Abstrak :
Bencana iklim telah menjadi topik diskusi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir; jika urgensi perubahan iklim tidak ditangani, itu adalah skenario yang tak terhindarkan yang mencakup keruntuhan alam global. Tesis sarjana ini berkonsentrasi pada desain bangunan multi-hunian campuran dengan kepadatan menengah di kota Perth pada tahun 2043 dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan ruang dan komunitas yang inklusif secara radikal dan sadar lingkungan. Pengembangan proyek ini didasarkan pada analisis data dan statistik terbaru, serta proyeksi skenario masa depan terkait kondisi demografis, lingkungan, dan iklim di Perth, Australia Barat, dan negara bagian secara keseluruhan, tempat lokasi bangunan ini berada. Selain itu, diharapkan proyek ini akan menunjukkan posisi perspektif ilmu arsitektur dalam fenomena perubahan alam ini sebagai metode penanggulangan keadaan bencana iklim dengan memanfaatkan cadangan air, pelestarian flora dan fauna, dan aspek psikologis dari klien. ......Climate catastrophe has become a topic of discussion in recent years; if the urgency of climate change is not addressed, it is an inevitable scenario that includes global natural collapse. This undergraduate thesis concentrates on the design of medium density mixed-use multi-residential buildings in the city of Perth in the year 2043 with the intention of creating spaces and a community that are radically inclusive and environmentally conscious. The development of this project is based on analysis of the latest data and statistics, as well as projections of future scenarios regarding demographic, environmental, and climatic conditions in Perth, Western Australia, and the state as a whole, where this building site is located. In addition, it is anticipated that this project will demonstrate the position of the perspective of architectural science in this natural change phenomenon as a method of coping with the climate catastrophe circumstances by utilising water reserves, the conservation of flora and fauna, and psychological aspects of the client.

The situations that require this kind of help are many : an accident, a medical diagnosis negative, the loss of a loved one, an economic setback, but also the consequences of abuse, suicide attempts, natural disasters, terrorism. The so-called crisis intervention, that is, the psychological support in emergencies, can be practiced by doctors, educators, operators of emergency or volunteers in counseling centers, everyone should know how to move in conditions of intense emotional distress for victims. [Conceived of as an empowering alternative to inpatient treatment and traditional community programs, mental health consumer-run organizations--CROs--offer consumers a hands-on stake in their own recovery. A growing evidence base suggests that CROs are a particularly effective form of self-help, with randomized trials demonstrating CRO participants experience improvements in personal empowerment, social integration, and well-being. Consumer-Run Mental Health explains their methods and analyzes their efficacy. A robust theoretical framework synthesizes diverse perspectives to illuminate behavioral processes that contribute to recovery and the dynamics of CROs in creating environments that promote recovery. Data from the author's studies of CRO participation highlight consumer perceptions of the benefits of their involvement. An in-depth ethnographic study examines participant’s lives inside and outside the organization. Abstrak :
During the past decade or more, there has been a rapid evolution of mental health services and treatment technologies, shifting psychiatric epidemiology, changes in public behavioral health policy and increased understanding in medicine regarding approaches to clinical work that focus on patient-centeredness. These contemporary issues need to be articulated in a comprehensive format. The American Association of Community Psychiatrists (AACP), a professional organization internationally recognized as holding the greatest concentration of expertise in the field, has launched a methodical process to create a competency certification in community psychiatry. As a reference for a certification examination, that effort will benefit enormously from a comprehensive handbook on the subject.;
