"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh competency dan self efficacy terhadap perceived employability. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 194 responden mahasiswa tingkat akhir semester 6 keatas di jabodetabek. Teknik penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferential. Analisis inferensial menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa competency berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived employability, competency berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self efficacy, self efficacy memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada perceived employability, dan self efficacy mempengaruhi competency dan perceived employability.

The aim of this study is to explain the effect of competency and self efficacy on perceived employability. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 194 student respondents at the end of semester 6 and above in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique is done using non-probability techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive and inferential analysis. Inferential analysis uses path analysis. The results of this study found that competency has a significant effect on perceived employability, competency has a significant effect on self efficacy, self efficacy has a significant effect on perceived employability, and self efficacy affects competency and perceived employability."

"Berdasarkan data dari PISA (2022), Indonesia memiliki nilai rata-rata sains untuk anak usia 15 tahun sebesar 383 poin, sedangkan rata-rata di negara-negara OECD adalah 485 poin. Pada tahun 2022, hasil rata-rata di bidang matematika, membaca, dan sains menurun dibandingkan tahun 2018. Program karya tulis ilmiah yang diimplementasikan di MTsN 2 Cirebon merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa karena sebelumnya siswa MTsN 2 Cirebon memiliki kemampuan literasi yang kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi program riset dan dampaknya terhadap kemampuan literasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed-method dengan teknik analisis kualitatif-kuantitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Program karya tulis ilmiah pada MTsN 2 Cirebon terbagi menjadi tiga langkah. Langkah pertama adalah implementasi pra-riset untuk memetakan kemampuan awal siswa. Kedua, fasilitator program mengombinasikan program dengan kemampuan membaca artikel ilmiah, menulis hasil analisis dari studi kasus, dan mempresentasikan. Ketiga, dengan adanya ketiga kemampuan tersebut, program ini dapat menciptakan siswa yang memahami teknik dalam membaca, menulis, dan mengomunikasikan hasil risetnya.

According to data from PISA (2022), Indonesia's average science score for 15-year-old students is 383 points, whereas the average score in OECD countries is 485 points. In 2022, the average results in mathematics, reading, and science declined compared to 2018. The scientific writing program implemented at MTsN 2 Cirebon is one of the strategies to improve students' literacy skills, as previously, students at MTsN 2 Cirebon had low literacy levels. This study aims to identify the implementation of the research program and its impact on students' literacy skills. This study employs a mixed-method approach with qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The findings of this study are as follows. The scientific writing program at MTsN 2 Cirebon is divided into three stages. The first stage is pre-research implementation to map students' initial abilities. Second, the program facilitators combine the program with the ability to read scientific articles, write analysis results from case studies, and present them. Third, with these three skills, the program can create students who understand the technical aspects of reading, writing, and communicating their research findings."

"Studi ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan berwirausaha perempuan umur produktif 15-64 tahun di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data Susenas 2013. Hasil regresi logit biner menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, yaitu umur, upah, pendidikan, status dalam rumah tangga, status kawin dan status kesehatan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha perempuan. Variabel lainnya yang merupakan karakteristik rumah tangga, yaitu keberadaan anak umur 0-6 tahun, keberadaan anak umur 7-14 tahun, keberadaan pembantu rumah tangga, keberadaan anggota rumah tangga dewasa lain, kepemilikan rumah, keberadaan anggota rumah tangga yang menerima kredit usaha dan daerah tempat tinggal juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha perempuan.

This study is aimed to analyze the factors influencing women's decisions to be self-employed in their productive age in Indonesia by using the Susenas 2013. The results of binary logistic regression show that age, wage, education, head of household status, marital status, and health status significantly affect women's decision to be self-employed. Household characteristics variables such as presence of children age 0-6 years, presence of children age 7-14 years, presence of maid(s), other adult household member(s), home ownership, loan recipient status, and area of residence significantly affect women's decisions to be self employment."

"Pekerjaan lepas industri kreatif menjadi tren pekerjaan yang berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. PT Haloka Group Indonesia sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri kreatif ingin memanfaatkan momentum ini untuk mengembangkan salah satu brand mereka, Halokarier, melalui sebuah sistem berbasis web. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan berpacu pada beberapa aplikasi pencarian pekerjaan lepas yang sudah beredar, tetapi nantinya pasar aplikasi akan berfokus pada klien dan pekerja lepas lokal. Dilakukanlah requirements gathering dengan mewawancarai beberapa pekerja lepas dan para pemilik bisnis yang sering menggunakan jasa pekerja lepas. Rancangan sistem pun dibuat berdasarkan masukan serta ide yang didapat. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode waterfall process model. Setelah aplikasi secara fungsional telah siap, dilakukan evaluasi untuk menilai kecocokannya dengan proses bisnis dengan metode User Acceptance Test (UAT). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, sistem telah berjalan dengan baik secara fungsional dan dapat ditingkatkan lagi dari segi antarmuka.

Freelancing in creative industry has become a rapidly growing job trend in recent years. PT Haloka Group Indonesia as a company engaged in the creative industry wants to take advantage of this momentum to develop one of their brands, Halokarier, through a web-based platform. The developed application is based on existing freelance’s job searching applications, but the market will focus on local clients and freelancers. Requirements gathering was carried out by interviewing several freelancers and business owners who ofter use the services of freelancers. The system design was made based on the input and ideas obtained. Application development is carried out using the waterfall process model. After the application is functionally ready, an evaluation is carried out to assess its compability with business processes using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method. Based on the evaluation, the system has run well functionally and can be improved in terms of user interface."
