnaire, New General Self-Efficacy Scale and Sexual Risk Survey: Instrument Development and Psychometrics as instruments. The result showed there were a significant correlation between parenting styles and adolescents? sexual behavior, also between general self-efficacy and adolescents? sexual activity. To overcome adolescents? sexual problem, it is recommended to implement reproductive health programs not only for adolescents but also parents and community.

Persaingan antar perusahaan saat ini sudah semakin ketat dan perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat hubungan dua faktor individu, yaitu general self- efficacy dan organizational mobility preferences terhadap komitmen afektif pada karyawan swasta. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 143 karyawan swasta yang bekerja di berbagai sektor industri di wilayah Jakarta. Komitmen afektif diukur menggunakan Affective Commitment Scale, New General Self-Efficacy Scale digunakan untuk mengukur general self-efficacy, dan organizational mobility preferences diukur dengan Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara general self-efficacy r = .21, p < .05 dan komitmen afektif serta hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara organizational mobility preferences dan komitmen afektif r = - .37, p < .01 . Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa individu dengan general self- efficacy yang tinggi memiliki komitmen afektif yang juga tinggi. Sebaliknya, individu dengan organizational mobility preferences yang tinggi memiliki komitmen afekktif yang rendah. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa organizational mobility preferences ? = -.34, p < .05 memiliki pengaruh lebih kuat terhadap komitmen afektif dibandingkan general self-efficacy ? = .12, p < .05 . Pembahasan dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya didiskusikan.
Today, the competition among companies are tighter, and companies need employees with high organizational commitment. This research aims to examine the relations between two individual factors, which is general self efficacy and organizational mobility preferences, with affective commitment of private employees. Participants of this research are 143 private employees who work in various sectors in the Jakarta area. Affective commitment was measured using Affective Commitment Scale, general self efficacy was measured by New General Self Efficacy Scale, and organizational mobility preferences measured using Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale. The result of this study proves that there is a significant positive correlation between general self efficacy r .21, p .05 and affective commitment, and also a significant negative correlation between organizational mobility preferences r .37, p .01 and affective commitment. It implies that people with high general self efficacy also have high affective commitment. In contrast, people with high organizational mobility preferences have low affective commitment. This research also found that organizational mobility preferences .34, p .01 had stronger impact to affective commitment than general self efficacy .12, p .05 . Discussion and suggestion for further research are discussed.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat peran keberfungsian keluarga terhadap individu dewasa muda di situasi pandemi COVID-19. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan non-eksperimental. Peneliti mengumpulkan data secara daring melalui yang berisi alat ukur keberfungsian keluarga (FAD) dan alat ukur (GSES). Partisipan penelitian merupakan 411 individu usia dewasa muda, laki-laki dan perempuan dengan rentang usia 18 - 25. Berdasarkan analisis statistik regresi berganda, keberfungsian keluarga secara signifikan dapat memprediksi dewasa muda pada masa pandemi COVID-19 Ditemukan pemecahan masalah dan komunikasi merupakan dimensi yang berperan signifikan. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan pada situasi pandemi COVID-19, keluarga dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan komunikasi yang efektif untuk memengaruhi...... This study aims to examine the role of family functioning on general self-efficacy of young adults in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Researchers used quantitative and non- experimental research. Data collected online through google form that contained family functioning measurement tool (FAD) and general self-efficacy measurement tool (GSES). Participants were 411 young adult, male and female with an age range of 18 - 25. Based on multiple regression statistical analysis, family functioning significantly predicts the general self-efficacy of young adults during the COVID-19 pandemic . It was found that problem solving and communication are dimensions that play a significant role. Therefore, it is hoped that in the COVID-19 pandemic situation, families can function well, have effective problem solving and communication skills to influence the general self-efficacy of young adults.
