[ABSTRAK Angka cakupan K1 dan K4 di wilayah UPT Puskesmas Kecamatan Cimanggis pada tahun 2013 adalah sebesar 99,4% dan 91%. Dukungan suami merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan penting terhadap kesehatan ibu pada masa kehamilan, termasuk pada kunjungan ANC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran faktor predisposisi, pemungkin, dan penguat dukungan suami pada kunjungan ANC istri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan rencangan Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut berperan terhadap dukungan suami pada kunjungan ANC istri, dan tingkat pendapatan suami paling memiliki peran terhadap dukungan suami. Disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan untuk mendorong suami sehingga suami dapat memberikan dukungan secara maksimal kepada istri.

ABSTRACT , In the Cimanggis Public Health Center working area, Coverage of both ANC1 and ANC4 was 99,4% (2013) and 91% (2014) respectively. The husbands? support is one of the factors that play an important role in mothers? health seeking behavior during pregnancy, including ANC visit. This study aims to assess predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors of the husbands? support towards their wives? ANC visit. This study used a qualitative method research using a Rapid Assessment Procedure design. The result of this study shows that those three factors play an important role to the husbands? support towards their wives? ANC visit. In addition, the level of income is estimated to play the most important role towards the husbands? support. It is recommended for the health care personnel to encourage the husbands so that they feel more supported by health care personnel.
