"Ketergantungan zat pada remaja merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat perkotaan dengan prevalensi tinggi di Indonesia. Berduka dapat menjadi efek yang timbul akibat hospitalisasi dari penyelesaian ketergantungan zat. Karya ilmiah ini adalah analisis dari penerapan asuhan keperawatan berduka disfungsional akibat dari hospitalisasi pada remaja dengan ketergantungan amfetamin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa asuhan keperawatan berduka disfungsional dapat diberikan kepada klien untuk menyelesaikan setiap fase berduka. Fase berduka akibat hospitalisasi yang tidak selesai dapat mengganggu proses pemberian program terapi pada klien dengan ketergantungan zat. Hasil tersebut menyarankan pemberi asuhan meningkatkan dukungan dan melibatkan support system secara optimal."

"Penelitian ini meneliti tentang motivasi ex-user untuk tetap bersih dari narkoba. Jumlah subyek pada penelitian ini adalah empat orang. Kriteria subyek adalah seorang ex-user yang sudah menjalani minimal 5 tahun bersih total dari narkoba, hal ini berdasarkan metode tehnik purposive sampling yang digunakan penelitian ini. Tehnik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan interview dan digali lebih dalam dengan probing. Tinjauan pustaka yang dilakukan penelitian ini mencakup teori-teori dan penelitian-penelitian tentang persepsi, motivasi dan goal setting. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, pengenalan masalah yang dihadapi pada periode masih tergantung pada narkoba waktu dulu dapat merubah persepsi subyek tentang narkoba dan persepsi diri. Kondisi tersebut meningkatkan motivasi mereka untuk menjaga diri tetap clean dari narkoba. Perubahan persepsi yang terjadi pada ex-user dapat membantu mereka untuk menetapkan dan memantapkan tujuan yang mereka ingin capai, hal ini memotivasi diri mereka untuk tetap bersih total dari narkoba.

The aim of the study was to investigate ex-users? motivation due to keep their self clean from drugs relapses. Ex-users? perception and goal setting had been tested regarding their motivation in facing drugs? addiction and craving after their processed 5 years life clean without drugs. The study categorized as qualitative study, used purposive sampling method and interview collected data. They were 4 participants in the study. Perception, motivation and goal setting research had been reviewed from previous study. The study found that perceptions change toward drugs influence and enhance participants? goal setting. These were increase participants? motivation. These were also increase participants? health care behavior in maintaining self motivation and goal setting to keep them self clean forever from drugs."

Tesis ini membahas pengaruh penambahan aditif pemodifikasi gesekan serbuk MoS2 ukuran 1 5 m dengan jumlah mulai 0 05 0 1 0 5 1 dan 2 berat dan ukuran 90 nm sebesar 0 05 0 1 0 5 pada minyak lumas dasar mineral HVI 60 terhadap karakteristik gesekan dan perlindungan keausannya Aditif ukuran 90 nm dan minyak lumas dasar dicampur dan diaduk menggunakan magnetik stirrer selama enam puluh menit pada suhu 50oC setelah itu dimasukkan ke dalam ultrasonic homogenizer selama satu jam sedangkan aditif ukuran 1 5 m pada suhu 75oC tanpa menggunakan ultrasonic homogenizer Campuran yang dihasilkan diuji karakteristik gesekan dan perlindungan keausannya menggunakan mesin uji four ball dan mesin uji SRV Analisis dilakukan pada material bola uji menggunakan optical emission spectroscopy OES goresan permukaan bola uji menggunakan scanning electron microscope SEM dan minyak lumas sisa pengujian dengan alat uji rotating disk electrode RDE Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan aditif meningkatkan perlindungan keausan dengan dosis optimal sebesar 0 1 berat dengan rincian ukuran 1 5 m perbaikannya sebesar 23 dan ukuran 90 nm sebesar 11 Pengamatan permukaan goresan menunjukkan mekanisme keausan terjadi secara adesif dan abrasif Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pembuatan minyak lumas untuk aplikasi tertentu dengan mutu yang lebih baik

This thesis discusses the influence of MoS2 friction modifier FM addition in the form of powder with two different mesh sizes i e 90 nm and 1 5 um on the friction and wear characteristic of HVI 60 base oil The variation of MoS2 were 0 05 0 1 0 5 weight whereas MoS2 1 5 um were 0 05 0 1 0 5 1 and 2 weight MoS2 additive 90 nm was mixed with base oil and stirred with magnetic stirrer for 60 minutes at 50oC and homogenized in ultrasonic homogenizer for 1 hour For the MoS2 1 5 um the additive was mixed with base oil and stirred with magnetic stirrer for 60 minutes at 75oC without using ultrasonic homogenizer Friction and wear characteristic of these mixtures were tested using four ball and SRV test rig Ball specimen surfaces were analyzed by using optical emission spectroscopy OES "Penyalahgunaan obat terlarang di kalangan remaja/pelajar dewasa ini merupakan masalah yang sangat kompleks. Karena tidak hanya menyangkut pada remaja atau pelajar itu sendiri akan tetapi juga melibatkan banyak pihak baik keluarga, lingkungan tempat tinggal, lingkungan sekolah, serta aparat hukum, baik sebagai faktor penyebab, pencetus maupun yang menanggulangi. Agar keluarga/orang tua dapat mencegah tindakan penyalahgunaan NAZA yang kemungkinan dilakukan oleh putra-putri mereka, maka orang tua/keluarga perlu dibekali pengetahuan tentang NAZA. Tujuan survei ini untuk mengetahui pengetahuan orang tua murid SLTP tentang jenis, bentuk, cara penggunaan serta ciri-ciri fisik pengguna NAZA.
Survey ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif analitik yang bersifat cross-sectional untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan orang tua murid SLTP tentang NAZA pada sekolah terpilih di Kotamadya Depok. Pengetahuan orang tua murid terhadap jenis, bentuk, cara penggunaan dan ciri fisik anak pengguna NAZA seperti Minuman Keras, Kelompok Sedatin (Pil BK/Magadon/Rohipnol), Ganja/mariyuana, Opium (Heroin/putaw), Amphetamin (Ekstasi/sabu-sabu) serta Kokain masih sangat rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari sekitar 33.3% diantara orangtua murid hanya mengetahui paling banyak 2 dari 6 jenis NAZA tersebut. Ada 26.5% orangtua murid yang tidak tahu bentuk minuman keras, 49.6% tidak tahu bentuk Pil BK/magadon/rohipnol, 44.4% tidak tahu bentuk Ganja, 62.4% tidak tahu bentuk Heroin, 57,3% tidak tahu bentuk Ekstasi dan 75.2% orang tua murid tidak tahu bentuk Kokain.
Pengetahuan terhadap cara penggunaan NAZA, 13.1% orang tua murid tidak tahu cara penggunaan Minuman Keras, 57.6% Pi1 BK/Magadon/Rohipnol, 44.4% Ganja, 62.6% Heroin, 68,7% Ekstasi dan 78.8% tidak tahu cara penggunaan Kokain. Sedangkan pengetahuan orang tua murid terhadap ciri-ciri fisik anak pengguna NAZA sebagian besar responden tidak dapat mengetahuinya dengan baik. Sebagian besar orangtua murid memperoleh informasi tentang NAZA melalui media majalah/koran atau televisi dibandingkan dengan penyuluhan maupun seminar."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai regulasi pengendalian produk tembakau yang
berlaku di Indonesia dan di Singapura. Setelah membahas mengenai regulasi
pengendalian produk tembakau yang berlaku di Indonesia dan di Singapura,
dibahas pula mengenai perbandingan diantara regulasi yang berlaku di kedua
negara tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif, dimana
penelitian ini membahas obyek penelitian dari sudut pandang hukum dan
ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Apabila dilihat dari
sifatnya, penelitian ini menggunakan tipe deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah
bahwa terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan pada regulasi yang berlaku di Indonesia
dengan di Singapura.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses about tobacco control regulations that applied in Indonesia
and Singapore. In addition, also discussed about the comparation between both
country?s regulations. This research fundamentally used normative juridical
method, while in this research discusses about an object from a legal standpoint
and legislation. This research also use descriptive type of typology. The results of
this study is that there are similiarities and differences between Indonesia?s
regulations and Singapore?s regulations when it comes to tobacco control."

"Narkotika merupakan zat atau obat yang berasal dari tanaman atau bukan tanaman, baik sintetis maupun semi sintetis, yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan atau perubahan kesadaran, hilangnya rasa, mengurangi sampai menghilangkan rasa nyeri, dan dapat menimbulkan ketergantungan. Oleh karena itu, penyimpanan narkotika maupun psikotropika sangat memerlukan penanganan dan perhatian khusus pada sistem penyimpanannya. Atas dasar pertimbangan diatas, dilakukan analisis kessuaian penyimpanan narkotika dan psikotropika di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng dengan standar regulasi pemerintah.

Narcotics are substances or drugs derived from plants or non-plants, both synthetic and semi-synthetic, which can cause a decrease or change in consciousness, loss of feeling, reduce to eliminate pain, and can lead to dependence. Therefore, storage of narcotics and psychotropics really requires special handling and attention to the storage system. On the basis of the above considerations, an analysis was carried out on the suitability of narcotics and psychotropics storage at the Cengkareng District Health Center with government regulatory standards."

"ABSTRAK
Pada penelitian ini, pembentukan deposit dari biodiesel dengan variasi berbeda, yaitu B100-NA, B100 BHT dan B100 PG dilakukan dengan metode tetes plat panas untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan mekanisme pembentukan deposit pada masing-masing variasi bahan bakar. Penelitikan dilakukan dengan proses deposisi dan evaporasi bahan bakar Diesel yang dilakukan secara berulang pada sebuah pelat panas. Pelat dipanaskan dengan variasi temperatur di dalam ruang tertutup sehingga kondisinya mendekati kondisi riil pada engine. Pengujian ini menggunakan hot room temperature test rig. Penggunan antioksidan dalam menghambat oksidasi pada biodiesel diharapkan dapat menjaga bilangan asam agar tetap rendah dan meningkatkan stabilitas oksidasi, dimana akan membantu dalam terjadinya pembentukan deposit yang berlebih didalam ruang bakar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan temperatur yang optimal agar pertumbuhan deposit dapat dikendalikan.

ABSTRACT
This study, forming of deposits from biodiesel with different variation, that are B100 NA, B100 BHT, and B100 PG will be observed with hot surface plate methode to find their characteristics and growth mechanisms of deposits from every biodiesel variation. Repetitive process of diesel fuel deposition and evaporation on hot plate are done in this study. The plate was heated at various temperature in closed systems for approaching the real engine condition. This process was done in hot room temperature test rig. The addition of antioxidant in biodiesel to be expected for slowing the biodiesel from oxidation, so the acid number of biodiesel doesn rsquo t increase and increase oxidation stability, and it will be help for deposit for not over growing inside of combustion chamber. This research program was created to finding the optimum temperatur in order to decrease of deposits in combustion chamber. "
