Abstrak :
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara parent attachment dan adaptabilitas karir pada siswa SMA kelas 12. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA kelas 12 di Jakarta, sebanyak 272 orang. Parent attachment diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur IPPA-R (Inventory Parent and Peer Attachment Revised) father mother version yang disusun oleh Greenberg dan Armsden (2009). Adaptabilitas karir diukur dengan Skala Adaptabilitas Karir yang disusun oleh Indianti (2015). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara parent attachment dengan adaptabilitas karir (r = 0,281, p<0,01). Artinya semakin tinggi parent attachment, maka semakin tinggi adaptabilitas karirnya. Ditemukan pula bahwa attachment pada ibu berkontribusi lebih besar terhadap adaptabilitas karir, dibandingkan dengan attachment ayah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penting untuk membangun attchment antara orangtua dengan remaja agar memiliki adaptabiltas karir yang baik. ...... The research aims to get the correlation between parent attachment and career adaptability on 12th grader senior high school students. The participants of this research are the 12th grader senior high school students in Jakarta, amounts 272 students. Parent attachment was measured by measurement tools IPPA-R (Inventory Parent and Peer Attachment Revised) father mother version made by Greenberg and Armsden (2009). On the other hand, career adaptability measured by measurement tools Career Adaptability Scale made by Indianti (2015). The results indicates that there are positive and significant relations between parent attachment and career adaptability (r = 0,281, p<0,01). Which means, the higher amount of parent attachment, the higher career adaptability. Result also showed that mother attachment gives more contributions to career adaptability than father attachment. Based on this results, its important to build attachment betweeen parent and adolescence to have a good career adaptability.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan adaptabilitas karier pada peserta didik kelas 9. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 532 peserta didik kelas 9 di Jakarta dan Depok. Keberfungsian keluarga diukur menggunakan alat ukur FACES II Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale II dan FCS Family Communication Scale. Sedangkan, adaptabilitas karier diukur menggunakan CAAS Career Adapt-Abilities Scale International Form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan adaptabilitas karier r = 0,404, p < 0,01. Artinya, semakin tinggi peserta didik kelas 9 mempersepsikan keberfungsian keluarganya, semakin tinggi pula adaptabilitas karier peserta didik tersebut. Penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan perbedaan keberfungsian keluarga dan adaptabilitas karier pada beberapa aspek demografis, yaitu jenis kelamin dan keikutsertaan dalam kegiatan non-akademis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, keberfungsian keluarga perlu dipertimbangkan dalam konseling karier agar peserta didik kelas 9 memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik. ......This study aimed to examine the relationship between family functioning and career adaptability on 9th grade students. Participants were 532 9th grade students in Jakarta and Depok. Family functioning was measured by FACES II Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale II and FCS Family Communication Scale. Meanwhile, career adaptability was measured by CAAS Career Adapt Abilities Scale International Form. The result showed a significant positive relationship between family functioning and career adaptability r 0,404, p 0,01. It means that the higher students perceive their family functioning, the higher their career adaptability. In addition, the result also showed the influence of gender and participation in non academic activities on family functioning and career adaptability. Based on these results, family functioning should be considered on career counseling so that students would have good career adaptability.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah career adaptability memiliki peran yang lebih kuat dalam kepuasan hidup karyawan dibandingkan dengan kepribadian grit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dan regresi berganda. Ketiga variabel tersebut diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Satisfaction With Life Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup secara keseluruhan, Short Grit Scale untuk mengukur grit, dan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Form 2.0 untuk mengukur kemampuan beradaptasi karir. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 113 karyawan dengan rentang usia 25-40 tahun dan telah bekerja di perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja minimal satu tahun. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi karir (r = 0,381, p <0,05) memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan hidup karyawan, sedangkan grit tidak (r = 0,009, p> 0,05). Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi karir (β = 0,433, p <0,05) memiliki peran yang lebih kuat daripada kepribadian grit (β = -0,157, p> 0,05) dalam memprediksi kepuasan hidup karyawan. ......This study aims to determine whether career adaptability has a stronger role in employee life satisfaction than grit personality. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method and multiple regression. These three variables were measured using the Satisfaction With Life Scale measuring tool to measure overall life satisfaction, the Short Grit Scale to measure grit, and the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Form 2.0 to measure career adaptability. Participants in this study totaled 113 employees with an age range of 25-40 years and had worked at the company where they worked for at least one year. The analysis showed that career adaptation (r = 0.381, p <0.05) had a positive and significant relationship with employee life satisfaction, while grit did not (r = 0.009, p> 0.05). The analysis also showed that career adaptation (β = 0.433, p <0.05) had a stronger role than grit personality (β = -0.157, p> 0.05) in predicting employee life satisfaction.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap program Bimbingan Konseling (BK) Karir dan adaptabilitas karir pada siswa SMA kelas 3 di Jakarta. Pengukuran persepsi siswa terhadap BK Karir dikembangkan berdasarkan Tujuan BK Karir pada Permendikbud No. 111 Tahun 2014 dan terbagi ke dalam dua aspek yaitu kurikulum BK Karir dan Guru BK. Pengukuran adaptabilitas karir diukur menggunakan Skala Adaptabilitas Karir (Indianti, 2015) yang disesuaikan untuk anak SMA. Partisipan berjumlah 272 siswa SMA yang berasal dari sekolah negeri dan swasta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara BK Karir yang dipersepsi positif oleh siswa dengan adaptabilitas karir (r = 0,144; p = 0,009; signifikan pada L.o.S 0,01). Artinya semakin tinggi peran BK Karir yang dipersepsi positif oleh siswa, maka semakin tinggi adaptabilitas karirnya. Selain itu, penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kurikulum karir memiliki koefisien korelasi lebih besar daripada guru BK. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diharapkan program bimbingan konseling karir di sekolah mampu meningkatkan kualitas kurikulum BK Karir dan guru BK agar siswa tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam memutuskan karir selepas SMA. ...... This research was conducted to find the correlation between student perception toward Career Counseling program and career adaptability among 3rd grader students in Senior High School in Jakarta. Students? perception in Career Counseling was measured by adapting The Vision of School Counseling Program which stated in Permendikbud No. 111 Tahun 2014 and divided into two aspects which are career curriculum and teacher. Meanwhile career adaptability was measured by Skala Adaptabilitas Karir (Indianti, 2015) which adjusted to high school students. Number of participants in this research was 272 students came from public and private senior high school in Jakarta. Result of this research shown that career counseling which is perceived positively by students has a correlation with career adaptability (r = 0,144; p = 0,009; significant at L.o.S 0,01). Which means, the higher amount of career counseling perceived positively, the higher career adaptability. Research also found that career curriculum has higher correlation coefficient than teacher. The research result could be used to improve the quality of curriculum and teacher to develop students? career adaptability.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan belajar dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 611 siswa yang berasal dari dua SMPN di Depok yang termasuk pada tahap perkembangan remaja. Untuk mengukur adaptabilitas karier digunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale CAAS yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas dan Porfeli 2012. Keterlibatan belajar diukur menggunakan alat ukur School Engagement Measurement SEM -MacArthur yang dikembangkan oleh Fredricks, Blumenfeld, Friedel, dan Paris 2005. Untuk melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan belajar dan adaptabilitas karier, peneliti menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterlibatan belajar dengan adaptabilitas karier. Dimensi keterlibatan belajar yang memiliki hubungan paling kuat dengan adaptabilitas karier adalah keterlibatan kognitif. ......This research was conducted to find the relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability on 9th grade students. Participants in this study were 611 students from two junior high schools in Depok, West Java, Indonesia, who are classified as adolescents in development stage theories Papalia Feldmand, 2012. To measure career adaptability, the Career Adapt Abilities Scale CAAS developed by Savickas dan Porfeli 2012 was used. The School Engagement Measurement SEM MacArthur developed by Fredricks, Blumenfeld, Friedel, and Paris 2005 was implemented to measure learning engagement. To identify the relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability The Pearson Correlation statistical method was used. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between learning engagement and career adaptability. Cognitive engagement was the dimension of learning engagement with the strongest relation to career adaptability.

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat hubungan antara academic buoyancy dan adaptabilitas karier pada siswa kelas 9. Adaptabilitas karier adalah kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi tugas-tugas yang terprediksi untuk mempersiapkan dan turut berperan dalam pekerjaan, serta mampu mengatasi situasi tidak terduga yang mungkin muncul karena adanya perubahan dalam pekerjaan dan kondisi kerja. Pada siswa kelas 9, tantangan karier sebagian besar datang dari kehidupan akademiknya di sekolah, terlebih ketika akan menghadapi masa transisi karier dari siswa SMP menjadi siswa SMA. Kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap karier dapat membantu siswa mencapai kesuksesan karier di masa depan. Di samping itu, upaya siswa untuk menjadi adaptif terhadap perubahan dalam kariernya tersebut perlu diiringi dengan adanya kemampuan diri untuk terus berhasil mengatasi segala tantangan yang dihadapi. Terlebih dalam konteks akademik, istilah yang menggambarkan kesiapan siswa untuk berhasil mengatasi tantangan yang muncul di kehidupan akademiknya adalah academic buoyancy. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Academic Buoyancy Martin Marsh, 2008 yang dikembangkan oleh Nurafifah 2011 berdasarkan lima faktor academic buoyancy dan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Savickas Porfeli, 2012 yang diadaptasi oleh peneliti untuk mengukur academic buoyancy dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 597 siswa kelas 9 dari dua SMP Negeri di Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara academic buoyancy dan adaptabilitas karir pada siswa kelas 9 r = 0,535 dan p = 0,000 pada LoS 0,01. Hasil mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi academic buoyancy siswa maka semakin tinggi pula adaptabilitas kariernya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penting bagi siswa kelas 9 untuk memiliki adaptabilitas karier dalam berespon secara adaptif menghadapi masa transisi karier dan melewati segala tantangan karier di sepanjang kehidupannya. ......The aim of this research is to find the relationship between academic buoyancy and career adaptability in 9th grader students. Career adaptability defined as readiness to cope with the predictable tasks of preparing for and participating in the work role and with the unpredictable adjustments prompted by the changes in work and work conditions. For 9th grader students, in near future of their career, they will face a transition from junior to senior high school students, and all the changes it brings. On the other side, the efforts student make to become adaptable in every change will best be put together with the ability to keep success in dealing with every challenge. Particularly in 9th grader students, challenges mostly come in academic setting. At this point, a term that reflects students rsquo ability to do such thing is academic buoyancy, refers to readiness to successfully deal with academic setbacks, named difficulties, obstacles, and challenges that occurs in academic context. In this research, Academic Buoyancy Scale from Martin and Marsh 2008 that has been developed by Nurafifah 2011 and Career Adapt Abilities Scale Savickas Porfeli, 2012 were used to measure academic buoyancy and career adaptability among students. Participants are 597 students of grade 9 from two junior high schools in Depok. Result shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between academic buoyancy and career adaptability r 0,535 p 0,000 LoS 0,01 . The results indicates that the higher the academic buoyancy of the students, the higher their career adaptability will be. Based on the results of this study, it is important for students in grade 9 to have career adaptability in responding adaptively to face a career transition period and all career challenges throughout their lives.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara prestasi akademik dan adaptabilitas karir. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari berbagai universitas di Indonesia sebanyak 429 orang. Pengukuran prestasi akademik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) yang diperoleh mahasiswa pada semester sebelumnya, sementara adaptabilitas karir diukur menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas dan Porfeli (2012). Hasil uji statistic dengan teknik korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara prestasi akademik dan adaptabilitas karir (r = .104, p < 0.05, two-tailed). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi prestasi akademik individu, semakin baik pula adaptabilitas karir yang dimiliki. Ditemukan juga hubungan yang signifikan antara prestasi akademik dan dua dimensi adaptabilitas karir, yaitu kepedulian karir (r = .135, p<0.01, two-tailed) dan keyakinan diri karir(r = .115, p < 0.05, two-tailed). Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah menigkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa bahwa prestasi akademik yang dicapai penting untuk membantu peningkatan kemampuannya beradaptasi dengan karir terutama dalam masa transisi menuju dunia kerja. ......This study aimed to find the relationship between academic achievement and career adaptability. Academic achievement measured by the students’s Grade Point Average (GPA) from the previous semester, while career adaptability is measured by using the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) developed by Savickas and Porfeli (2012). The results show that there is a significant relationship between academic achievement and career adaptability (r = .104, p <0.05, two-tailed). Based on these results, is known that the higher individual’s academic achievement, the better career adaptability possessed. This study also found a significant relationship between academic achievement and two dimensions of career adaptability, namely career concern (r = .135, p <0.01, two-tailed) and career confidence (r = .115, p <0.05, two-tailed). The implication of this study is toincrease student’s awarenessof the importance of academic achievement to improve their career adaptation ability, especially in the transitionfrom college to work-life period.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran perilaku orang tua seputar karir dalam memprediksi tingkat adaptabilitas karir pada individu dewasa muda, khususnya mahasiswa PTN tingkat akhir. Sampel data diambil dari 103 partisipan yang mengisi kuesioner daring berisi instrumen PCRBI dan CAAS yang sudah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Data tersebut kemudian diproses melalui multiple linear regression berdasarkan tiap dimensi dari tiap variabel. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa perilaku orang tua seputar karir mampu memprediksi dimensi-dimensi dan keseluruhan adaptabilitas karir individu, namun hanya melalui dimensi support dan lack of engagement. Selain itu, tidak ditemukan korelasi signifikan antara perilaku orang tua seputar karir dan dimensi curiosity. Temuan penelitian ini berarti bahwa campur tangan orang tua dalam perkembangan dan pemilihan karir anak tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir dibandingkan dengan kebebasan eksplorasi dan persepsi dukungan yang diterima. Selain itu, tendensi keingintahuan individu terhadap karir tidak dapat diprediksi dari perilaku orang tua individu tersebut. ......This research aims to study the role of career-specific parental behavior in predicting career adaptability in young adult individuals, particularly senior year students from state colleges. Data samples were taken by 103 participants who filled an online questionnaire which consist of Parental Career Related Behavior Instrument and Career Adapt-Abilities Scale that has been adapted to Indonesian. This data then were processed through multiple linear regression based on each dimensions of each construct. Result shows that career-specific parental behavior does predict both career adaptability dimensions and career adaptability as a whole, but only through support and lack of engagement. In addition, this research found no significant correlation between career-specific parental behavior and curiosity. These findings indicates that parental interference in their child’s career development and career decisions does not have any significant influences to a senior undergraduate’s career adaptability in comparison to freedom of exploration and perceived support that the undergraduates receives. In addition, individual’s curiosity tendencies towards career cannot be predicted from their parent’s behavior.

Berbagai perubahan terjadi akibat dampak dari pandemi COVID-19 yang menuntut mahasiswa agar dapat lebih adaptif dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk bisa melakukan transisi karier yang baik dengan mengikuti program magang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan melibatkan sebanyak 189 mahasiswa usia 18-25 (M = 21,49, SD = 0,835) yang berasal dari perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang mengikuti program magang. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) oleh Savickas dan Porfeli (2012) dan Vocational Identity Scale Assessment (VISA) oleh Porfeli et al. (2011). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa identitas vokasional memiliki peran secara signifikan pada adaptabilitas karier (F(6,189)= 20,402, p = 0,000, R2= 0,402). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa untuk memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik, perlu bagi mahasiswa untuk memiliki identitas vokasional yang baik pula. Meski demikian, jika dilihat dari setiap dimensi identitas vokasional, hanya terdapat tiga sub-dimensi yang berperan pada adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa yaitu exploration in-depth, career commitment making, dan commitment flexibility. Limitasi serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. ......Various changes have occurred as a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which demands that students be more adaptive in preparing themselves for a successful career transition by participating in internship programs. This research is a quantitative study that uses multiple regression analysis involving 189 final-year students aged 18-25 (M = 21.49, SD = 0.835) from universities in Indonesia who participated in an internship program. The data collection process was carried out using the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) from Savickas and Porfeli (2012) and Vocational Identity Scale Assessment (VISA) from Porfeli et al. (2011). The results of the study revealed that vocational identity had a significant role in career adaptability among undergraduate students who have or have been participating in internship programs (F(6,189) = 20.402, p = 0.000 , R2 = 0.402). These results show that in order to have good career adaptability, it is necessary for students to have a good vocational identity as well. However, if we look at each vocational identity dimension, there are only three sub dimensions that play a role in student career adaptability, namely in-depth exploration, making career commitments, and commitment flexibility. Limitations and suggestions for further research are described in this study.
