Abstrak :
Permasalahan tenaga sekuriti CSI yang dikeluhkan oleh pengguna/pelanggan karena lemahnya kompetensi, sikap dan perilaku di dalam kinerja di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, mengetahui dan menganalisis pola pelatihan tenaga sekuriti CSI di tinjau dari perspektif pola rekrutmen dan seleksi calon sekuriti CSI, gambaran kurikulum pelatihan CSI, gambaran metode pelatihan, gambaran tentang instruktur CSI, gambaran sertifikasi tenaga sekuriti CSI, dan gambaran kompetensi tenaga sekuriti CSI, mengkaji persepsi pengguna/pelanggan terhadap tenaga sekuriti CSI serta mekanisme kerja antara Polri dan perusahaan jasa sekuriti CSI. Lokasi penelitian pada penyusunan tesis ini adalah perusahaan jasa pengamanan PT. Cakra Satya Internusa (CSI) yang beralamat di Kompleks City Square Jl. Peta Selatan Blok A No. 20-21 Kalideres, Tangerang, lokasi pelanggan/perusahaan yang menggunakan jasa CSI, lokasi pelatihan sekuriti CSI yaitu di Komplek Mahkota Mas Blok E No.24 Cikokol Tangerang, Direktorat Binmas Polda Metro Jaya, dan Subdit Binmas Baharkam Polri. Penelitian tesis ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan konsep sensitivitas pada masalah yang dihadapi, menerangkan realitas yang berkaitan dengan penelusuran teori dari bawah (grounded theory), dan mengembangkan pemahaman akan satu atau lebih dari fenomena yang dihadapi. Informasi diperoleh melalui observasi secara berpartisipasi, wawancara mendalam dan metoda lain yang menghasilkan data deskriptif guna mengungkapkan sebab dan proses terjadinya peristiwa yang diteliti, dimana peneliti melakukan eksplorasi secara mendalam terhadap program, kejadian, proses, aktifitas, terhadap satu atau lebih orang. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data secara mendetail dengan menggunakan berbagai prosedur pengumpulan data dan dalam waktu yang berkesinambungan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa singkatnya masa pelatihan (New Comer Class/NCC); dan masih rendahnya muatan pelajaran kompetensi, sikap dan perilaku yang diberikan, menimbulkan kompetensi/kemampuan Satpam yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi/harapan. Hal ini yang menyebabkan tidak terbentuknya kompetensi tenaga sekuriti CSI terutama pembentukan kompetensi keras (hard competency) sekuriti di lapangan dan akan berefek menimbulkan keluhan-keluhan pelanggan/customer yang berkelanjutan. ......Several problems related to security personnel recruited by P.T. Cakra Satya Internusa (CSI) complained by its users or customers are, in fact, caused by the lack of competence, attitudes and behaviors of their performance on the field. The thesis aims at assessing, identifying and analyzing the patterns of trainings given to CSI security personnel observed from the perspective of the CSI patterns of recruitment and selection of candidates for security personnel, the CSI training curriculum overview, the description of methods of training, the overview of CSI instructors, the overview of certification of CSI security personnel, the overview of the competence of CSI security personnel, the perceptions of CSI users or customers on CSI security personnel and the working mechanisms between the Indonesian National Police (Polri) and CSI. The research of the thesis is held in some places, such as at the office of P.T. CSI at Jalan Peta Selatan Blok A No. 20-21, Kalideres, Tangerang, West Jakarta. The research is also held in the locations of housing or office which use the security services of CSI, for example the Kompleks Mahkota Emas Blok E No,24, Cikokol, Tangerang, Partnership Directorate of Jakarta Metropolitan Police Region and Sub-directorate of Partnership of the Board of Security Maintenance (Baharkam) of Indonesian National Police. The thesis employs the methode of qualitative research aiming at developing the concept of sensitivity to the problems encountered, explaining the realities associated with the the search of a theory from the bottom (grounded theory), and developing an understanding of one or more of the phenomena encountered. Information is obtained through participating observation, in-depth interviews and other methods that produce descriptive data in order to reveal the causes and processes of the incidents studied. The researcher also conducts indepth exploration on programs, incidents, processes, and activity of one person or more. The researcher continuously gathers detailed data by using various procedures of data collection. The results of the research reveal that the training period given is still short, especially for the New Comer Class/ NCC. The training materials given are still lack of the components of competence, attitudes and behavior resulting in security personnel with unexpected competencies or outcome. Such conditions lead to the failure of the formation of hard competency of CSI security personnel in the field. Moreover, such failures cause the emerge of complaints from its sustainable customers or users.

Hingga tahun 2022, bauran energi listrik terbarukan seperti geothermal hanya mencapai 2280 MW dari target pemerintah Indonesia 7200 MW, sebagaimana tercantum pada Rencana Umum Energi Nasional (RUEN). Hasil kajian World Bank menyatakan bahwa implementasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sangat diperlukan dalam mempercepat eksplorasi energi ini. Selain itu, kondisi pandemi COVID-19 juga mendesak perusahaan eksplorasi geothermal seperti PT XYZ untuk mempercepat proses transformasi digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas koordinasi,  pengambilan, integrasi, dan pengelolaan data di lapangan. Akan tetapi, penggunaan dan penyimpanan data digital yang sangat dinamis memunculkan masalah kerentanan terhadap data. Sehingga hal tersebut menjadi pendorong untuk dilakukannya penilaian risiko keamanan informasi di perusahaan ini. Penilaian risiko keamanan informasi juga merupakan langkah awal dalam penyusunan sistem manajemen keamanan informasi. Penilaian risiko keamanan informasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja ISO/IEC 27005 dengan menggunakan domain dan objektif yang terdapat pada ISO/IEC 27001. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya 26 risiko kemanan inforasi pada sistem informasi kepegawaian PT XYZ. 16 risiko tinggi dan sedang direkomendasikan untuk dimitigasi dengan menerapkan kontrol yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi dampak dan kemungkinan dari risiko tersebut. Sepuluh risiko rendah diterima dengan tetap menerapkan kontrol yang sesuai dengan ISO 27002. ......Until 2022, geothermal energy only reaches total capacity 2280 MW behind the target of national total renewable energy mix 7200 MW that stated in the General National Energy Plan. Recent study from World Bank stated that implementation of information and communication technology is crucial in accelerating geothermal energy exploration. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic also has drived many geothermal exploration companies such as PT XYZ to accelerate their digital transformation to improve coordination, data acquisition, data integration, and data management at the exploration site. However, the rapid flow of digital data raises several issues related to information security. This study aims to establish information securiy risk assessment as the first step in developing information security management system. This assessment is prepared using ISO/IEC 27005 framework with domains and objectives from ISO/IEC 27001. The results show that there are 26 information security risks in the PT XYZ human resource information system. 16 high and moderate unacceptable risks are recommended to be mitigated by implementing controls to reduce the impact and likelihood of these risks. Ten low risks are accepted while maintaining controls according to ISO 27002.
