Penelitian ini menganalisis kasus evaluasi atas strategi televisi multiplatform yang dijalankan oleh NET. menggunakan teori Industrial Organization dengan model analisa Market Structure, Conduct dan Performance. Perangkat ini membedah bagaimana aplikasi strategi multiplatform dijalankan oleh NET. Strategi multiplatform semula dilakukan untuk mengadaptasi perubahan cara masyarakat dalam mengonsumsi media, namun akhirnya tak lagi dioptimalkan karena krisis keuangan yang melanda NET. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa dalam menganalisis struktur pasar multiplatform, selain struktur pasar televisi juga semestinya mempertimbangkan struktur pasar digital. Hal ini disebabkan strategi multiplatform melibatkan distribusi produk melalui pasar televisi dan pasar digital. Implikasinya produk yang dihasilkan juga harus menyesuaikan dengan kompetitor dan tipe khalayak dari dua pasar yang berbeda.
ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the case evaluation of a multiplatform television strategy run by NET. using Industrial Organization theory with Market Structure, Conduct and Performance analysis models. This tool dissects how multiplatform strategy applications are run by NET. The multiplatform strategy was initially carried out to adapt the changes in the way people consume media, but ultimately it was no longer optimized due to the financial crisis that hit NET. The findings show that in analyzing the multiplatform market structure, besides the television market structure it should also consider the structure of the digital market. This is due to the multiplatform strategy involving the distribution of products through the television market and digital market. The implication is that the resulting product must also adapt to competitors and the type of audience from two different markets.

Experiential marketing merupakan strategi pemasaran yang melibatkan panca indra manusia. Dampak dari strategi experiential marketing dapat berupa kepuasan pelanggan. Pelanggan yang merasa puas memiliki minat beli kembali di waktu mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh experiential marketing yang diterapkan Nusa Gastronomy terhadap repurchase intention pelanggan Nusa Gastronomy melalui customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis multivariat dengan analisis jalur untuk menguji hubungan tidak langsung antara variabel experiential marketing terhadap repurchase intention melalui customer satisfaction sebagai mediator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention melalui customer satisfaction.
Experiential marketing is a marketing strategy that involves all five human senses. The impact of experiential marketing strategy can be customer satisfaction. Satisfied customers tend to plan future repurchase intention. The aim of this research was to analyze the impact of experiential marketing which has been implemented by Nusa Gastronomy towards customer's repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. This research used quantitative research and multivariate analysis with path analysis to determine the indirect effect of experiential marketing towards repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. The results showed that experiential marketing had significant effect towards repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

Penerapan strategi experiential marketing yang baik dapat membentuk word of mouth konsumen mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh experiential marketing di Pesona Alam Resort & Spa dalam menciptakan word of mouth konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode survei, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling dengan cara accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara experiential marketing dengan word of mouth. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Pesona Alam Resort & Spa sudah menerapkan strategi experiential marketing dengan baik.
ABSTRACT
Applying of experiential marketing strategy can either form the word of mouth of their consumers. This research was conducted with the aim to explain the influence of experiential marketing at Pesona Alam Resort & Spa in creating word of mouth consumer. This study used a quantitative approach and survey methods, by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with a non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The results showed that there is influence between experiential marketing by word of mouth. This shows that the Pesona Alam Resort & Spa has implemented experiential marketing strategy well.

Melalui experiential marketing sebuah merek dapat memberikan pengalaman yang berkesan untuk konsumennya. Pengalaman tersebutpun dapat melekat lama pada ingatan konsumen. Pengalaman yang berkesan tersebut dapat menciptakan dorongan kepada konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian ulang Repurchase Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap repurchase intention restoran Marco Padang Street Gallery Pondok Indah Mall. Penelitian ini menggunakan Non-Probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling, penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari Marco Padang Street Gallery Pondok Indah Mall. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara experiential marketing terhadap repurchase intention.
Experiential marketing is a form of advertising that focuses primarily on helping consumers experience recognise towards a brand. The experience may take a long lasting memory if it influences positively to the consumers. Consumers usually use the positive experiences in order to repurchase in the future. This research examine the influence of experiential marketing that Marco Padang provide on consumers repurchase intention. The method of approach of study uses non probability samplings with convenience technique, and conducted on 100 respondesnts. The result of this study demonstrate that there is a correlation between Experiential Marketing to the Repurchase Intention.

Kehadiran internet memunculkan fenomena electronic Word-of-Mouth yang menggeser kekuasaan untuk memulai pembicaraan terkait sebuah produk atau jasa dari pemasar ke konsumen. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara electronic Word-of-Mouth yang ditinjau dari dimensi kualitas, kuantitas, dan keahlian pengirim terhadap purchase intention dalam konteks layanan digital banking Jenius. Penelitian ini juga turut menganalisis peran moderasi brand image dan product involvement di antara electronic Word-of-Mouth dan purchase intention tersebut. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode quasi-experiment yang dilakukan secara online. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji ANOVA dan analisis regresi linier sederhana serta berganda yang menemukan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara electronic Word-of-Mouth yang dimoderasi oleh brand image dan product involvement terhadap purchase intention layanan digital banking Jenius.
The emergence of internet creates the electronic Word-of-Mouth phenomenon which shifts the power to start a conversation about a product or service from marketers to consumers. This research analyzes the relationship between electronic Word-of-Mouth in terms of the dimensions of quality, quantity, and senders expertise towards purchase intention in the context of digital banking services Jenius. This research also analyzes the moderating roles of brand image and product involvement between electronic Word-of-Mouth and purchase intention. This quantitative research uses an online quasi-experiment method. This research is conducted by using ANOVA test, single and multiple linear regression analysis techniques which discover findings that there is a significant effect between electronic Word-of-Mouth that is moderated by brand image and product involvement towards purchase intention of digital banking service Jenius.

Perkembangan internet, terutama pada World Wide Web yang telah tersedia secara luas, menyebabkan setiap orang dapat membagikan pengalaman unik dan berkesan mereka di internet. Penelitian mengenai experiential marketing telah banyak dilakukan sebelumnya, tetapi penelitian mengenai pengaruhnya terhadap electronic word of mouth pada online opinion platform belum dieksplorasi secara lebih luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh antara Experiential Marketing terhadap pembentukan Electronic Word of Mouth dengan objek penelitian Santhai Restaurant - Kota Kasablanka. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 konsumen Santhai Modern Thai Restaurant dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling serta teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara experiential terhadap pembentukan electronic word of mouth.
The development of Internet, especially World Wide Web widely available leads anyone to sharing their unique and memorable experiences on internet. Considerable amount of research has examined experiential marketing before, but the research on its effect towards electronic word of mouth on online opinion platform has yet to be explored further. This study focus to analyze how the influence of experiential marketing in establish Electronic Word of Mouth with the object of this research is Santhai Restaurant at Kota Kasablanka. This research applied quantitative approach with 100 consumers of Santhai Restaurant, collected using nonprobability sampling with purposive technique. This research used questionnaire as research instrument, analyzed using linear regression. The research proved that experiential marketing has influence on the formation of electronic word of mouth.
