Abstrak :
Beberapa aksi teror di Indonesia dilakukan oleh mantan Napiter yang sebelumnya sudah pernah mengikuti program deradikalisasi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa setelah keluar dari Lapas para mantan Napiter terpengaruh untuk kembali ke dalam kelompoknya. Guna mencegah hal tersebut maka diperlukan keterlibatan instansi lain dalam program deradikalisasi mantan Napiter di masyarakat. Satuan Komando Kewilayahan (Satkowil) merupakan salah satu intitusi di wilayah yang memiliki potensi untuk terlibat dalam program deradikalisasi di masyarakat. Untuk menjawab peran keterlibatan Satkowil tersebut maka dilaksanakan studi kasus di Kodim 0103/Aut yang telah melaksanakan deradikalisasi terhadap mantan Napiter melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang telah dijalankan oleh Kodim 0103/Aut. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pernyataan dari para mantan Napiter bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Kodim 0103/Aut sangat membantu program deradikalisasi. Dengan berdasarkan penelitian studi kasus tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa program pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap mantan Napiter dapat dikembangkan oleh Satkowil guna mendukung efektifitas program deradikalisasi. ......Several acts of terror in Indonesia were carried out by ex-terrorism convicts who had previously participated in the deradicalization program. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to involve other agencies in the deradicalization of ex-terrorism convicts in the community. The Regional Command Unit is one of the institutions in the region that potentially to be involved in deradicalization programs in the community. To answer the role of the Regional Command Unit involvement, a case study was carried out on Military District Command 0103/North Aceh which had carried out deradicalization of ex- terrorism convicts through community empowerment. The study was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods to describe community empowerment activities that have been carried out by Military District Command 0103/North Aceh. The results, there was statements from ex-terrorism convicts that community empowerment carried out by Military District Command 0103/North Aceh was very helpful for the deradicalization program. Based on that case study research, it can be said that a community empowerment program for ex-terrorism convicts can be developed by the Regional Command Unit to support the effectiveness of the deradicalization program.
