Konstruksi bawah tanah proyek MRT Jakarta menggunakan alat boring bernama Tunnel Boring Machine. Kasus kegagalan pada proyek sejenis yang menyebabkan kemunduran waktu pekerjaan proyek menjadi bukti bahwa proyek MRT ini merupakan proyek yang memiliki risiko tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui risiko dominan pada bagian fasilitas tunnel dan fasilitas permukaan pada proyek MRT Jakarta serta penyebab, dampak, tindakan preventif, dan tindakan korektif yang dapat dilakukan. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Diperoleh 11 risiko dominan pada penelitian ini serta diketahui pula penyebab, dampak, dan tindakan preventif terhadap risiko tersebut. Risiko tertinggi yang dihasilkan adalah peristiwa siklus pembuangan tanah akhir yang terganggu akibat tempat pembuangan tanah akhir penuh.

ABSTRACT
The underground construction in this project uses a giant boring machine called Tunnel Boring Machine. The various examples of failure with similar method which caused delay of the project have proved that the MRT project has high risks. The purposes of this research are to identify dominant risks of tunnel and ground facilities in MRT Jakarta and to find out the causes, effects, preventive and corrective actions that can be used. This study will be done by using qualitative approaches. 11 dominant risks with the causes, effects, preventive and corrective actions in this research are identified. The higest rate of risk is the event of soil disposal cycle disturbed by the exceeding capacity of the final disposal area.
