Informasi magang yang tersedia di berbagai media sosial, termasuk TikTok, sangat penting untuk Generasi Z. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana pengguna TikTok yang mengikuti “@Baihaqi Hamman | Info Magang” mencari informasi tentang magang. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menjelajahi korelasi antara Teori Penentuan Diri (Self-Determination Theory) dan perilaku Gen-Z dalam proses pencarian informasi magang. Melalui metode kuantitatif dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 422 pengikut TikTok “@Baihaqi Hamman | Info Magang,” penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengikut menilai dan menghargai informasi magang yang disajikan oleh pembuat konten, terutama karena elemen hiburan yang ditambahkan oleh pembuat konten. ......Information about internships accessible across various social platforms, including TikTok, holds significant importance for Generation Z. This study is designed to comprehend the approach of TikTok followers of “@Baihaqi Hamman | Internship Info” in their search for internship details. Furthermore, this research seeks to delve into the relationship between Self-Determination Theory and the behavior of Gen-Z during their quest for internship information. Employing a quantitative method and disseminating a survey to 422 followers of “@Baihaqi Hamman | Internship Info” on TikTok, the research discovered that followers highly regard and appreciate the internship content provided by the creators, particularly due to the appealing aspect of entertainment incorporated by the content creators.

ABSTRACT
This paper concerns the history of Australia's International support for the self determination and independence of east timor, a former portuguese ecolony that was invaded by indonesia under presidence suharto in december 1975 and unilaterally annexed in july 1976. The australian support mobilized many people and lasted until august 1999, when the popular consultation was held in east timor following the decision to make it happen by indonesian president habibie, who had replaced suharto to the previous year.

Tesis ini menganalisis tentang studi kasus aneksasi Timor Timur dan jejaring advokasi transnasional, the East Timor and Indonesia Action Network (ETAN dengan menggunakan konsep pola bumerang (Keck dan Sikkink, 1998) dan siklus hidup norma (Finnemore dan Sikkink, 1998). Tesis ini menyimpulkan bahwa norma yang diinternalisasi tidak dapat berjalan dikarenakan adanya benturan antara norma internasional dan struktur domestik. Benturan ini terjadi ketika norma internasional yang menghendaki hak untuk menentukan nasib sendiri ditantang pada kepentingan negara untuk menjaga kedaulatan. Oleh sebab itu, aktor transnasional membutuhkan kemampuan non-material yakni, kekuatan diskursus untuk melawan nilai dan norma yang dianggap tidak sejalan dengan kesepakatan internasional. Selain itu, juga dibutuhkan satu mekanisme yang simultan antara aktor domestik dan transnasional untuk menekan dan mempengaruhi kebijakan maupun perilaku negara. ......This thesis analyzes the study case of East Timor annexation and transnational advocacy network, the East Timor and Indonesia Action Network (ETAN) by using the concept of boomerang pattern (Keck and Sikkink, 1998) and norm lifecycle (Finnemore and Sikkink, 1998). This thesis concluded that internalized or cascading norms may eventually fail to reach because of the clash between international and domestic structure. These norms clash occur when the right of self-determination is challenged by the norm of state sovereignty. Hence, transnational actors need the immaterial capability as power in discourse to counter the existing logic of appropriatness and also by creating a simultaneous mechanism between domestic and transnational actors to pressure and influence on policy change and state behavior.

Abstrak :
The principle of self-determination is one of the concepts contained in international human rights law. This principle has generally been known by many, but along with the changing times and needs, the concept of this principle more deeply examined by experts and used in various international agreements as a basic principle. In the use of this principle, indigenous peoples became one of the subject that could use it for the benefit of the community. Various international agreements include the use of this principle for the rights of indigenous peoples such as the ICCPR, ICESCR, ILO Convention no. 169. That's all for the role of international and regional organizations that move states to recognize indigenous peoples rights. Problems arise when it is implemented and confronted with the country's sovereignty. It's not going to happen when an understanding of the principle of self-determination for indigenous peoples adapted to the needs of indigenous peoples and the sovereignty of a country. The practice of some countries will prove the state's role in the protection of rights of indigenous society without disturbing the sovereignty of the country.

Prinsip menentukan nasib sendiri merupakan salah satu konsep yang terdapat di hukum internasional hak asasi manusia. Prinsip ini secara umum telah dikenal oleh banyak pihak, namun seiring dengan perubahan zaman dan kebutuhan, konsep dari prinsip ini dikaji lebih mendalam oleh para ahli dan digunakan di berbagai kesepakatan internasional sebagai prinsip dasar. Dalam penggunaan prinsip ini, masyarakat adat menjadi salah satu subjek yang dapat memanfaatkannya untuk kepentingan komunitasnya. Berbagai kesepakatan internasional mencantumkan penggunaan prinsip ini bagi hak masyarakat adat seperti ICCPR, ICESCR, Konvensi ILO no. 169. Itu semua atas peran dari organisasi internasional maupun regional yang menggerakkan negara-negara untuk mengakui hak masyarakat adat. Permasalahan timbul ketika hal ini diimplementasikan dan dihadapkan dengan kedaulatan negara. Hal itu tidak akan terjadi ketika pemahaman mengenai prinsip menentukan nasib sendiri bagi masyarakat adat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat adat dan kedaulatan sebuah negara. Praktek beberapa negara membuktikan akan peran negara dalam perlindungan hak masyakarat adat tanpa menganggu kedaulatan dari negara tersebut.
