"Kontrol TB merupakan intervensi keperawatan keluarga yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesembuhan tuberculosis. Intervensi ini dilakukan melalui kelompok pendukung KKP-TB. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk melihat pengaruh pelaksanaan Kontrol TB melalui integrasi CAP, FCN dan manajemen pada kelompok dewasa tuberculosis di kelurahan Curug. Hasil intervensi menunjukkan peningkatan angka penemuan kasus dan angka kesembuhan pasien TB. Peningkatan pengetahuan anggota KKP-TB melaksanakan Kontrol TB 11,2% dan sikap 5,6%. Keterampilan KKP-TB melakukan edukasi dengan rerata 23,5 dan keterampilan deteksi kasus serta rujukan dengan rerata 15,4. Intervensi Kontrol TB dapat diterapkan di puskesmas melalui upaya penguatan promosi kesehatan pada program TB.

Kontrol TB is a family nursing intervention that aims to improve the tuberculosis recovery. This intervention was done by a support groups named KKP-TB. The purpose of this paper was to look at the effect of the implementation of the Kontrol TB through the integration of the CAP, FCN and management of tuberculosis in the adult population in Curug Village. The results of the intervention showed an increase in case detection rate and cure rate of TB patients. The increase of the knowledge of KKP-TB members to implement Kontrol TB was 11.2% and the attitude was 5.6%. The skills of KKP-TB to provide educatation was at the mean= 23.5 and a case detection and referral skills were at the mean of=15.4. Kontrol TB interventions can be applied in health centers through health promotion efforts to strengthen tuberculosis eradication programs."
