ABSTRAK
Dalam sebuah bisnis, terdapat dua faktor yang memiliki peran penting yaitu store image dan customer satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Store Image terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada Pengunjung Cutie Cats Cafe Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yang telah mengunjungi Cutie Cats Cafe yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode non-probability yang menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Sederhana. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Store Image memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada Cutie Cats Cafe Jakarta dan ponder experience merupakan dimensi dari Store Image yang paling berpengaruh.

ABSTRACT
In a business, two factors play the most important role, naming store image and customer satisfaction. The objective of this research is to analyze the Store Image that can effect the Customer Satisfaction at Cutie Cats Cafe Jakarta. This research uses quantitative approach and uses 100 sample as a basic criteria sample respondent who have visited the cafe using non probability methods that use purposive sampling. The instrument of this research using a questionnaire and analyzed using simple regression. The research is analyzed with SPSS 23.0 software. The result from this research present that store image has a positive influence towards customer satisfaction on Cutie Cats Cafe Jakarta and the ponder experience is the dimension of the store image of the most influential.

Gliclazide merupakan obat antidiabetik yang memiliki kelarutan rendah dalam air, sehingga memiliki bioavalaibilitas yang rendah. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan sistem mikroemulsi minyak dalam air o/w untuk meningkatkan kelarutan Gliclazide. Studi solubilisasi dan uji disolusi Gliclazide dalam mikroemulsi menggunakan saponin dari ekstrak daun Kumis Kucing Orthosiphon aristatus Blume Miq sebagai biosurfaktan, telah berhasil dilakukan. Fase minyak yang digunakan adalah Palm Oil. Pembuatan mikroemulsi dilakukan dengan metode titrasi dengan memvariasikan perbandingan surfaktan dan kosurfaktan dan perbandingan minyak terhadap campuran surfaktan-kosurfaktan. Karakterisasi mikroemulsi diamati dengan turbidimeter, mikroskop dan PSA. Solubilisasi dan disolusi Gliclazide diamati dengan UV-Vis dan FTIR. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu, perbandingan surfaktan terhadap kosurfaktan 8:2 dan perbandingan campuran surfaktan-kosurfaktan 10:1 merupakan kondisi teroptimal. Solubilisasi gliclazide dalam mikroemulsi sebesar 1.6 mg/mL. Uji disolusi dilakukan secara in-vitro, pada pH 1.2 Gliclazide terdisolusi sebanyak 17.49 dalam 2 jam, sedangkan pada media pH 7.4 Gliclazide terdisolusi sebanyak 98.84 dalam waktu 5 jam. ...... Gliclazide is an antidiabetic drug that has a low solubility in water, so it has low bioavailability. To improve the water solubility of gliclazide, used oil in water microemulsion system. In this study, solubilization of gliclazide in microemulsion that emulsified by saponin based surfactants from Cats Whisker Leaf Extract Orthosiphon aristatus Blume Miq has been investigated. The used oil phase is Palm oil. Preparation of microemulsion was conducted by titration method with various ratio of surfactant and co surfactant, and ratio of oil with surfactant co surfactant mixture. Characterization of microemulsion was observed using turbidimeter, microscope, and particle size analyzer PSA . Solubilization and dissolution of Gliclazide was observed by UV Vis spectrophotometer and FTIR spectroscopy. The optimum condition of microemulsion formation was resulted with ratio of surfactant to co surfactant at 8 2, and ratio of surfactant co surfactant mixture to oil at 10 1. The resultof optimum gliclazide solubility in microemulsion system was obtained as 1.6 mg mL. The dissolution test using in vitro method showed dissolution result 17.49 under condition of pH 1.2 within 2 hours, and 98,84 under condition of pH 7.4 within 5 hours.

Skripsi ini membahas kebijakan Customs Advance Trade System (CATS) dan implementasinya melalui system Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) sebagai salah satu upaya dalam mendukung kelancaran arus barang di KPU Tanjung Priok. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan merumuskan kebijakan publik turut memperhatikan ketepatan dalam identifikasi masalah yang akan dipecahkan. Pencarian dan pengembangan ide kreatif guna mengurangi permasalahan khususnya dalam kelancaran arus barang. Serta menyarankan keterlibatan pihak yang terkait dalam bidang ekspor-impor dari segi IT. ......The focus of this study is the policy of the Advance Customs Trade System (CATS) dan the implementation of Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) as an effort to support supply chain of goods at KPU Tanjung Priok. This study is a descriptive qualitative research approach. The results also suggest formulating public policy attention to accuracy in identifying the problem to be solved. Search and development of creative ideas to reduce the problem, especially in goods supply chain. And suggesting the involvement of stakeholders in the field of export-import in terms of IT.
