Penulisan laporan tugas khusus praktik kerja profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. Farmasia Inovasi Megatrading bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi alur proses pengadaan dan menganalisis dokumentasi pengadaan impor yang ada di PT. Farmasia Inovasi Megatrading. Penulisan laporan ini menggunakan alur proses pengadaan yang digunakan oleh PT. Farmasia Inovasi Megatrading kemudian akan dikembangkan sesuai dengan hasil analisis alur proses tersebut secara efektif dan efisien serta diimplementasikan di kemudian hari dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek sesuai dengan PT. Farmasia Inovasi Megatrading. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah alur proses yang ada di perusahaan dimulai dari customer akan menghubungi sales perusahaan (untuk customer lama) hingga pengiriman barang sampai ke tangan customer. Dari alur proses tersebut, diambil contoh bahan baku yang bersifat fast moving di Indonesia, yaitu amlodipin besilat. Dari 10 industri farmasi yang masuk ke dalam industri farmasi terbesar di Indonesia, 9 (sembilan) diantaranya menggunakan zat aktif amlodipin besilat. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk pengadaan bahan baku yang bersifat fast moving sebaiknya dilakukan secara stok buffer dengan mempertimbangkan riwayat pembelian pelanggan dan menggunakan metode penerapan fuzy tsukamoto. Namun dikarenakan perusahaan masih terbilang perusahaan baru, maka untuk pengadaan bahan baku masih tidak bersifat ready stock karena pasar penjualan bahan baku tidak stabil. ...... The writing of this report was used the procurement process flow of PT. Farmasia Inovasi Megatrading and will be developed according to the results of the analysis of the process flow effectively and efficiently that will be implemented in the future by considering various aspects according to PT. Farmasia Inovasi Megatrading. The results was obtained that the process flow of the company started from the customer will contact the company’s sales (for old customers) until the delivery of goods to the customer’s hand. From the process flow, an example of fast moving raw materials is Indonesia is amlodipine besylate. From the 10 pharmaceuticals company industries that make up the largest pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia, 9 of them is used the active substance amlodipine besylate. Therefore, it’s recommended that the procurement of fast moving raw materials should be done in b buffer stock by considering customer purchasing history and using the fuzy tsukamoto application method. However, because the company is still a new company the procurement of raw materials is still to doing a buffer stock applicable because the raw materials sales market is not stable.
