ABSTRAK
Whistleblowing policy is considered as an effective technique in an investigation audit that is useful for the organization to avoid losses due to fraud. However, employees who intend to report fraud encounter ethical dilemma. Whistleblowing is a behavior that respects honesty, but is also a behavior that can possibly compromise organizational loyalty. The objective of this research is to analyze factors influencing whistleblowing intention of financial managers in school organization by understanding the action based on decomposed theory of planned behavior (DTPB). Data were collected through questionnaires that were distributed to financial managers of school organizations, particularly principals, vice-principals, administration heads, treasurers, and financial administration employees of public senior high schools, vocational high schools, and Islamic high schools in Malang City. Research population comprised of 214 persons. Response rate was 89.72%, or there were 192 questionnaires that were duly completed. The analysis method employed was multiple regression. Two independent variables were observed in this research, namely self-efficacy and controllability, while only one dependent variable was examined, namely whistleblowing intention. Result of the research shows that self-efficacy and controllability have positive effect on whistleblowing intention, entailing that whistleblowing intention of employees will increase when they possess selfconfidence and strong intention to conduct whistleblowing.

...... This present study assesses stigma in Indonesian context and examined the effects social influence toward expression of prejudice through moderation of social norm clarity and perceived controllability stigma. Results from373 female college students aged between 19-22 years old showed that social influence has direct effect on expression of prejudice and social norm clarity was proved to moderating the effect of social influence on expression of prejudice. On the other hand, perceived controllability was not proved to be the moderator.

This book proposes, for the first time, a basic formulation for structural control that takes into account the stochastic dynamics induced by engineering excitations in the nature of non-stationary and non-Gaussian processes. Further, it establishes the theory of and methods for stochastic optimal control of randomly-excited engineering structures in the context of probability density evolution methods, such as physically-based stochastic optimal (PSO) control. By logically integrating randomness into control gain, the book helps readers design elegant control systems, mitigate risks in civil engineering structures, and avoid the dilemmas posed by the methods predominantly applied in current practice, such as deterministic control and classical linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG) control associated with nominal white noises.

This book focuses on fractional calculus, presenting novel advances in both the theory and applications of non-integer order systems. At the end of the twentieth century it was predicted that it would be the calculus of the twenty-first century, and that prophecy is confirmed year after year. Now this mathematical tool is successfully used in a variety of research areas, like engineering (e.g. electrical, mechanical, chemical), dynamical systems modeling, analysis and synthesis (e.g technical, biological, economical) as well as in multidisciplinary areas (e.g. biochemistry, electrochemistry). As well as the mathematical foundations the book concentrates on the technical applications of continuous-time and discrete-time fractional calculus, investigating the identification, analysis and control of electrical circuits and dynamical systems. It also presents the latest results. Although some scientific centers and scientists are skeptical and actively criticize the applicability of fractional calculus, it is worth breaking through the scientific and technological walls. Because the “fractional community” is growing rapidly there is a pressing need for the exchange of scientific results. The book includes papers presented at the 9th International Conference on Non-integer Order Calculus and Its Applications and is divided into three parts: Mathematical foundations Fractional systems analysis and synthesis System modeling Seven papers discuss the mathematical foundations, twelve papers address fractional order analysis and synthesis and three focus on dynamical system modeling by the fractional order differential and difference equations. It is a useful resource for fractional calculus scientific community.
