Abstrak :
Waste management is serious problem in big cities. The increase of population can lead to increase the amount and variety of waste. If this condition can't be handled seriously it will destroye environment and cause disaster in the long time , like flood and air population. waste management can't be handled fully to society or government only , it is all parties responsibility that are government, particular and the whole of society. So, this research had tried to design waste management based on society participation. In order to deliver a good contribution , this research had took a case study on household waste management in Kecamatan Pasar Minggu South Jakarta. This research used descriptive as a type of research , that is describing household society participation in waste management . Furthemore, the result was used to design to design waste management from based on society participation. To achieve a good result , many parties were used as respondent in this research.

ABSTRAK Partisipasi merupakan bentuk dari kepedulian, keterlibatan dan kontribusi nyata yang dilakukan oleh seseorang maupun kelompok masyarakat yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan tertentu. Partisipasi Masyrakat merupakan bentuk dari keterlibatan atau keikutsertaan masyarakat untuk semua proses kegiatan yang terjadi di dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara. Partisispasi Masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah adalah peran serta Masyarakat untuk menyalurkan aspirasi, pemikiran dan kepentinganya dalam penyelenggaraan Pemrintahan Daerah.

Abstrak :
ABSTRAK This article examines the social realities of literary works and the colonial perceptions of socio political movement inspired by the ideologies of Islam, communism, and the Just King (Ratu Adil). The main sources for this study are four short stories published by the Resident of Yogyakarta, Louis Frederik Dingemans (1924, 1927). It employs post-colonial literary theory to analyze the colonial authoritys perceptions of Islam, communism and Ratu Adil, and examines how colonial rulers (as colonizers) positioned themselves as above indigenous society (the colonized) as the guardians of moral, social, and political order.
