"Industri daur ulang sampah merupakan salah satu usaha strategis untuk mengatasi masalah sampah. Penanganan sampah secara terpadu dan menguntungkan secara ekonomi diperlukan peran aktif masyarakat untuk ikut mengelola sampah secara profesional dan ditangani secara komersial sebagai suatu usaha yang akan menghasilkan keuntungan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pola spasial industri pengolahan sampah dan distribusinya yang sudah dilakukan oleh masyarakat Kecamatan Sepatan. Pola sebaran lokasi industri dilakukan dengan metode tetangga terdekat (NNA). Pola distribusi dilihat dengan saluran distribusi dan arah tujuan distribusi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan pola sebaran lokasi industri di Kecamatan Sepatan adalah Random. Pemilihan saluran dapat dipengaruhi oleh volume produksi dan lamanya industri tersebut berdiri. Semakin besar volume produksi saluran distribusi yang dipilih semakin pendek dan tujuan penjualannya cenderung semakin jauh. Pemilihan saluran distribusi ini pula dapat mempengaruhi pembentukan harga jual dan beli yang terjadi. Industri yang menjual langsung ke pemakai industri lebih menguntungkan tiap bulannya.

Industrial waste recycling is one of the strategic efforts to address the problem of waste. Integrated waste management and economic benefit required the active role of the community to participate in managing the garbage in a professional and handled commercially as a business that will generate profits. Therefore, this study was conducted to look at the spatial pattern of industrial waste processing and distribution has been done by the people of the subdistrict Sepatan. Distribution pattern of industrial sites was conducted using the nearest neighbor (NNA). The distribution pattern seen with distribution channels and towards the purpose of distribution. The study concluded the distribution pattern of industrial location in subdistrict Sepatan is Random. The channel selection may be influenced by production volume and duration of the industry stand. The greater the volume of production of the chosen distribution channel is getting shorter and the sales tend to be more distant destination. Selection of this distribution channel can also affect the formation of the price of buying and selling happens. Industries that sells directly to more profitable industrial users each month."

Ini berarti rumah tidak hanya bertindak sebagai bangunan tetapi juga ruang hidup untuk pengembangan diri berbasis keluarga. Terlepas dari rumah, perumahan memiliki peran yang sama pentingnya. Perumahan memainkan peran yang sangat strategis dalam proses pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian individu yang perlu dipupuk dan dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kehidupan dan mata pencaharian masyarakat. Untuk mencapai nilai ini, perlu untuk memberikan kepuasan kebutuhan manusia yang dapat diperoleh melalui desain pola spasial perumahan yang ideal. Dengan pemahaman ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami bagaimana area perumahan Chevron Pacific Indonesia dapat disebut perumahan yang ideal untuk formasi karakter individu.

As humans, we live with various needs. Maslow’s theory of the hierarchy of basic human needs which consists of physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self- actualization, explains that there is a stage of fulfilling human basic needs. After the physical needs are fulfilled, a shelter or house becomes a need that is fulfilled as a self-development motivation towards a better life. This means the house does not just act as a building but also a living space for family-based self-development. Apart from the house, residential has an equally important role. Residential plays a very strategic role in the process of forming individual character and personality that needs to be nurtured and developed for improving people’s lives and livelihoods. To achieve this value, it is necessary to provide the satisfaction of human needs which can be obtained through the design of an ideal residential spatial pattern. With this understanding, this study aims to analyze and understand how Chevron Pacific Indonesia Housing Area can be called an ideal residential area for individual character formation."
