Abstrak :
Salah satu dampak kemajuan teknologi adalah munculnya ruang-ruang virtual yang menjadi medium interaksi bagi komunitas virtual. Mereka berada dalam situasi yang disebut "proper distance" sehingga mereka berani untuk mengemukakan pendapatnya di ruang tersebut. Internet sendiri bisa disebut sebagai ruang moral karena segala hal yang terjadi dalam ruang maya selalu melibatkan dimensi moral. Dengan mengambil kasus dalam forum diskusi Reddit, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana khalayak digital mengungkapkan pandangan mereka berdasarkan standar moralitas mereka dalam media digital. Penelitian ini dibangun dengan paradigma konstruktivis, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode netnografi. Riset ini diharapkan mampu memberi kontribusi bagi studi mengenai moralitas media dan budaya populer. Makalah ini berargumen bahwa moralitas adalah aspek yang tidak terelakkan dalam kehidupan manusia sehari-hari, termasuk kehidupan digital mereka. ......One of the effects of technological advances is the emergence of virtual spaces that are a medium of interaction for virtual communities. They are in a situation called "proper distance" so they dare to express their opinions in that space. The internet itself can be called a moral space because everything that happens in cyberspace always involves a moral dimension. Taking the case in the Reddit discussion forum, this study examines how digital audiences express their views based on their morality standards in digital media. This research was built with a constructivist paradigm, using a qualitative approach, and data collection was carried out using the netnographic method. This research is expected to be able to contribute to the study of media morality and popular culture. This paper argues that morality is an inevitable aspect of everyday human life, including their digital life.

Dalam banyak cara, banyak perusahaan international sudah menganut penggunaan tim virtual pada beberapa waktu lalu. Adad beberapa perbedaan dalam hal pelaksanaan tim virtual, dengan perbandingan terhadap tim tradisional. Contohnya, tim virtual tidak mempunyai lingkungan kerja pada kantor fisik. Perluasan fasilitas geografis dan pekerja membawa beberapa perbedaan, secara kultur dan sebaliknya, contohnya seperti perbedaan pendapat, tujuan, cara menyelesaikan projek, bahasa, gaya manajemen, sumber daya alam dan rantai pasokannya, alur dalam praktek bisnis yang efektif, perilaku, dan juga perpektif politik di negara asing (Mankin & Cohen, 2004). ......In many ways, several international companies have embraced virtual teams in the past decades. There are numbers of differences in managing virtual teams, in comparison to traditional teams. For example, virtual teams do not experience the work environment in the physical office. The geographical expansion of facilities and people brings enormous diversity, cultural and otherwise, such as different perspective, goals, means of doing projects, language, management style, natural resources and its supply chain, channels in effective business practice, attitudes, and also political perspective in host countries (Mankin & Cohen, 2004).

Skripsi ini membahas pelaksanaan kebijakan kunjungan di LPKA Kelas I Tangerang yang mengalami perubahan karena pandemi virus COVID-19. Adanya larangan untuk berkerumun dan menjaga jarak menyebabkan pelaksanaan kegiatan kunjungan di LPKA Kelas I Tangerang berubah menjadi virtual. Penelitian ini membahas pelaksanaan kegiatan kunjungan virtual sebagai pemenuhan hak anak binaan atas kunjungan, serta meneliti kemampuan kunjungan virtual dalam menyalurkan dukungan sosial dari orang tua kepada anak-anaknya. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan Social Support Theory dari Cullen (1994) untuk melihat dampak dukungan sosial yang diberikan oleh keluarga terhadap anak binaan di LPKA Kelas I Tangerang dengan mewawancara anak-anak binaan di sana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa LPKA Kelas I Tangerang mampu memenuhi hak anak binaan atas kunjungan, tetapi pelaksanaan dan kebijakannya sendiri masih belum optimal dalam mengutamakan kepentingan terbaik anak. Anak-anak binaan belum dapat menerima atau merasakan dukungan expressive dari orang tuanya dan terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kunjungan virtual itu sendiri. Selain itu, anak-anak binaan di LPKA Kelas I Tangerang lebih mengharapkan kegiatan kunjungan tatap muka segera dilaksanakan. Meskipun demikian, anak-anak binaan di LPKA Kelas I Tangerang tetap mengapresiasi kegiatan kunjungan virtual yang mungkin dapat diperbaiki dan dijadikan opsi tambahan bagi keluarga yang ingin mengunjungi anaknya. ......This research discusses the visitation policy at LPKA Class I Tangerang which has changed due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic. The existence of a ban on crowding and keeping a distance caused the implementation of visit activities at LPKA Class I Tangerang to becomes virtual. This study discusses virtual visit activities as a fulfilment of the children's right to receive visits, and examines virtual visits in delivering social support from parents to their children. In addition, this study uses the Social Support Theory from Cullen (1994) to see the impact of social support provided by the family on the children in LPKA Class I Tangerang by interviewing the children there. The results show that LPKA Class I Tangerang is able to fulfil the right of the children to receive visits, but the implementation and policies themselves are still not optimal in prioritizing the best interests of the children. The children have not been able to receive or perceive expressive support from their parents and there are several obstacles faced in the implementation of the virtual visit itself. In addition, the children at LPKA Class I Tangerang expect a face-to-face visit to be held soon. Even so, the children at LPKA Class I Tangerang appreciate the virtual visit, although the implementation and policies could be improved and used as an additional option for families who want to visit their children.

Abstrak :
The book presents a history of classical mechanics by focusing on issues of equilibrium. The historical point of view adopted here restricts attention to cases where the effectiveness of forces is assessed on the basis of the virtual motion of their points of application. For completeness, hints of the alternative approach are also referred, the Archimedean for ancient mechanics and the Newtonian for modern mechanics. The laws resulting from consideration of virtual motions are named laws of virtual work. The modern formulations of the principle of virtual work are only a particular form of them.

Shah focuses on two individually well-understood notions, collaboration and information seeking, with the goal of bringing them together to show how it is a natural tendency for humans to work together on complex tasks. The first part of his book introduces the general notions of collaboration and information seeking, as well as related concepts, terminology, and frameworks, and thus provides the reader with a comprehensive treatment of the concepts underlying CIS. The second part of the book details CIS as a standalone domain. A series of frameworks, theories, and models are introduced to provide a conceptual basis for CIS. The final part describes several systems and applications of CIS, along with their broader implications on other fields such as computer-supported cooperative work (CSCW) and human-computer interaction (HCI).
