Abstrak :
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Bambu Apus Jakarta Timur dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang peran pekerja sosial dalam menangani masalah remaja putus sekolah terlantar beserta factor pendukung dan factor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan peran tersebut. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja sosial telah melakukan peran sebagai enabler, broker,Group Facilitator, educator dan publick speaker. Di sini juga dijelaskan tentang Peran pekerja sosial dalam menangani masalah remaja putus sekolah terlantar yang juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambatnya. ......The research was conducted at the Social Institutions of the Youth Development (PSBR) Bambu Apus, East Jakarta with the aim to obtain a description of the role of social workers in handling problems with neglected adolescent drop out of school and motivating factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of these roles. This research is descriptive with qualitative approach. Results showed that social workers had done the role as enablers, broker, group facilitatorn and publick speaker. Here also explained about the role of social workers in dealing with neglected adolescent drop out of school who are also affected by several factors supporting and inhibiting factors.
