Abstrak :
Implementasi adaptive assessment dalam ujian memberikan beberapa manfaat baik kepada penguji maupun kepada peserta. Dengan metode Computerized Classification Test (CCT) dan Sequential Probability Ratio Test (SPRT) untuk proses pemilihan soal dan estimasi kemampuan peserta, membuat tingkat soal menjadi bervariasi. Dengan metode ini peserta akan mendapatkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berbeda antara peserta pertama dengan lainnya sesuai dengan kemampuan pada saat melakukan ujian dan menjawab soal yang diberikan dengan tingkat kemampuan soal mudah, sedang dan susah. Evaluasi dari hasil jawaban peserta membuat peserta dapat mengetahui kekurangan yang dimiliki, melalui Adaptive feedback materi yang akan ditampilakan sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuan dari setiap peserta.
Implementation of adaptive assessment in a test provides some advantages to examiner and the participants. Computerized Classification Test (CCT) and the Sequential Probability Ratio Test (SPRT)is a method for the selection process and estimates about the ability ofstudents, with this method students will be obtaining the questions according to his ability at the time of the exam with your level of difficulty, medium and easy. Mulai maraknya tindakan-tindakan untuk merespon pemanasan global membuat muncul banyaknya ide dan strategi yang digunakan untuk membuat tindakan yang lebih ramah lingkungan dan memiliki manfaat yang dapat berkelanjutan atau sustainable, termasuk di dalamnya arsitektur. Adaptive reuse merupakan penggunaan kembali bangunan lama dengan mengubah fungsi bangunan sesuai dengan kebutuhan manusia di masa yang berbeda. Adaptive reuse memungkinkan bangunan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan penghuninya yang berbeda generasi, sehingga kebermanfaatan bangunan dapat dinikmati tidak hanya oleh satu generasi. Oleh karena itu, adaptive reuse dapat dikatakan sebagai salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat arsitektur sustainable. Pada skripsi ini, akan dibahas mengenai sustainabilitas yang terdapat pada bangunan adaptive reuse melalui penjabaran mengenai bangunan adaptive reuse, sustainabilitas dalam arsitektur, prinsip sustainabilitas pada bangunan adaptive reuse serta strategi sustainabilitas yang ada pada bangunan adaptive reuse.
The advent of actions to respond the global warming becomes a reason of many ideas and strategies appearing. that are used to make the action more environmentally friendly and has benefit that can be sustained or sustainable, including architecture. Adaptive reuse is the reuse of old buildings by changing the building functions in accordance with human needs at different times. Adaptive reuse allows building occupants can meet needs of different generations, so the usefulness of the building can be enjoyed not only by one generation. Therefore, adaptive reuse can be considered as one of the ways that can be used to create sustainable architecture. In this paper, we will discuss sustainability contained in the building of adaptive reuse through the elaboration of adaptive reuse building, sustainability in architecture, sustainability principles in adaptive reuse buildings and sustainability strategies that exist in adaptive reuse building.

Analyze Weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats factors, as a positioning for the establishment of geriatric services. After that, formulating strategies and mapping strategies, to the formulation of Key Performance Indikcator in units ,inorder Geriatric services can be implemented. Geriati services are very uncertain in the VUCA era, which are related to the consideration of financial aspects, the complexity of the problems of the elderly, and government regulations that might change

E-learning membawa perubahan paradigma sistem pendidikan, paradigma sistem pendidikan yang semula berbasis tradisional dengan mengandalkan tatap muka, maka dengan sentuhan dunia teknologi informasi khususnya dunia cyber (maya) beralih menjadi sistem pendidikan yang tidak dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Konsep adaptive di dalam lingkungan e-learning telah memiliki berbagai macam bentuk implementasi. Salah satu bentuk implementasinya adalah pada proses evaluasi hasil pembelajaran siswa, seperti dengan melaksanakan ujian yang bersifat adaptive. Dengan menerapkan konsep adaptive di dalam proses ujian maka akan memungkinkan siswa dengan kemampuan yang berbeda-beda untuk dapat memperoleh pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuannya masing-masing. Melalui adaptive assessment tingkat kemampuan siswa terhadap materi belajar yang diujikan akan dapat langsung diketahui. Evaluasi kepada peserta didik yang sesuai dengan estimasi kemampuannya akan sangat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran, pada sistem ini dirancang sebuah evaluasi yang berupa pemberian rekomendasi materi tertentu kepada peserta berdasarkan hasil ujiannya. Sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat dimaksimalkan.
E-learning brings a paradigm change in education system, educational system paradigm which was originally based by relying on traditional face to face meeting, then with a touch of technology especially the information technology (IT) it move into an education system that is not limited by space and time. Adaptive Concepts in e-learning environment had various forms of implementation. One form of implementation is in the process of evaluating student learning outcomes, such as by conducting examinations that are adaptive. By applying the concept of adaptive in the examination process, it will allow students with different abilities to be able to get the questions to suit their ability level. Through the adaptive assessment of students' ability levels to learn the material tested will be immediately known. Evaluation to students according to ability estimation would be very helpful in the learning process, in this system designed an evaluation with a specific material recommendations to participants on the basis of his examination. So that the process of learning can be maximized.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan dan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas ukuran baru perfeksionisme yang lebih pendek dari skala sebelumnya dan mampu menjelaskan sifat maladaptif dan adaptif yang mendasari perfeksionisme dalam hubungannya dengan neurotisme dan sifat berhati-hati. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 129 mahasiswa psikologi di University of Queensland yang hanya terdaftar di mata kuliah Pengukuran PSYC3020 pada saat kelas tutorial berlangsung. Pengukuran baru perfeksionisme, yaitu Skala Perfeksionisme, dikembangkan dan diuji reliabilitasnya, Item Discrimination Indices, dan validitasnya, dalam hubungannya dengan Neurotisme, menggunakan alat ukur IPIP Neuroticism, dan sifat berhati-hati yang menggunakan alat ukur IPIP Conscientiousness. Tiga hipotesa telah dikembangkan dan menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan skala baru Perfeksionisme terbukti memiliki keandalan yang cukup baik dan Item Discrimination Index yang baik. Untuk studi kedepannya diperlukan variabel lain yang dinilai memerlukan perbaikan untuk lebih praktis.
ABSTRACT
The objective of current study is to create and test the validity and reliability new measure of perfectionism that is shorter than previous scales and adequately captures underlying maladaptive and adaptive traits of perfectionism in association with neuroticism and conscientiousness. Questionnaires were administered to 129 students in the University of Queensland who enrolled in Measurement in Psychology PSYC3020 course during tutorial class. The new scale of perfectionism, which is the Perfectionism Scale, was developed and tested its reliability, Item Discrimination Indices, and validity in correlation with Neuroticism using IPIP Neuroticism scale and Conscientiousness using IPIP Conscientiousness scale . Three hypotheses have developed and indicated that the new developed Perfectionism scale shown to have a good reliability and discrimination index. Future study suggests the other variable need to be assessed and some need improvement to be more practical.
