Abstrak :
Buccal advancement flap is one of the many ways of treating oro antral fistula. This technique is frequently used by dentists because it is easier to do and has several advantages compared to othe techniques. This paper reports a case of oro antral fistula caused by complication of a tooth extraction eith discussions about definition ethnics and other therapies of oro antral fistula.
