ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to confirm the model of e-Satisfaction and Website Trust as a mediation variable between the dimensions of e-Service Quality and e-Loyality in the context of online shop in Indonesia. This research was analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling with Confirmatory factor analysis. The result of analysis shows that the dimension of e-Service Quality affecting e-Satisfaction is Efficiency, Fulfillment, Responsiveness and Website Design. In addition, e- Satisfaction has a significant and positive influence on the Website Trust. Together, e-Satisfaction and Website Trust have a significant and positive influence on e- Loyality. This research contributes because this research proves that Website Trust and e-Satisfaction are the variables that can mediate between e-Service Quality and e-Loyalty.

The web is changing from a web of documents to a web of data; from a web that can be read by humans, to one that can be read by machines. These are fascinating advances for anyone interested in the changing nature of the web and the way we access information. The technologies being forged in this new landscape will provide a host of opportunities for library and information professionals to shape the information landscape of the future. This book is a wide-ranging introduction to the emerging web of data and the semantic web, exploring technologies including APIs, microformats and linked data. Its topical commentary and practical examples drawn from the international LIS community explore how information professionals can harness the power of this new phenomenon to inform strategy and become facilitators of access to data. Key topics covered include: open data: a semantic web - one that's meaningful to computers data silos; the semantic web- the RDF vision embedded semantics; and, the library and the web of data the future of the librarian and the web of data. ... This is essential reading for library and information professionals and for LIS students and researchers. It will also be of value to information architects, web developers and all those interested in making sure that people have access to the information they need.

......The technique has been widely used to protect a data base is the use of username and password. To reduce the success rate of infiltration into the database, namely strings usually added salt is added to the password at login. At a certain level of information, protection of databases is not enough just to use username, salt and password. There should be other mechanisms that would prevent easy entry into the database for an intruder. This writing aims to do the design and implementation of the theory of security in web-based database applications on intranets by adding network access control module that is expected to provide greater protection against database application from intruders. Tests on the system states that the access control module can be run either with a success rate reached 100%. Delay caused by a longer authentication process makes the response time increases about 2.14 seconds from about 0.004 seconds, but still within the permitted limits.

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of workshops, held at the 31st International Conference on Conceptual Modeling, ER 2012, in Florence, Italy in October 2012. The 32 revised papers presented together with 6 demonstrations were carefully reviewed and selected from 84 submissions. The papers are organized in sections on the workshops CMS 2012, EDCM-NoCoDa, MODIC, MORE-BI, RIGIM, SeCoGIS and WISM. The workshops cover different conceptual modeling topics, from requirements, goal and service modeling, to evolution and change management, to non-conventional data access, and they span a wide range of domains including Web information systems, geographical information systems, business intelligence, data-intensive computing.

In this book, the editors present an overall overview and comparison of the main current evaluation initiatives for SWS. The presentation is divided into four parts, each referring to one of the evaluation initiatives. Part I covers the long-established first two tracks of the Semantic Service Selection (S3) Contest – the OWL-S matchmaker evaluation and the SAWSDL matchmaker evaluation. Part II introduces the new S3 Jena Geography Dataset (JGD) cross evaluation contest. Part III presents the semantic web service challenge. Lastly, Part IV reports on the semantic aspects of the web service challenge. The introduction to each part provides an overview of the evaluation initiative and overall results for its latest evaluation workshops. The following chapters in each part, written by the participants, detail their approaches, solutions and lessons learned.
