Abstrak :
Penelitian ini mengkaji pemilihan pemasok dalam konteks perusahaan penyedia kapal untuk kegiatan ekspor atau impor migas menggunakan pendekatan gabungan antara metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan saat proses docking kapal yang disebabkan oleh pemasok, yang mengakibatkan kendala dalam proses tersebut. Untuk itu, diperlukan pemilihan pemasok terbaik yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kondisi perusahaan, harga, waktu antar, fleksibilitas, pengiriman, kualitas, dan pelayanan. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot dari setiap kriteria yang relevan. Hasil pembobotan yang diperoleh dari AHP kemudian digunakan dalam perhitungan menggunakan metode TOPSIS untuk menentukan pemasok terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasok terbaik adalah pemasok ketiga, dengan bobot 0.78. ......This research examines supplier selection in the context of a ship provisioning company for oil and gas export or import activities using a combined approach of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The company faces several issues during the ship docking process caused by suppliers, leading to constraints in the process. Therefore, it is necessary to select the best supplier according to the company's desired criteria. The criteria used in this study include company condition, price, delivery time, flexibility, delivery, quality, and service. The AHP method is utilize to determine the weights of each relevant criterion. The weighting results obtained from AHP are then use in the calculations using the TOPSIS method to determine the best supplier. The research findings indicate that the third supplier is the best with a weight of 0.78.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sebuah perusahaan manufaktur komponen sepeda motor dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap pemasok manufaktur komponen mold die casting dengan tujuan mendapatkan kriteria evaluasi pemasok dan melakukan pemeringkatan pemasok. Proses pembuatan kriteria evaluasi pemasok ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan melakukan pemeringkatan pemasok dengan pendekatan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan kedua metode tersebut dihasilkan 5 kriteria utama, yaitu kriteria kualitas, pengiriman, harga, sumber daya, pelayanan, dan manajemen perusahaan dengan menempatkan kriteria kualitas sebagai kriteria dengan bobot penilaian terbesar yaitu sebesar 41,2%. Sedangkan hasil dari pemeringkatan pemasok menempatkan pemasok 6 sebagai pemasok terbaik dan pemasok 4 sebagai pemasok terburuk diantara 6 alternatif pemasok. Dengan dibuatnya suatu model evaluasi dan pemeringkat pemasok ini diharapkan dapat berguna untuk proses evaluasi pemasok lainnya dengan tipe bisnis yang sama yaitu perusahaan manufaktur. ......The research was done on a motorcycle component manufacturing company with an evaluation of the supplier of die casting mold component manufacturing with the purpose of obtaining a supplier evaluation criteria and ranking suppliers. Supplier evaluation criteria is built using the approach method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) for ranking suppliers. Based on the data processing by using the two methods, produced five main criteria, namely criteria of quality, delivery, price, resources, services, and management of the company. By placing Quality as a criteria with the greatest weight that is equal to 41.2%. The results of the ranking for suppliers placing Supplier 6 as the best supplier and Supplier 4 as the worst among the six alternative of suppliers. With the establishment of a model of supplier evaluation and supplier ranks, this model can be useful for evaluating other suppliers with the same type of business as a manufacturing company.
