"Dalam era digital saat ini, berbagi pengetahuan berbasis teknologi menjadi semakin penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di berbagai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak berbagi pengetahuan berbasis teknologi terhadap kinerja kerja dengan kesehatan mental sebagai variabel mediasi di antara karyawan PT XYZ Group. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode total sampling, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada semua karyawan yang menjadi sampel. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian diproses menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 29 dan Smart PLS 4 untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan berbasis teknologi memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. Selain itu, berbagi pengetahuan berbasis teknologi ditemukan memiliki efek positif terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan. Kesehatan mental sebagai variabel mediasi menunjukkan dampak positif pada kinerja kerja. Secara keseluruhan, kesehatan mental dapat memediasi secara positif dampak berbagi pengetahuan berbasis teknologi terhadap kinerja kerja, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kesehatan mental karyawan dapat memperkuat hubungan antara berbagi pengetahuan berbasis teknologi dan kinerja kerja.

In the current digital era, technology-based knowledge sharing has become increasingly important in enhancing employee performance across various companies. This study aims to analyze the impact of technology-based knowledge sharing on job performance with mental health as a mediating variable among employees of PT XYZ Group. This research uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling method, where data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all employees who are part of the sample. The collected data is then processed using IBM SPSS 29 and Smart PLS 4 software to ensure data validity and reliability. Data analysis is conducted using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) method to test the relationships between the variables in this study. The results of the study indicate that technology-based knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on employee job performance. Additionally, technology-based knowledge sharing is found to have a positive effect on employee mental health. Mental health as a mediating variable shows a positive impact on job performance. Overall, mental health can positively mediate the impact of technology-based knowledge sharing on job performance, indicating that improving employee mental health can strengthen the relationship between technology-based knowledge sharing and job performance."
