"[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas sifat altruisme yang telah dikemukakan oleh Emile Durkheim danditemukan dalam kasus bunuh diri di Jepang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuijelas atau samarkah sifat altruisme yang muncul dalam kasus bunuh diri sebagai unjuk rasaprotes di Jepang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis kuantitatif.
