Abstrak :
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk studi perancangan sistem perjalanan dinas yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan usaha perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem perjalanan dinas memberikan kemudahan pengguna yang terlibat sistem perjalanan dinas dalam melakukan setiap pekerjaannya, dapat meminimalisasi kesalahan dalam memasukkan data, dan sistem sudah terintegrasi antara satu divisi dengan divisi lainnya. ......The purpose of this study was is to develop information systems that are being applied to the sales of the company's business activities. This study is qualitative research. The result of this study concluded that travel request system gives user can using the system easily in doing there task, involved in information system. The system can minimize errors in input data, and the system is integrated between the division with other distinguished.

Abstrak :
Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola penyelewengan beban perjalanan dinas, khususnya dalam hal pola jenis kasus yang sering terjadi, penyebab terjadinya penyelewengan, serta tindak lanjut atas rekomendasi yang diberikan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kementerian di Indonesia dalam periode tahun 2015 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode penelitian, yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode kuantitatif bertujuan untuk menemukan pola jenis kasus secara keseluruhan serta memilih dan merinci jenis kasus dengan jumlah temuan terbesar. Metode kualitatif bertujuan untuk memperdalam informasi melalui wawancara terhadap kementerian yang paling sedikit melakukan jenis kasus yang diteliti guna menemukan rekomendasi penanganan jenis kasus tersebut. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa pola jenis kasus terbesar dalam penyelewengan perjalanan dinas adalah penggunaan tarif perjalanan dinas tidak sesuai ketentuan. Hasil penelitian kualitatif menjelaskan bahwa pola jenis kasus tersebut dapat terjadi disebabkan oleh pelaksanaan fungsi dan tanggungjawab yang tidak optimal dari petugas-petugas yang berperan dalam proses pembayaran dan pertanggungjawaban perjalanan dinas. ......This study aims to analyze the pattern of misappropriation of official travel expenses, especially in terms of the pattern of types of cases that often occur, the causes of fraud, as well as follow up on the recommendations given. The sample used in this study was all ministries in Indonesia in the 2015 2017 period. This study used two research methods, namely quantitative and qualitative. The quantitative method aims to find the pattern of the types of cases as a whole and to select and detail the types of cases with the largest number of findings. The qualitative method aims to deepen information through interviews with the ministries that have conducted at least the types of cases studied in order to find recommendations for handling these types of cases. The results of quantitative research show that the pattern of the largest types of cases in the misuse of official travel is the use of official travel fares that are not in accordance with the provisions. The results of the qualitative research explain that the pattern of these types of cases can occur due to the non-optimal implementation of the functions and responsibilities of the officers who play a role in the payment process and accountability for official travel.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari electronic word of mouth, destination image, destination familiarity, dan attitude toward destination di sektor pariwisata. Dalam hal ini peneliti memberikan beberapa batasan penelitian terkait objek yang akan diteliti yaitu online review dengan destinasi Lombok. Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel sebagai responden yang memiliki kriteria pernah membaca ulasan perjalanan online untuk destinasi Lombok dan belum pernah berkunjung ke Lombok. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sampel yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 163 orang responden. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan dibantu oleh software SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data ditemukan bahwa electronic word-of-mouth, destination image, destination familiarity dan attitude toward destination memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap travel intention seseorang terhadap destinasi Lombok, dimana variabel dengan pengaruh terbesar terhadap travel intention adalah destination image. ......This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth, destination image, destination familiarity, and attitude towards destination in the tourism sector. In this case the researchers provide several limitations of research related to the object to be studied, namely online review with the destination of Lombok. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the sample as respondents who have criteria; have read online travel reviews for Lombok destinations and have never been to Lombok. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Samples collected were 163 respondents. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) and assisted by Smart PLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that electronic word-of-mouth, destination image, destination familiarity and attitude toward destination have a positive influence on a person's travel intention towards Lombok destination, where the variable with the greatest influence on travel intention is the destination image.

The growth and increased popularity of cruises is accompanied by a number of sustainability issues concerning the environment, the port economies and societies; on board and at shore. The sustainability imperative ultimately leads to operational, economical as well as image-related challenges for the sector's decision-makers and stakeholders. This collection of peer-reviewed papers, presented during the 3rd International Cruise Conference (Dubrovnik, Croatia), seeks to address those issues and contribute to their management in the mid-term.
