Abstrak :
Kepuasan seksual perempuan dalam masyarakat, selama ini lebih banyak dipahami melalui aspek biologis dan psikologis, tanpa melibatkan pengalaman perempuan secara langsung. Hal ini berimplikasi pada pengabaian hak seksualitas perempuan seperti yang tercantum dalam ICPD 1994, dan hak keadilan hukum bagi perempuan yang mengeluarkan cairan di vagina pada kasus perkosaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pemaknaan kepuasan seksual perempuan secara konstekstual yang berkesetaraan gender, serta digunakan untuk aspek praktis terkait permasalahan kepuasan seksual perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus berperspektif feminis dengan metode pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan pengamatan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari lima orang subjek utama dan satu orang subjek pendukung. Subjek utama dalam studi ini merupakan perempuan heteroseksual yang aktif melakukan hubungan seksual, sedangkan subjek pendukung adalah dokter perempuan yang pernah menangani kasus disfungsi seksual dan menjadi saksi ahli dalam kasus perkosaan, yang berada di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Dalam melihat kompleksitas pemaknaan kepuasan seksual perempuan, digunakan teori kepuasan seksual dalam perspektif medis Rosemary Basson, teori Politik Seksual Kate Millett, teori orgasme dalam perspektif feminis Anne Koedt, konsep seksualitas dalam perspektif psikologis dari Joan Rollins, serta konsep Sexual Compliance Impett dan Peplau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa orgasme perempuan adalah sebuah kondisi yang terjadi pada aktivitas seksual yang diinginkan perempuan, yang ditandai dengan perasaan kenikmatan yang luar biasa dan tidak dapat dijelaskan secara tepat, tanpa perubahan ciri pada vagina dan bagian tubuh lainnya yang khas. Orgasme perempuan hanya dapat didefinisikan oleh perempuan yang mengalaminya, karena orgasme bersifat unik dan individual. Pemaknaan kepuasan seksual perempuan dipengaruhi oleh konstruksi sosial budaya yang ada di sekitarnya. Dalam hubungan seksual, perempuan membutuhkan orgasme, dan melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mendapatkannya. ...... Women's sexual pleasure in society have been understood mostly through biological and psychological aspects, without involving direct experience of women. This has implications for the abandonment of women 39 s sexuality rights as stated in the ICPD 1994 and the right of legal justice for women who secrete vaginal fluids in cases of rape. This research is expected to contribute to the interpretation of women's sexual pleasure in the contextual of gender equality, and used for practical aspects related to women's sexual pleasure problem. This research uses qualitative approach of case study with feminist perspective and using in depth interview and observation methods to collecting data. The subjects consist of five main subjects and one supporting subject. The main subjects in this study were heterosexual women who were sexually active, while the supporting subjects were female physicians who had treated sexual dysfunction and became expert witnesses in cases of rape, located in Jakarta and Tangerang. In looking at the complexity of the meaning of women's sexual pleasure, there are some theories used as analysis tool i.e. the sexual pleasure theories by Rosemary Basson in the medical perspective, Sexual Politics theory by Kate Millett, orgasm theory in the feminist perspective by Anne Koedt, the concept of sexuality in the psychological perspective by Joan Rollins, and the concept of Sexual Compliance by Impett and Peplau. The results of this study found that women's orgasm is a condition that occurs in the desired sexual activity of women, characterized by a feeling of pleasure that is extraordinary and can not be described precisely, without typical change from the characteristics of vagina and other body parts. Women's orgasm can only be defined by women who experience it, because orgasm is unique and individual. The meaning of sexual pleasure of women is influenced by socio cultural constructions that surround it. In sexual relationships, women need orgasm, and make every effort to get it.

Kehamilan mempengaruhi pola seksualitas pada istri maupun suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui fungsi seksual suami selama masa kehamilan pasangan. Pengambilan sampel pada 40 suami dari ibu hamil menggunakan design deskriptif sederhana dan teknik total sampling pada bulan Juni 2012 di sebuah Puskesmas. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner karakteristik suami, Index of sexual satisfaction quiz (ISS quiz) dan Brief Male Sexual Function Inventory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar suami mengalami penurunan frekuensi hubungan seksual pada masa kehamilan. Pada tingkat kepuasan hubungan seksual suami tidak mengalami masalah dan merasa puas, tetapi pada aspek dorongan seksual dan ereksi mengalami penurunan. Pemberikan konseling dengan melibatkan suami penting dilakukan selama pemeriksaan kehamilan pasangannya. Penelitian ini tidak meneliti lebih dalam faktor yang mempengaruhi fungsi seksual suami selama masa kehamilan pasangan sehingga penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan meneliti faktor yang mempengaruhi fungsi seksual suami selama masa kehamilan pasangan.

ABSTRACT
Pregnancy affects the pattern of sexuality in the wife and husband. The research aims to find the husband's sexual function during the pregnancy the couple. Sampling at 40 husbands of pregnant women using simple descriptive design and a total sampling technique in June 2012 at a Health Center. Research instrument in the form of questionnaire characteristics husband, Index of sexual satisfaction quiz (quiz ISS) and the Brief Male Sexual Function Inventory. The results showed most of the husbands has decreased the frequency of sexual intercourse for 30 days. Husband, at the level of sexual satisfaction is not having problems and were satisfied, but the result of male sexual function, the husband has decreased sex drive and erection aspects. nurses are expected to provide counseling and invited to actively join her husband during the pregnancy the couple. This study did not investigate further the factors that affect sexual function during pregnancy, the couple husband and so further research is expected to examine the factors that affect sexual function during the pregnancy the couple husband.

Abstrak :
Hubungan seksual anal dikalangan lelaki seks lelaki (LSL) dilakukan untuk memperoleh kepuasan seksual. Setiap peran dalam hubungan seksual anal (top, bottom, versatile) memberikan pengalaman kepuasan seksual berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan preferensi peran seksual dengan kepuasan seksual pada ODHA LSL. Desain studi penelitian menggunakan cross sectional, dilakukan di Female Plus Kota Bandung dengan teknik consecutive sampling sebanyak 107 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan The New Sexual Satisfaction Scale dan kuesioner preferensi peran seksual. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan (p value 0.491) antara preferensi peran seksual dengan kepuasan seksual. Kepuasan seksual tinggi terlihat pada penelitian ini, hal tersebut dapat menjadikan motif lelaki seks lelaki dalam melakukan hubungan seksual anal. Diperlukan edukasi mengenai dampak negatif hubungan seksual anal pada lelaki seks lelaki. ...... Anal intercourse among men who have sex with men (MSM) has been done to get sexual satisfaction. Every role in anal intercourse (like top, bottom, and versatile) are giving different sexual satisfaction. This research aims to identify the relationship between sexual role preference and sexual satisfaction among MSM with HIV/AIDS. The design of this research is using cross sectional and has been done at Bandung Female Plus with consecutive sampling technique of 107 respondents. This research is using The New Sexual Satisfaction Scale and sexual role preference questionnaire. Data analysis that has been used is univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The result of this research shows that there is no relationship (p value .491) between sexual role preference with sexual satisfaction. High sexual satisfaction has shown on this research, and it can make MSM motive to do anal intercourse. So that education needs to be done about negative impact of anal intercourse to MSM group.
