This book collects papers presented at the Third International Conference on ICT Innovations (ICT2011), covering complexity, uncertainty and scaling issues of real world problems as well as natural phenomena in ecology, medicine and biology.

The two volume set, CCIS 265 and CCIS 266, constitutes the refereed proceedings of the International Conference, FGCN 2011, held as Part of the Future Generation Information Technology Conference, FGIT 2011, Jeju Island, Korea, in December 2011. The papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions and focus on the various aspects of future generation communication and networking.

The 37 revised full papers presented along with 7 papers from the allocated Dedicated Short Range Communications Workshop, DSRC 2010, were carefully selected from numerous submissions. Conference papers are organized into 9 technical sessions, covering the topics of cognitive radio networks, security, resource allocation, wireless protocols and algorithms, advanced networking systems, sensor networks, scheduling and optimization, routing protocols, multimedia and stream processing. Workshop papers are organized into two sessions: DSRC networks and DSRC security.

Abstrak :
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the International Conference Eco-friendly Computing and Communication Systems, ICECCS 2012, held in Kochi, Kerala, India, in August 2012. The 50 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 133 submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on energy efficient software system and applications, wireless communication systems, green energy technologies, image and signal processing, bioinformatics and emerging technologies, secure and reliable systems, mathematical modeling and scientific computing, pervasive computing and applications.
