ABSTRACT
Olahraga Sepak Bola merupakan olahraga nomor satu di dunia dalam hal popularitas maupun dalam hal pengembangan teknologi. Popularitas dan perkembangan pesatnya mengubah sepak bola menjadi sebuah industri besar, di mana kemenangan merupakan tujuan paling penting dalam olahraga tersebut. Persaingan yang ketat membuat semua tim ingin meraih kemenangan. Kompetisi sepak bola kini telah menyentuh tingkat amatir yang bertujuan untuk mencari bakat-bakat terpendam dalam permainan sepak bola. Oleh karena itu, investasi untuk penelitian di bidang sains dan teknologi di perdalam dalam mendukung kebutuhan untuk mencari strategi dalam meningkatkan performa atlet sepak bola amatir demi meraih hasil tersebut. Beberapa adaptasi perubahan pada sepak bola terjadi seiring berkembangnya teknologi, perubahan jenis lapangan, jenis pelatihan hingga jenis peralatan. Perubahan-perubahan ini digunakan para pelatih dan analis dalam dunia persepakbolaan untuk mencari celah pengembangan performa dari pemain sepak bola yang ada. Salah satu perubahan yang paling terlihat adalah banyaknya sepatu sepak bola dengan jenis desain yang berbeda, dari jenis desain permukaan hingga jenis desain pul sepatu. Sepatu sepak bola dianggap alat yang paling berperan penting dalam kinerja atlet selama pelatihan dan pertandingan. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah desain model yang tersedia di pasar, peninjauan pengaruh interaksi sepatu sepak bola berjenis pul yang berbeda pada kinerja atlet menjadi hal yang penting. Peninjauan ini ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi jenis sepatu bola yang paling baik menanggapi kebutuhan tim yang didasari oleh posisi yang berbeda-beda dalam peningkatan kinerja atlet sepak bola amatir. Dalam penelitian kali ini digunakan analisis performa dengan tahapan yang didasari oleh ergonomi dalam berolahraga dan penilaian performa oleh pelatih, hasil yang didapatkan adalah bentuk rekomendasi jenis sepatu yang paling sesuai digunakan di lapangan sintetis Stadion Universitas Indonesia bagi pemain sepak bola amatir, lalu rekomendasi jenis sepatu sepak bola yang paling sesuai per posisi dan analisis lanjutan mengenai Key Performance Index yang diberikan oleh pelatih.

ABSTRACT
Football is the world 39 s number one sport in terms of popularity and technology development. Football Culture and rapid development are making Football to be global industry in the world. Football competition is encouraging to make all the teams want to win. The football competition has now produced an amateur level that aims to find the hidden talents in the game of football. Therefore, investing for research in technology and environment in support of need to find the best performance in amateur football for the results of the test. Some adjustments have been made with emerging technologies, both for the type of work, the type of training to the type of equipment. These changes will be use by coaches and analysts in the world of football to look for loopholes from the existing soccer performance. One of the most visible change is the shoes with different design types. Football shoes are the most useful tool for training athletes during training and matches. By the increasing design models available on the market, this research becomes one of urgent research that people needs. The invention is used to identify and evaluate what different teams need in different positions. In the present study, the performance principles undertaken by ergonomics in sports and performance by trainers, the results obtained are the most appropriate forms of shoes that used well in the field of synthetic grass. The research will be given the analysis of shoes per level and position, and will be check by the Key Performance Index provided by the trainer.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peraturan yang mengatur kontrak pemain sepakbola dibawah umur di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode yuridis normatif, yaitu dengan memperhatikan perjanjian yang dibuat pihak klub dengan pemain, pengaturan yang mengatur mengenai kontrak pemain sepakbola professional, dan peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontrak yang dibuat oleh pihak klub dengan pemain tidak hanya memperhatikan Lex Sportiva saja namun harus tetap memperhatikan UU Ketenagakerjaan. Khususnya mengenai kontrak pemain sepakbola dibawah umur juga harus memenuhi syarat-syarat dalam UU Ketenagakerjaan dan Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi tentang Perlindungan bagi anak yang melakukan pekerjaan untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minat. Apabila klub tidak memenuhi syarat-syarat dalam pasal 71 ayat 2 UU Ketenagakerjaan maka akan dikenakan sanksi pidana. Sedangkan apabila klub melanggar ketentuan dalam pasal 6 Keputusan Menteri tersebut maka akibat terhadap kontrak pemain tersebut adalah batal demi hukum. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini sebaiknya sebelum menandatangani kontrak, pihak pemain berkonsultasi dahulu dengan bagian hukum Asosiasi Pemain Sepakbola Profesional di Indonesia. ......This research is conducted to further obtain the regulation regulate underage fooball player contract in Indonesia. This research is conducted with normative juridical method, namely taking into account the agreement beetween the club and the player, and the regulation regulate Professional football player rsquo s contract, and the laws of Indonesia. The results of this research indicate the agreement beetween the club and the player not only obey the Lex Sportiva but must obey the National labour law too. Especially Underage football player contract, must obey the National labour law and Ministerial decree about protection for children who works to develop their talents and interest. If the club violate the requirements in Article 71 2 will be sanctioned. And then if the club violate Articel 6 the Ministerial Decree, the contract must be null. The solution is before professional football player sign the contract, the player must be consultate with Indonesia rsquo s professional football player organzation.

Abstrak :
This book is dedicated to the most important decisions of the CAS in football disputes. Most of the authors have been directly involved in the proceedings before the CAS. The commentaries cover a broad spectrum of disputes, inter alia, disputes concerning the contractual stability, protection of young football players, doping, football hooliganism, match fixing, players release, multiple club ownership, player agents and the stays of execution.
