"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pergeseran pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis warga, menjadi turisme massal yang didorong pemerintah di DIY. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan penelusuran data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah pusat mulai mendorong turisme massal sejak 1980-an karena negara berkepentingan untuk menjadikan pariwisata sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan utama setelah ledakan bisnis minyak bumi berakhir. Turisme massal berkembang sampai akhir tahun 1990-an. Namun, harus menghadapi guncangan akibat kebakaran hutan, krisis ekonomi, Bom Bali 1 dan 2, serta wabah SARS. Gempa bumi Yogyakarta tahun 2006 sempat mengganggu proses pemulihan. Satu dekade setelah gempa, turisme massal mulai berkembang, ditandai dengan masifnya pembangunan hotel. Dampak negatif muncul, berupa masalah akses warga terhadap air, pemukulan gerakan buruh, dan kebijakan yang tak memperhatikan partisipasi publik. Pemerintah terus mengembangkan turisme massal melalui RPJMD DIY 2017-2022 sebagai wujud pertemuan kepentingan pusat dan daerah. Berbagai proyek yang ada dalam RPJMD DIY 2017-2022 ternyata dilakukan dengan mobilisasi kebudayaan dan kekerasan, sehingga berujung pada peminggiran masyarakat dan bertambah parahnya privatisasi tanah dan tenaga kerja. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pembiayaan hijau terhadap peningkatan penggunaan energi terbarukan atau transisi energi di negara emerging market, dengan fokus pada perusahaan utilitas listrik sebagai sampel utama. Selanjutnya, makalah ini akan menjawab pertanyaan apakah dan bagaimana pembiayaan hijau (dengan proksi obligasi hijau yang diterbitkan [GB]) mendorong efisiensi energi (dengan proksi score transisi energi) di negara ekonomi berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini juga untuk menentukan bagaimana obligasi hijau dapat mempercepat transisi energi di negara sampel pada tahun 2020-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari database Eikon Refintiv yang merinci tujuan penerbitan obligasi hijau dan nominal nya dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Penelitian ini mencakup berbagai perusahaan publik dan swasta di industri utilitas listrik. Sejauh pengetahuan penulis, belum ada penelitian mendalam yang berfokus pada hubungan antara pembiayaan hijau dan transisi energi untuk kasus perusahaan industri listrik di ASEAN tahun 2020-2022. Penelitian akan memberikan wawasan khususnya untuk pengambil keputusan baik itu di perusahaan maupun di tingkat pemerintahan, agar dapat mengetahui pengaruh antara obligasi hijau terhadap percepatan transisi energi di suatu negara.

The study aims to inquire how green financing influence renewable energy dependence and renewable energy transition in Emerging Market, using electric utilities company as the main sample. This paper therefore addresses the question of whether and how green finance (with the proxy of issued green bonds [GBs] promotes energy efficiency (with the proxy of energy intensity) in the emerging market countries. The objective of this study is to determine how green loans or green bonds can hasten the energy transition in a sampling nation in the years 2020–2022. This Research running the data from the Eikon Refintiv database that details the purpose of green bond issues using regression analysis. This study cover different public and private company in electric utilities industry. To the best of author’s knowledge, there has not been any in-depth study focusing on the relationship between green financing and energy transition for the case of electric industries company in Emerging Market 2020-2022. The implication of this study is to offer valuable insights to decision-makers in business and government sectors, with the aim of understanding the impact of green bonds on expediting a nation's transition towards sustainable energy."

"Tesis ini ingin menelaah mengapa transisi demokrasi di Indonesia berhasil sedangkan di Mesir gagal padahal kedua negara ini memiliki kesamaan fitur politik dan pengalaman sejarah. Dalam upaya menjawab pertanyaan ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, teori transisi demokrasi, Islam dan negara serta Islam dan demokrasi. Tesis ini menemukan bahwa terdapat peran yang berbeda yang dimainkan oleh aktor politk Islam di Indonesia dan Mesir. Di Indonesia aktor politik Islam memiliki inisiatif dan terlibat langsung dalam proses pembangunan tatanan politik demokratis. Selain itu aktor politik Islam juga memiliki konsensus bersama dengan aktor politik lain dalam penyelesaian konflik ketika terjadi perselisihan politis antar aktor. Di Mesir aktor politik Islam tidak memiliki inisiaf dan inisiatif pembangunan tatanan demokratis datang dari militer. Selain itu di Mesir juga tidak ada civilian consensus yang terbangun oleh sesama aktor politik pro-perubahan.

This thesis wants to examine why the democratic transition in Indonesia was successful while in Egypt it failed even though these two countries have a number of similarities in political features and historical experiences. In this effort, the author uses qualitative research methods, the theory of democratic transition, Islam and the state and Islam and democracy. This thesis finds that there are different roles played by Islamic political actors in Indonesia and Egypt. In Indonesia, Islamic political actors have the initiative and are directly involved in the process of building a democratic political order. In addition, Islamic political actors also have a consensus with other political actors in resolving conflicts when there is a political dispute between actors. In Egypt, Islamic political actors do not have the initiative and the initiative to build a democratic order comes from the military. In addition, in Egypt, there is no civilian consensus that has been built by fellow pro-change political actors."

"The Japanese system of transition from school to work has attracted much attention abroad and has often been praised for its efficiency. The reality of both its formation in the past and its transformation at present, however, seems not to be reported accurately in other countries. This examination of the processes of the formation and transformation of the Japanese transition system will demonstrate that the apparent efficiency of the system has been the product of several historical factors. Moreover, the drawbacks of this system are becoming increasingly apparent amid the recent, drastic changes in Japanese society. The aim of this paper is to describe the process of formation in the 1960s and the subsequent transformation in the 1990s of the Japanese system of transition from school to work in order to reveal the limits of its supposed efficiency."

"Jenis kecenderungan ikatan lokal atomik lapisan tipis amorf silikon karbon terhidrogenasi (a-Sit-rCx: H) hasil deposisi sputtering dengan target grafit dan silikon telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan prosedur minimasi. Prosedur minimasi dilakukan terhadap fungsi dielektrik kompleks hasil eksperimen dengan fungsi dielektrik kompleks model tetrahedron yang dikembangkan oleh Mui-Smith. Lapisan tipis a-Si1-xC1:H yang dihasilkan dengan target grafit memiliki kecenderungan ikatan lokal atomik CD (chemically disordered) sedangkan hasil dart target silikon memiliki jenis kecenderungan ikatan lokal atomik CORD (chemical ordering with homogeneous dispersion). Kehadiran void pada lapisan tipis a-Si1-xCx: H untuk kedua jenis target juga dapat diketahui dari prosedur minimasi. Jumlah void yang cenderung konstan pada lapisan tipis yang dihasilkan dengan target grafit mendukung hasil para peneliti lain bahwa jumlah void bukan dipengaruhi oleh peningkatan konsentrasi karbon tetapi karena peningkatan hydrogen. Lapisan tipis yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan target grafit memiliki jumlah void yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan lapisan tipis yang dihasilkan dart target silikon atau lapisan tipis yang dihasilkan dengan target silikon lebih kompak dibandingkan hasil target grafit.

Determination of Local Atomic Bonding Preferences of Amorphous Silicon Carbon Deposited by 2 Sputtering Targets : Graphite and Silicon. The preferences of local atomic bonding of amorphous silicon carbon films deposited by graphite and silicon target has been determined by minimizing procedure. The experimental complex dielectric function has been minimized by complex dielectric function model developed by Mui-Smith. The preferences of local atomic bonding for films deposited by graphite target was chemically disordered (CD) whereas for films deposited by silicon target was chemical ordering with homogeneous dispersion (COHD). Minimization procedure shows the presence of voids in the films for both silicon and graphite targets. The monotonic behavior of voids with carbon concentration for films deposited by graphite target agree with other's researcher results that the amounts of void are not influenced by increasing carbon concentration but are influenced by hydrogen concentration. The films deposited by graphite target contain more voids than silicon target or films deposited by silicon target have a compact structure than graphite target."

"Perencanaan dalam suatu sistem kompleks seperti sektor energi bukanlah hal yang mudah. Peta jalan transisi energi Indonesia dalam mencapai net zero emissions dihadapkan dengan berbagai macam ketidakpastian baik diri sisi techno-economic, socio-technical, dan juga political. Pengambilan kebijakan yang efektif dan optimal dibutuhkan agar target net zero emissions dapat tercapai dengan tetap memperhatikan faktor-faktor ketidakpastian yang menghambat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Exploratory System Dynamics Modeling and Analysis, penelitian ini menginvestigasi kombinasi kebijakan dan kebijakan yang menjadi kunci dalam mengoptimalkan transisi energi pada sektor pembangkitan listrik menuju net zero emissions di Indonesia dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor ketidakpastian. Hasilnya penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi kebijakan tertentu dapat menghasilkan skenario optimal untuk mencapai net zero emissions.

Planning in a complex system such as the energy sector is not an easy task. Indonesia's energy transition road map in achieving net zero emissions is faced with various kinds of uncertainty, both from the techno-economic, socio- technical and political aspects. Effective and optimal policy making is needed so that the net zero emissions target can be achieved while still paying attention to inhibiting uncertainty factors. Using Exploratory System Dynamics Modeling and Analysis approach, this research investigates the combination of policies and policies that are key in optimizing the energy transition in the electricity generation sector towards net zero emissions in Indonesia by taking account into uncertainty factors. The results of this research show that a combination of certain policies can produce an optimal scenario for achieving net zero emissions."
