"Tesis ini membahas tentang penyebab anak putus sekolah pada 6 rumah tangga miskin hasil Pendataan Program Perlindungan Sosial 2008 di Kelurahan Pangkalan Jati Kecamatan Cinere Kota Depok.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus.Hasil penelitian menyarankan agar dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada anak putus sekolah untuk mengikuti kejar paket A/B/C, kepada pihak pemerintah setempat dapat memberikan larangan/peraturan tertulis berkenaan dengan jam beroperasinya warnet di sekitar lokasi penelitian, menghimbau kepada rumah tangga miskin untuk mengurus SKTM guna memperoleh keringanan biaya pendidikan. Bagi pihak sekolah, dapat menginformasikan segala persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi untuk memperoleh bantuan keringan biaya pendidikan bagi siswa miskin.

This thesis discusses the causes of school dropouts in 6 poor households as the result of documenting of the Social Protection Program 2008 in Subdistric Pangkalan Jati District Cinere Depok City. This study is a qualitative research with this type of case study research. The results suggest providing opportunities for children dropping out of school to follow the chase pack A / B / C, to the local government may provide restrictions / regulations with regard to the hours of operation of the cafe around the study site, appealed to poor households for SKTM care in order to obtain tuition waivers. For the school, can inform all the requirements that must be met to obtain drought relief costs of education for poor students."
