"Berdasarkan CPOB, produk parenteral harus terjamin kualitas dan keamanannya, terutama karena produk tersebut masuk dan berinteraksi langsung dengan jaringan dalam tubuh. Bila terdapat suatu kontaminan atau pengotor dalam produk, akan sangat membahayakan keselamatan pasien. Industri farmasi harus mempertimbangkan dan mengkaji berbagai potensi sumber partikulat, metode analitik yang tepat untuk memantaunya, dan strategi mitigasi untuk mencegah keberadaannya dalam produk akhir. Salah satu cara PT. Kalbio Global Medika menjamin produk bersih dari pengotor adalah melalui sejumlah pengujian pasca produksi. Salah satu pengujian awal sebelum produk jadi diedarkan yang paling sederhana adalah dengan melakukan manual inspeksi oleh operator dengan mendeteksi pengotor yang dapat terlihat. Divisi Quality Assurance memastikan bahwa standard kit terkualifikasi melalui Knapp Test dengan menentukan masing-masing produk ke dalam 3 zona (hitam, abu-abu dan putih) dimana produk dengan zona putih dan abu-abu dapat digunakan dalam test kit. Dari 3 batch (300 produk) dalam standard kit, didapatkan hasil 9 produk termasuk dalam zona hitam, 17 produk termasuk dalam zona abu-abu dan 274 produk termasuk dalam zona putih.

Based on CPOB, the quality and safety of parenteral products must be guaranteed, especially because these products enter and interact directly with tissues in the body. If there is a contaminant or impurity in the product, it will seriously endanger patient safety. The pharmaceutical industry must consider and assess the various potential sources of particulates, appropriate analytical methods to monitor them, and mitigation strategies to prevent their presence in the final product. PT. Kalbio Global Medika guarantees that products are free from impurities through a number of post-production tests. One of the simplest initial tests before the finished product is distributed is to carry out a manual visual inspection by the qualified operator to detect visible impurities. The Quality Assurance Division ensures that standard kits are qualified through the Knapp Test by determining each product into 3 zones (black, gray and white) where products with white and gray zones can be used in test kits. From the 3 batches (300 products) in the standard kit, the results showed that 9 products were included in the black zone, 17 products were included in the gray zone and 274 products were included in the white zone."

"Inspeksi visual merupakan metode untuk mendeteksi keberadaan partikel terlihat dalam produk injeksi yang dilakukan oleh personel yang terkualifikasi. Namun seiring bertambahnya usia terjadi penurunan ketajaman visual dan kemampuan untuk mendeteksi kontras pada manusia, hal ini mempengaruhi kinerja dari operator. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan rekualifikasi untuk operator inspeksi visual untuk menunjukan bahwa operator masih terkualifikasi untuk menjalankan inspeksi visual. Pada laporan ini akan dibahas mengenai hasil rekualifikasi dua operator inspeksi visual di PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals. Proses ini dilakukan sesuai protokol ““Visual Inspector Qualification Protocol – Semi-Automatic Visual Inspection Process” yang berlaku di PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals. Hasil rekualifikasi operator inspeksi visual mesin semi-otomatis menunjukan bahwa operator X telah terkualifikasi untuk menjalankan inspeksi visual mesin semi-otomatis untuk semua sediaan injeksi yang diproduksi. Sedangkan operator Y terkualifikasi untuk melakukan inspeksi visual terhadap injeksi sediaan cair dan liofilisasi vial bening.

Visual inspection is a method for detecting the presence of visible particles in injectable products which is carried out by qualified personnel. However, along with time there is a decrease in visual acuity and the ability to detect contrast in humans, this affects the performance of the operator. Therefore, it is necessary to requalify the visual inspection operator to show that the operator is still qualified to carry out the visual inspection. This report will discuss the results of the requalification of two visual inspection operators at PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals. This process is carried out according to the "Visual Inspector Qualification Protocol - Semi-Automatic Visual Inspection Process" protocol that applies to PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals. The results of the requalification of semi-automatic machine visual inspection operators show that operator X has been qualified to carry out semi-automatic machine visual inspections for all injection preparations produced. Meanwhile, operator Y is qualified to carry out visual inspection of liquid preparation injection and clear vial lyophilization."

Instalasi listrik adalah salah satu bentuk kehidupan di bangunan saat ini. Institusi perawatan kesehatan, seperti klinik dan rumah sakit, membutuhkan perawatan yang sangat baik dari instalasi karena klinik ini digunakan terutama untuk keperluan umum. Skripsi ini akan membahas tentang analisis instalasi listrik di Klinik Satelit UI Makara, sebuah klinik yang berlokasi di Universitas Indonesia, Depok, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Karena setiap bangunan harus diaudit dan dipantau untuk memenuhi peraturan standardisasi instalasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan dua metode, inspeksi visual dan pengukuran di Klinik Satelit UI Makara. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa klinik harus diaudit untuk mencegah insiden yang tidak diinginkan seperti korsleting atau kebakaran. Saran ini bagus untuk menjaga kualitas klinik dalam hal aspek kelistrikan. Selain mematuhi persyaratan umum PUIL, perencana desain harus mempertimbangkan tentang desain interior di setiap kamar. Itu bisa membuat instalasi listrik menjadi efisien dan bermanfaat.

Electrical installation is one of the life form in buildings nowadays. Healthcare institution, such as clinic and hospital, requires a great care of the installation because this clinic is used mainly for public uses. This undergraduate thesis will discuss about the electrical installation analysis at Klinik Satelit UI Makara, a clinic located in Universitas Indonesia, Depok, West Java, Indonesia. Because every building have to be audited and monitored to meet the regulation of installation standardization. The analysis was done by two methods, visual and measurement inspection in Klinik Satelit UI Makara. The study suggests that the clinic have to get audited to prevent any unwanted incident such as short circuit or fire. The suggestion is great to maintain the clinics quality in terms of electrical aspect. Aside from obeying the general requirements of PUIL, the design planner should consider about the interior design in each room. It could make the electrical installation is efficient and usable.
