"Pelaporan kegiatan pengadaan dan penyaluran obat dilaksanakan setiap 3 (tiga) bulan sekali melalui sistem e-Report, sedangkan pelaporan obat mengandung NPP dan OOT dilaksanakan setiap bulan melalui sistem e-Napza. Pelaporan ini dilakukan sebagai bukti pelaksanaan kegiatan yang menyediakan seluruh informasi terkait mutasi obat, sehingga memudahkan proses pengaturan dan pengendalian jika diperlukan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah agar mampu memahami dan melaksanakan proses pelaporan obat melalui sistem e-Report dan obat mengandung NPP dan OOT melalui sistem e-Napza. Pelaporan obat menggunakan sistem e- Report dilakukan melalui web http://pbf.binfar.kemkes.go.id dengan mengisiformat template excel yang tersedia dalam web, lalu melakukan upload pelaporan. Jika terdapat data pelaporan yang ditolak, harus diperbaiki sesuai keterangan alasan penolakan laporan, lalu melakukan upload pelaporan kembali. Jika semua datasudah diterima, maka dapat melakukan pengiriman laporan. Pelaporan obat mengandung NPP dan OOT menggunakan sistem e-Napza melalui web http://enapza. pom.go.id dilakukan setiap bulan sebelum tanggal 10. Saat akan melakukan pelaporan, harus memilih nama obat yang akan dilaporkan, dan mengisi data sesuai format template CSV yang tersedia pada web, jika format sudah sesuai maka dapat melakukan pengiriman laporan.

"ABSTRAKPedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) adalah perusahaan berbentuk badan hukum yang memiliki izin untuk pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran obat dan/atau bahan obat dalam jumlah besar sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) selama 2 (dua) minggu bertujuan untuk membekali calon apoteker agar memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, gambaran nyata dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan farmasi di bidang distribusi farmasi. Selama praktik kerja berlangsung, Apoteker mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip Good Distribution Practices(GDP)dan penerapan nyata dalam distribusi farmasi dan mengerjakan tugas khusus yaitu melakukan pelaporan obat golongan psikotropika dan prekursor melalui E-NAPZA. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah agar mahasiswa mengetahui proses pelaporan psikotropika dan prekursor melalui E-NAPZA yang dilakukan setiap bulannya oleh distributor.

During the Praktik Kerja Apoteker (PKPA) in duration of 2 weeks, the pharmacists had the opportunities to know the applications of principals of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and the real-time applications of pharmacy distribution while completing the special task that is to report the psychotropic drugs and precursor through E-NAPZA. The goal of the special task is that the students know the monthly process of reporting psychotropic drugs and precursors report done by the distributors."

Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk proses pencampuran bahan obat dengan mixer, dilengkapi dengan sistem pembersihan dan pencucian di tempat (CIP) dan dengan sambungan pipa uap yang digunakan untuk melakukan sterilisasi di tempat (SIP). Sistem SIP Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 diharapkan mampu bekerja sesuai parameter yang ditentukan dan memberikan hasil sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, yang dibuktikan melalui kualifikasi kinerja. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah mampu memahami parameter kualifikasi kinerja dan melakukan penyusunan laporan hasil kualifikasi kinerja Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 pada fasilitas produksi injeksi hormon PT Harsen Laboratories. Kualifikasi kinerja Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 yang berada di fasilitas produksi injeksi hormon PT Harsen Laboratories dilaksanakan dengan parameter Pengujian Heat Distribution Empty Chamber yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensor suhu thermocouple dan Kaye validator, serta Uji Indikator Biologi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Indikator Biologi berisi Bacillus stearothermophillus. Laporan kualifikasi kinerja memuat hasil dan kesimpulan dari seluruh pengujian yang dilaksanakan, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja sistem SIP pada Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 memenuhi persyaratan sterilisasi yang telah ditetapkan.
