Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik perawat dengan kepuasan kerja Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Tk.II Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Tk.II MOh. Ridwan Meuraksa pada bulan Mei 2015 dengan sampel berjumlah 77 orang. Analisis hubungan menggunakan uji fisher exact dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaji, hubungan teman kerja, persepsi, kebijakan mempunyai hubungan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Instalasi Rawat Inap RS Tk.II Moh. This study aims to determine the relationship between the Characteristics of nurses and job satisfaction at the Hospital Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa. This type of quantitative research with cross sectional method using questionnaires. The study was conducted at Hospital Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa in May 2015, with a sample totaling 77 nurses. Analysis of the relationship using fisher exact test and logistic regression. The results showed the part of characteristic such as salary, the relationship between nurses, perception and the last is wisdom and job satisfaction has a significant relationship. The Hospital should care and improve the nurses job satisfaction and job satisfaction in order to increase quality of service.

Abstrak :
Moda getar dan frekuensi natural yang merupakan karakteristik dinamik suatu sistem struktur, terbentuk berdasarkan properti fisik serta konfigurasi dari tiap komponen penyusun suatu sistem struktur. Sehingga perubahan karakteristik dinamik berarti juga perubahan pada properti fisik ataupun konfigurasi sistem struktur. Sehingga berlandaskan dari ide ini, dikembangakan suatu metode identifikasi lokasi dan tingkat kerusakan dengan memanfaatkan perubahan pada karakteristik dinamik. Pada penelitian ini salah satu metode tersebut ditampilkan, dan dilakukan beberapa simulasi dengan metode tersebut. Metode ini mampu memberikan hasil yang akurat untuk penentuan lokasi kerusakan, namun untuk penentuan tingkat kerusakan terdapat beberapa kekurangan, yaitu dibutuhkannya data modal yang cukup banyak serta besarnya kerusakan dan banyak elemen yang diidentifikasi secara simultan memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap keakurasian hasil dari penentuan tingkat kerusakan. Selain itu untuk identifikasi tingkat kerusakan, disimpulkan bawah lokasi elemen dan fungsinya memiliki andil terhadap baik atau buruknya hasil identifikasi.

Modes of vibration and natural frequencies are the dynamic characteristics of a structural system, which are formed by the physical properties and the spatial configuration of each component in a structural system. By this definition, a shift in each value of the dynamic characteristics means also that changes happen in the physical properties or the spatial configuration of the structure. Based on this idea, some methods to identify structural damage based on dynamic chracteristics are developed. In this research one of these methods is presented, and some simulations are carried out. This method is capable to identify the damage?s location with high accuracy, but there are some weaknesses on how the method identify the severity of the damage, such as; the method requires large number of modal data to identify damage severity on several elements and the amount of element identified with this method will affect drasticly the accuracy of this method. In addition, based on the simulation, the location and the function of the element identified, also affect the accuracy of the damage?s severity identification method.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan persepsi antara konsumen pria dan wanita yang berbelanja di ritel modern, yakni hipermarket, terkait karakteristik toko yang penting bagi mereka ketika memilih tempat berbelanja keperluan rumah tangga atau kebutuhan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan pada satu kali periode pengambilan data (single cross sectional). Peneliti menggunakan metode non-probability sampling, yakni jenis purposive sampling, dalam mengumpulkan 163 responden, baik yang sedang berbelanja atau pernah berbelanja di Hypermart Depok Town Square. Total responden ini terbagi dengan proporsi yang sama rata, yakni 82 pria, dan 82 wanita. Dalam melakukan pengolahan data, peneliti menggunakan uji beda t-test (2-tailed) dengan dibantu software IBM SPSS Statistic 20. Hasil penelitian ini menjawab dua dari sepuluh rumusan masalah yang peneliti ajukan, yakni terdapat perbedaan persepsi antara pria dan wanita terkait promotion and specials, dan availabity of advertised products. Untuk variabel karakteristik toko lainnya, pria dan wanita menunjukkan tingkat kepentingan yang tidak berbeda. ......The purpose of this research is to investigate the differences in male and female consumer relating to their perceived importance level of store characteristics, which influences them in selecting the store for grocery shopping. This research would also like to prove that the level of importance male respondents has over store characteristics are lower than female respondents. This research uses single-cross-sectional descriptive approach as the research design, and uses purposive sampling method for sample collection. Total 163 respondents are deliberately divided into two categories, male consumers counted for 82 respondents, and the rests 81 are female. This research use t-test (2-tailed). In doing so, researcher utilized software IBM SPSS Statistic 20. The results indicate only two from ten proposed research-problems have been successfully proven, which are related to promotion and specials, and availabity of advertised products. For the other store characteristic variables, male and female consumers show no differences relating to their perceived important level.
