Abstrak :
Small businesses were at the heart of the economic growth and social transformation that characterized the Industrial Revolution in Britain. In towns across north-west England, shops and workshops dominated the streetscape, and helped to satisfy an increasing desire for consumer goods. Yet, despite their significance, we know surprisingly little about these firms and the people who ran them, for, while those engaged in craft-based manufacturing, retailing, and allied trades constituted a significant proportion of the urban population, they have been generally overlooked by historians. Instead, our view of the world of business is more usually taken up by narratives of particularly successful firms, and especially those involved in new modes of production. By examining some of the forgotten businesses of the Industrial Revolution, and the men and women who worked in them, this book presents a largely unfamiliar commercial world. Its approach, which spans economic, social, and cultural history, as well as encompassing business history and the histories of the emotions, space, and material culture, alongside studies of personal testimony, testatory practice, and property ownership, tests current understandings of gender, work, family, class, and power in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. It provides us with new insights into the lives of ordinary men and women in trade, whose relatively mundane lives are easily overlooked, but who were central to the story of a pivotal period in British history.

Era industri4.0 menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi masyarakat karena membawa dampak yang besar pada bidang industri, ekonomi, sosial masyarakat bahkan pendidikan. Pada era industri 4.0 dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki ketrampilan berbeda. Melalui studi literatur, tulisan ini bertujuan mengetahui keberadaan industri 4.0 dikaitkan dengan model pembelajaran STEM. Apa tantangan yang dihadapi serta bagaimana seharusnya model pembelajaran STEM tersebut diterapkan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan harus mengambil peran aktif dalam mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang adaptif terhadap keberadaan era industry 4.0. Peran tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat era industri 4.0. Model pembelajaran STEM dipilih karena menggunakan pendekatan yang mampu mengintegrasikan beberapa disiplin ilmu sains, teknologi, rekayasa, dan matematika yang membentuk skill yang membentuk skill yang diperlukan diera industri 4.0

Revolusi industri 4.0 telah membawa berbagai perubahan bagi tatanan kehidupan manusia hampir di setiap negara di dunia, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Berbagai jenis pekerjaan akan hilang, tergantikan oleh otomatisasi dan digitalisasi. Dunia pendidikan memainkan peranan penting dalam menjawab kebutuhan setiap transformasi industri. Perguruan tinggi sebagai center of excellence, menjadi kunci membangun bangsa Indonesia yang tidak hanya mampu beradaptasi, tetapi juga harus menjadi bagian penting dalam memanfaatkan setiap perubahan yang terjadi baik dalam revolusi industri tahap keempat maupun tahap-tahap berikutnya. Kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi, pelaku di masyarakat, pemerintah, dan dunia usaha harus terwujud dan dilandaskan pada semangat kekeluargaan dan gotong royong untuk membentuk talenta-talenta yang mampu memberikan solusi atas permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada serta mewujudkan Indonesia yang bahagia dan sejahtera.

Abstrak :
Anthropocene merupakan sebuah emerging issue yang berkembang sejak tahun 2000-an. Anthropocene sendiri didefinisikan sebagai sebuah era di mana manusia memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam dunia secara global. Konsep ini penting untuk dikaji lebih jauh, karena anthropocene mendorong kemunculan pemikiran-pemikiran baru yang sesuai dengan situasi dunia saat ini. Tulisan ini akan membahas lebih jauh mengenai bagaimana perspektif ilmu HI terhadap anthropocene. Terdapat tiga poin utama yang akan dikaji lebih lanjut, pertama, tulisan ini melihat bahwa pemikiran HI mengenai anthropocene masih didominasi oleh pemikiran-pemikiran keamanan dalam HI. Sedangkan, pemikiran HI lainnya seperti ekonomi dan politik juga penting untuk melihat anthropocene dan kaitannya dengan konsep seperti globalisasi, kapitalisme, dan kerjasama internasional dalam era ini. Kedua, tulisan ini juga melihat bahwa pemikiran mengenai anthropocene sendiri memunculkan berbagai kritik bagi ilmu HI seperti kritik terhadap asumsi dasar, paradigma, dan cara pandang HI terhadap dunia. Ketiga, anthropocene juga dapat dilihat dari dimensi politik dalam HI. Melalui perspektif ini, anthropocene dilihat sebagai sebuah fenomena politik global yang memiliki berbagai implikasi terhadap politik internasional. Sebagai kesimpulan, anthropocene merupakan sebuah konsep yang telah menjadi bagian dalam ilmu HI karena terdapat relevansi antara keduanya. Meskipun begitu, pembahasan mengenai kajian anthropocene dalam ilmu HI masih relatif terbatas dan masih didominasi oleh pemikiran keamanan dalam HI. ...... Anthropocene is an emerging issue which has been developed since 2000s. It is defined as an era where humans have significant impacts in the world globally. This concept is important to be reviewed further because anthropocene encourage new ideas that are compatible with the current world situation. This paper examine how IR rsquo s perspective to the anthropocene. There are three main points that are being examined, first, it sees that IR rsquo s perspective of anthropocene is dominated by security thinking in IR. Whereas, another IR thinking such as political economy, is also important to see anthropocene and its relation to concepts such as globalization, capitalism, and international cooperation in this era. Second, this paper also sees that the anthropocene itself emerge various criticisms for IR such as criticism of IR rsquo s core assumptions, paradigms, and IR rsquo s views to the world. Third, anthropocene is also seen from the political dimension of IR. Through this perspective, anthropocene is seen as global political phenomenon that has various implications for international politics. In conclusion, anthropocene is a concept that has become part of IR because of its relevance between the two. Nevertheless, the discussion of anthropocene in the IR is still relatively limited and still dominated by the security thinking in IR.

Dunia saat ini sedang memasuki Revolusi Industri Keempat yang ditandai dengan
penggunaan teknologi informasi dan elektronika untuk otomatisasi produksi oleh
industri-industri yang ada. Hal ini akan memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap
seluruh industri barang maupun jasa. Industri kesehatan seperti rumah sakit juga tidak
akan terlepas dari pengaruh perkembangan teknologi informasi dan elektronika ini.
Pertumbuhan rumah sakit di Indonesia semakin meningkat dengan pertambahan jumlah
rata-rata sebesar 5,2% sejak tahun 2012 sampai dengan bulan April 2018 yang
didominasi oleh rumah sakit swasta profit yaitu sebesar 17,3%. Persaingan antar rumah
sakit dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan menjadi semakin sengit. Pelayanan
rawat jalan merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit yang harus menjadi
perhatian karena merupakan etalase rumah sakit yang menjadi pintu masuk dan titik
pertama dari kontak awal antara pasien dan rumah sakit. Jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat
jalan yang besar, ramai dan padat akan menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif. Kualitas
pelayanan merupakan salah satu determinan pendorong yang menjadikan teknologi
informasi sebagai salah satu prioritas kebutuhan di dalam pelayanan kesehatan saat ini.
Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang mulai diminati dan berkembang
adalah penggunaan teknologi mobile dan nirkabel di dalam pelayanan kesehatan.
Penggunaan teknologi ini sebagai bagian dari Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS)
akan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu aplikasi digital untuk pelayanan kesehatan di
Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Santa Maria Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan
suatu penelitian kualitatif dengan disain analitik operasional dengan melakukan
wawancara mendalam untuk menggali berbagai permasalahan dalam pelayanan
kesehatan di rawat jalan. Permasalahan akses ke pelayanan kesehatan dan pertukaran
informasi menjadi permasalahan-permasalahan utama yang ditemukan dalam penelitian
ini. Fitur pendaftaran poliklinik, e-konsultasi, rekam medik mobile, informasi
pelayanan, informasi produk, edukasi kesehatan, hubungi kami, pengingat dan
permainan dalam suatu aplikasi digital dapat menjadi alternatif solusi terhadap
permasalahan yang ditemukan pada pelayanan kesehatan di Instalasi Rawat Jalan.
Pengembangan aplikasi digital ini akan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan
yang ada.

ABSTRACT
The world is currently on the cusp of Fourth Industrial Revolution which is
characterized by the use of information and communication technology for the
automation of industrial production. This revolution will impact the entire goods and
services industry. Health industries such as hospitals will also be affected. Hospital
growth in Indonesia has been increasing approximately by 5.2% since 2012 until April
2018, 17,3% dominated mostly by profit oriented private hospitals. The competition will
become tougher. Outpatient care is one of the hospital health services that should be
given more attention because it is the entrance and first point of initial contact between
patient and hospital. It will reflect the overall quality of hospital services. Large number
of outpatient visits and crowded environment will cause various negative effects.
Quality of service is one of the driving determinants for the importance and usage of the
information technology. It becomes priority in health services industry nowadays.
Mobile and wireless technology are amongst the most popular information technology
growing and used in health services. As part of the Hospital Information System, this
technology will be able to improve the quality of health services in hospital. This
research aims to develop a digital application for health services in the Outpatient
Department of Santa Maria Hospital Pekanbaru. This is a qualitative study with
operational analysis design by conducting in-depth interviews to explore the problems
in outpatient health services. Access to health services and information exchange are
the main problems found in this study. Features of polyclinic registration, econsultation,
mobile medical records, service information, product information, health
education, contact us, reminders and games in a digital application provide an
alternative solution to the health service problems in Outpatient Department. The
development of this digital application will improve the quality of health services.

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh Revolusi Industri bagi Modernisasi pengolahan tebu di Tegal khususnya pabrik gula Doekoewringin dan Kemanglen dari tahun 1841-1853. Pabrik gula ini dibangun pada tahun 1841 oleh seorang veteran tentara Belanda yang bernama Theodore Lucassen. Pabrik gula Doekoewringin dan Kemanglen merupakan pabrik gula pertama yang menggunakan sistem uap tercanggih dan berasal dari perusahaan Derosne et Cail. Pabrik gula ini menjadi salah satu bentuk modernisasi mesin-mesin pabrik gula di Hindia Belanda pada masa cultuurstelsel (tanam paksa). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui modernisasi pengolahan tebu di Jawa dengan contohnya pabrik gula Doekoewringin dan Kemanglen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah. Sumber-sumber yang digunakan adalah sumber primer berupa arsip nasional dan arsip dari Delpher. Sumber sekunder yang digunakan berupa buku dan jurnal. Berdasarkan sumber yang diperoleh, pabrik gula Doekoewringin dan Kemanglen adalah pabrik gula pertama yang melakukan pengolahan tebu menggunakan mesin uap yang sama seperti pabrik gula di Karibia. Hal ini tentu menjadi sebuah contoh mengenai perkembangan teknologi dan industri yang ada pada pabrik gula di Jawa. ......This study explains the influence of the Industrial Revolution on the modernization of sugarcane processing in Tegal, especially the Doekoewringin and Kemanglen sugar factories from 1841-1853. This sugar factory was built in 1841 by a veteran of the Dutch army named Theodore Lucassen. The Doekoewringin and Kemanglen sugar factories were the first sugar factories to use the most advanced steam system and came from the Derosne et Cail company. This sugar factory became a form of modernization of sugar factory machines in the Dutch East Indies during the cultuurstelsel (forced cultivation) period. This study aims to determine the modernization of sugar cane processing in Java with the example of the Doekoewringin and Kemanglen sugar factories. The method used in this study is the historical method. The sources used are primary sources in the form of the national archives and archives from Delpher. Secondary sources used in the form of books and journals. Based on the sources obtained, the Doekoewringin and Kemanglen sugar factories were the first sugar factories to process sugar cane using the same steam engine as sugar factories in the Caribbean. This is certainly an example of technological and industrial developments in sugar factories in Java.

Organisasi Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) adalah badan otonom dari organisasi sosial keagamaan Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) yang mengemban amanat luhur sebagai organisasi pengkaderan pelajar dan santri putra. IPNU menjadi wadah perjuangan pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama untuk mempersiapkan kader-kader penerus Nahdlatul Ulama dan pemimpin bangsa. Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi Pimpinan Pusat (PP) IPNU untuk tetap konsisten menjalankan amanat dan tugas IPNU tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan tori strategi dan teori SWOT Analysis untuk mengetahui upaya pengembangan organisasi NU dalam menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0. Berdasarkan Teori Strategi, IPNU mengedepankan menejemen organisasi yang sistematis dengan gerakan digitalisasi organisasi, berupa SIAPNU dan SAM IPNU untuk mendukung kebutuhan organisasi seperti persuratan dan database yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh kader, pengurus, dan anggota IPNU di seluruh tingkat kepengurusan. Berdasar Teori SWOT Analysis, munculnya SIAPNU dan SAM IPNU menjadi aksi IPNU dalam mencapai perubahan agar lebih adaptif dengan Revolusi industri 4.0. IPNU juga meluncurkan aplikasi Penapedia sebagai learning management system bagi kader IPNU untuk layanan bimbingan pendidikan online. ......The Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (IPNU) is an autonomous body of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) socio-religious organization that carries out the noble mandate as a cadre organization for male students and santri. IPNU is a forum for the struggle of Nahdlatul Ulama students to prepare cadres to succeed Nahdlatul Ulama and national leaders. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 which was marked by technological developments became a challenge for the IPNU Central Management (PP IPNU) to remain consistent in carrying out the mandate and duties of IPNU. This reasearch uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The researcher uses the Strategy Theory and SWOT Analysis Theory to find out the efforts to develop the NU organization in facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Based on Strategy Theory, IPNU prioritizes systematic organizational management with the organization's digitalization movement, in the form of SIAPNU and SAM IPNU to support organizational needs such as correspondence and databases that can be accessed by all IPNU cadres, administrators, and members at all levels of management. Based on SWOT Analysis Theory, the emergence of SIAPNU and SAM IPNU are IPNU's action in achieving change to be more adaptive to the Industrial Revolution 4.0. IPNU also launched the Penapedia application as a learning management system for IPNU cadres for online education guidance services.
