"ABSTRAK
Takarazuka Revue adalah sebuah teater asal Kansai, Jepang yang seluruh pemainnya terdiri dari perempuan. Dalam pembagian peran yang dimainkan, para pemain yang disebut dengan Takarasiennes dibagi menjadi dua peran, yakni peran laki-laki atau otokoyaku dan peran perempuan atau musumeyaku. Dalam membawakan karakter laki-laki, otokoyaku cenderung membawakan karakter androgini yang merupakan kombinasi kuat dari sifat maskulin dan feminin. Karakter tersebut dibentuk pada saat pelatihan di sekolah musik Takarazuka.

ABSTRACT
Takarazuka Revue is a theater from Kansai, Japan, where all of its players consist of women. In the division of roles played, the players called Takarasiennes are divided into two, male role or otokoyaku, and female role or musumeyaku. In bringing male characters, otokoyaku tends to carry an androgynous character which is a strong combination of masculine and feminine traits. The character is formed when training in the Takarazuka music school."
