Abstrak :
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak partisipasi CoP terhadap kinerja individu, komunitas, dan organisasi, dan mengetahui bentuk partisipasi CoP yang paling memberikan manfaat pada organisasi PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengirimkan kuesioner ke para pegawai di 10 area perusahaan yang menghasilkan 238 buah data. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa CoP memberikan manfaat kepada individu, dan kepada komunitas serta organisasi secara tidak langsung. Sementara itu, bentuk partisipasi yang paling memberikan manfaat adalah diskusi hambatan pekerjaan, diikuti dengan diskusi kisah sukses pekerjaan. Satu bentuk partisipasi yaitu diskusi pengembangan karir tidak terbukti dapat memberikan manfaat secara signifikan.
......This research aims to evaluate the impact of CoP participation for individual, community, and organization pperformance, and to find the types of participation providing most benefits to PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang. The data were collected by sending questionnaires to the employees in 10 company areas, which resulted as much 238 copies. The collected data were processed with Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research showed that CoP proved to provide benefits for individuals and to the community as well as the organization indirectly. Moreover, types of participation that provides most benefits to performance are work barrier discussion, followed by success story discussion. However, career development discussion has not been proven to give benefit to organization.
