Abstrak :
Inversi Impedansi Akustik dan multi atribut merupakan bagian dari metode seismik yang digunakan dalam mengkarakterisasi reservoir. Melalui inversi impedansi akustik memberikan gambaran mengenai fluida dan litologi dari reservoir, multi atribut dapat mengkarakterisasi reservoir secara lebih baik, dan atribut variansi digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi keberadaan struktur geologi. Berdasarkan ketiga metode akan menghasilkan peta resolusi lateral yang baik sekaligus mengidentifikasi sebaran batuan yang ada serta pengaruh patahan terhadap eksplorasi migas pada Lapangan "V”, Formasi Lower Talang Akar, Cekungan Sumatera Selatan. Tujuan Penelitian yaitu menentukan karakterisasi dari zona prospek pada batuan reservoir berdasarkan peta struktur geologi bawah permukaan dan peta impedansi akustik, menentukan distribusi porositas berdasarkan analisis multi-atribut, dan mengetahui pengaruh patahan terhadap eksplorasi berdasarkan atribut variansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 3 patahan normal berorientasi timur laut – barat daya berperan menjadi hydrocarbon trap. Zona reservoir pada Sumur-A memiliki karakteristik impedansi akustik dengan rentang 7574 ((m/s)*(g/cc)) – 8645 ((m/s)*(g/cc)) sedangkan Sumur-B dengan rentang 9000 ((m/s)*(g/cc)) – 10610 ((m/s)*(g/cc)) dan gamma ray < 60 gAPI. Porositas pada lapangan “V” mengindikasikan porositas yang cukup baik hingga baik sebesar 17 – 20 % untuk Sumur-A dan 12 - 15 % untuk Sumur-B yang terdistribusi relatif berada di timur laut dan barat daya. ......Acoustic impedance inversion and multi-attribute are part of seismic method used to characterize the reservoir. Through acoustic impedance inversion, provides an overview the fluid and lithology of reservoir, multi-attributes can better characterize reservoir, and variance attribute is used to identify presence of geological structures. Based on the three methods will produce a good lateral resolution map as well as identify the distribution of existing rocks and effect of faults on oil and gas exploration in the "V" Field, Lower Talang Akar Formation, South Sumatra Basin. The research objective is to determine the characterization of the prospect zone in reservoir rocks based on the map. subsurface geological structure and acoustic impedance map, determine the distribution of porosity based on multi-attribute analysis, and determine the effect of faults on exploration based on variance attributes. The results show that 3 normal faults oriented northeast – southwest act as hydrocarbon traps. Reservoir zone Well-A has characteristic acoustic impedance 7574 ((m/s)*(g/cc)) – 8645 ((m/s)*(g/cc)) while Well-B has 9000 ((m/cc) s)*(g/cc)) – 10610 ((m/s)*(g/cc)) and gamma ray < 60 gAPI. The porosity in “V” field indicates a fairly good porosity up to 17-20% for Well-A and 12-15% for Well-B which are distributed relatively in the northeast and southwest.

The objectives of this study were to determine the prevalence of functional asymmetry in elementary and junior high school Tarsisius Vireta Tangerang students from 9 to 16 years old, and to determine which age group has the most extensive functional asymmetry. The subjects were grouped based on the development of the first molar until the second molar, as follows: group of age 9 to 11 years old, age above 11 to 14 years old, and age above 14 to 16 years old. Functional examination was done with a modified Castaldi method. The results showed that overall, functional asymmetry was found in 18 out of 306 subjects (prevalence 5.88%) who were examined. From the age group of 9 to 11 years old, there were 8 such subjects (7.14%); from the age group of above 11 to 14 years old, 7 subjects (6.73%); from the age group of above 14 to 16 years old, there were 3 subjects (3.33%). Therefore, the age group of 9 to 14 years old was showing most frequent functional asymmetry. It was also found that most subjects that experienced functional asymmetry, especially in anteroposterior direction, were subjects with class III malocclusion. In general, subjects with functional asymmetry had crowding and premature contact – which could happen at almost any tooth, but mostly at the incisors.

Non-arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy (NAION) merupakan suatu penyakit yang timbul akibat insufisiensi alirah darah pada arteri yang mensuplai optic disc. Faktor risiko yang diduga berperan penting dalam terjadinya NAION diantaranya adalah hipertensi, obesitas, diabetes, dislipidemia, merokok, kondisi hiperkoagulasi, penyakit kardiovaskular dan stroke. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada identifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat menjadi karakteristik pembeda antara kondisi unilateral dan bilateral serta menganalisis peran masing-masing faktor tersebut. Metode random forest akan diaplikasikan untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor yang secara konsisten dapat menjadi karakteristik pembeda antar kondisi lateralitas. Metode decision tree dan regresi logistik disertakan untuk memeroleh gambaran peran masing-masing faktor dalam bentuk pohon keputusan dan perbandingan risiko yang diformulasikan oleh rasio odds. Faktor penting berdasarkan model random forest adalah onset, GDP, HDL, usia, GD2PP, dan LDL. Berdasarkan rasio odds peningkatan usia, onset, LDL, GDP, dan GD2PP, akan berdampak pada peningkatan risiko pasien mengalami kondisi bilateral. Sedangkan semakin tinggi kadar HDL, risiko mengalami kondisi bilateral akan menurun. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan simulasi penanganan missing value dengan tiga skema penanganan yang berbeda. Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy (NAION) is a disease that arise because of blood insufficiency in the artery that supply optic disc. Risc factors which are considered to inflict NAION are hypertention, obesity, diabetes, dislipidemia, smoking, hypercoagulable state, cardiovascular disease, and stroke. NAION could happen either unilateral or bilateral condition. This study will focus on the identification of important factors that could be distinguishing characteristics between unilateral and bilateral patients. Random forest method is applied to obtain factors that can consistently be distinguishing characteristics between laterality conditions. Decision tree and logistic regression method are included to obtain the visualization of the role of each important factors by using decision rule and odds ratio. The important factors based on random forest are onset, GDP, HDL, age, GD2PP, and LDL. Based on odds ratio, escalation of age, onset, LDL, GDP, and GD2PP, will have an impact on increasing the patients risk experiencing bilateral condition. Whereas the enhancement of HDL level, the risk of experiencing bilateral condition will decrease. This study also simulated a missing value handling with three different handling schemes. Simulation results show that regression imputation provides better performance when compared to mean imputation or when we only used complete observation.
