Abstrak :
Indonesia merupakan negara maritim yang terdiri dari pulau pulau yang terbentang dari Sabang sampai Merauke, dengan jumlah pulau sebanyak 17.508. Jarak antarpulau tersebut tentunya memerlukan konektivitas pendukung untuk menunjang stabilitas perekonomian bangsa secara merata. Konektivitas antarpulau di Indonesia salah satunya ditunjang dengan ketersediaan pelabuhan. Menurut Tedy Herdian, Deputy Port Facility Security Officer TPK Koja pada artikelnya, fungsi pelabuhan di Indonesia menjadi sangat penting seiring dengan berkembangnya industri yang berorientasi ekspor, karena pelabuhan menjadi salah satu unsur penentu dalam aktivitas perdagangan. Keberadaan pelabuhan pada hakikatnya adalah untuk memfasilitasi pemindahan barang antara moda transportasi darat inland transport dan moda transportasi laut maritime transport serta menyalurkan barang masuk dan keluar daerah pabean secepat dan seefisien mungkin. Namun untuk menunjang efisiensi dan efektivitas kegiatan kepelabuhanan masih terkendala oleh beberapa permasalahan yang ada. Beberapa permasalahan dalam aktivitas dipelabuhan diantaranya Dwell Time dan Peralatan penunjang aktivitas pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimasikan utilitas kegiatan arus bongkar muat pada model pengoperasian kontainer terminal dengan mengalokasikan sumber daya dan penjadwalan perangkat yang berbeda dari operasi terminal dengan menggunakan software simulasi Flexterm.
Indonesia is a maritime country consisting of islands stretching from Sabang to Merauke, with 17.508 islands. The distance between islands certainly requires supporting connectivity to support the stability of the nations economy equally. One of the inter island connectivity in Indonesia is supported by the availability of ports. According to Tedy Herdian, TPK Kojas Deputy Port Facility Security Officer in his article, the function of ports in Indonesia has become very important along with the development of export oriented industries, because ports are one of the determining elements in trading activities. The existence of a port is essentially to facilitate the transfer of goods between the modes of land transportation inland transport and the mode of sea transportation maritime transport as well as channel goods in and out of customs areas as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, to support the efficiency and effectiveness of port activities is still constrained by several existing problems. Some problems in port activities include Dwell Time and Equipment for supporting port activities. This study aims to optimize the utility of loading and unloading activities on the terminal container operating model by allocating resources and scheduling devices that are different from terminal operations by using Flexterm simulation software.

Pada tahun 2018, fenomena dalam industri batu bara memberikan perusahaan batu bara Indonesia insentif untuk meningkatkan produksi dan distribusi. Namun, peningkatan ini perlu didukung dengan pengelolaan kapasitas fasilitas yang efektif dan efisien, termasuk alokasi armada tongkang yang digunakan untuk mentransportasikan batu bara ke destinasi pelanggan. Sebelumnya, berbagai penelitian telah dilakukan mengenai hal ini, tetapi belum ada yang mendiskusikan pengelolaan kapasitas armada tongkang yang mempertimbangkan penambahan armada dengan cara menyewa (charter) unit-unit tongkang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan alokasi optimal jumlah perjalanan (voyage) tongkang, baik menggunakan unit yang sudah ada maupun tambahan. Sebuah perusahaan tambang batu bara Indonesia di Kalimantan Selatan digunakan sebagai studi kasus, dan integer programming (IP) digunakan sebagai metode. Output dari penelitian ini adalah alokasi optimal jumlah perjalanan (voyage) tongkang batu bara untuk destinasi domestik dan transshipment yang mempertimbangkan penambahan unit tongkang melalui penyewaan (chartering). ......In the year 2018, phenomena within the coal industry have given incentive for Indonesian coal-mining companies to increase their production and distribution. However, this increase needs to be supported by effective and efficient facility capacity management, including allocation of the barge fleet used to transport coal to customer destinations. Previous research has been done on the subject, but none has yet discussed the issue of barge fleet capacity management that considers the possibility of addition to the fleet by way of chartering new barge units. This research aims to determine the optimal allocation of coal barge fleet in terms of number of voyages of both existing and additional barge units. The case of an Indonesian coal-mining company based in Southern Borneo is used for case study, and integer programming (IP) is deployed as the method. The output of this research is an optimal allocation of coal barge fleet for domestic and transshipment destinations in terms of number of voyages that considers the addition of new barge units to the fleet through chartering.

Salah satu tantangan berat dari kehadiran Internet of Things (IoT) adalah resource allocation. Hal itu terjadi karena terhubungnya node-node dalam jumlah banyak secara simultan ke dalam jaringan. Sedangkan bandwidth yang ada jumlahnya terbatas. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan algoritma penjadwalan yang efisien. Namun sayangnya, saat ini penelitian tentang network scheduling, terutama 802.15.4e, masih terkendala tools simulator. Berdasarkan penjelasan diatas penelitian ini mengusulkan platform simulator terbuka untuk mengimplementasikan network scheduling. Platform ini, dapat digunakan oleh siapa saja yang ingin melakukan simulasi algoritma penjadwalan. Platform ini dibangun menggunakan PHP dan javascript. Pada penelitian ini peneliti digunakan algoritma IR-TASA untuk menguji kinerja simulator yang dibangun. Hasilnya, pengujian pada dua variabel yaitu jumlah time slot aktif dan jumlah iterasi/cycle menunjukan hasil yang sama 100% antara network simulator dan pengujian heuristik, untuk percobaan menggunakan 10 topologi yang berbeda. ......The most difficult challenge of the presence of the Internet of Things (IoT) is resource allocation. This happens because large numbers of nodes are simultaneously connected to networks, while the existing bandwidth is limited. Therefore, an efficient scheduling algorithm is needed. However, unfortunately, current research on network scheduling, especially 802.15.4e, is still constrained by simulator tools. Thus, this study proposes an open simulator platform for implementing network scheduling. This platform can be used by anyone who wishes to conduct a scheduling algorithm simulation. This platform is developed using PHP and javascript. In this study the researchers used the IR-TASA algorithm to test the performance of the proposed simulator. The results of testing from two variables the number of active time slots and the number of iterations/cyclesshowed the same result, 100%, between network simulators and heuristic testing, for experiments using 10 different topologies.

Dans Ie monde concurrentiel d'aujourd'hui et la vague de la globalisation, le role du systeme d'information est essentiel d'inciter la compagnie a rester en avant de la concurrence et a obtenir l'efficacité de travail. Dans I'industrie pétroliére, cette condition est non seulement appliquée pour de grandes entreprises mais elle s?applique également aux entreprises de petite moyenne aussi bien. La balance des affaires est déterminée par le nombre de bloc de pétrole et de gaz étant fonctionné, le volume des transactions et l'étape de 1'opération. Si la compagnie est classée par Catégorie comme grandes affaires ou affaires de petite moyenne, cette industrie exige toujours une grande quantité dinvestissement. Les outils fonctionnant tels que le systeme de la planification de ressource d'entreprise (ERP) coutribueront de maniere sigriificative sur réduire le coiit de l?opération particulierement dans la gestion de chaine d?approvisionnements. Le systeme d'ERP offre Ia solution pour controler les activites de chaine d'approvisionnements de l?organisation globale localement, in travers la frontiere et pour fonctionner globalement. Cette recherche présente le procédé de choix d'ERP dans Tately N.V. This que le processus est conduite pour étudier si l?ERP est evident pour étre mis en application a cette Compagnie. La décision pour mettre en application un ERP est tout it fait provocante pour une nouvelle Compagnie comme Tately N.V. qui étant classé par Catégorie comme affaires de petite moyenne. L?exécution d'ERP est tres couteuse, et la majeure partie de la compagnie pétroliere tend a mettre en application le systéme d'ERP quand elles se développent en grandes affaires. Afin de convaincre la gestion, l'analyse de plan d'affaires a été conduite pour mesurer le besoin afin de choisir le systeme d'ERP qui peut mieux adapter le besoin de la compagnie. Apres ce, la compagnie devrait conduire le procédé de choix pour interviewer les fournisseurs innombrables d'ERP sur le marché. La compagnie décide d'acheter une solution de paquet au lieu de la construction le systeme dans la maison. Cette decision a été prise parce qu'ils sont manque d'expertise interne et ressources pour développer le systéme interns. L'autre raison est parce que Ia solution de paquet a offert externalité Vavantage particulierement que les grands fournisseurs d'ERP ont publiée un dégagement pour soutenir des entreprises de petite moyenne telles que la SAP et l'oracle. Le résultat de l?analyse du besoin d'affaires indique qu'il est nécessaire de mettre en application le systeme d'ERP pour soutenir les activités de chaine dapprovisionnements dans Tately N.V. The ERP que le choix est conduit avec trois méthodes. La premiere méthode emploie l'évaluation électronique d'ERP pour examiner ERP pour les petites entreprises moyennes (SMB) des applications innombrables d'ERP disponibles sur le marché. L'évaluation a comme consequence quatre ERP recommandés SMB qui est fabrication des affaires une, du SunSystem, du Microsoft Navision, el du Krakatau de SAP. Le fournisseur pour le logiciel mentionné est disponible en Indonésie. La deuxiéme méthode emploie pesant le systeme pour peser des competences de chaque fournisseur d'ERP en utilisant plusieurs categories telles que la qualité du produit de logiciel, les services et l'appui, la longévité de fournisseur et le cout. La troisieme méthode emploie la méthode analytique du processus de hiérarchie (AHF). Le résultat de peser le systems sera Ia base pour que le calcul d?AHP choisisso et pour décide le logiciel d'ERP qui adaptent mieux le besoin de la compagnie. Le résultat du calcul_d'AHP indique que la technologie de information de pinte Krakatau avec sa application de fabrication de Krakatau a les meilleurs points dans des categories devaluation globale et donc sera choisie en tant que fournisseur de l'ERP de Tately.
In today's competitive world and the wave of globalization, the role of information system is vital to make the company stay ahead of the competition and obtain work efficiency. In oil industry, this condition is not only applied for large businesses but it also applies to small-medium businesses as well. The scale of the business is determined by the number of oil and gas block being operated, the volume of the business transactions and the stage of the operation. Whether the company is categorized as a large business or a small-medium business, this industry still requires a large amount of investment. The working tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system will contribute significantly on reducing the cost of operation especially in supply chain management. The ERP system offers the solution to manage the overall organization's supply chain activities locally, across the border and work globally. This research presents the ERP selection process in Tately N.V. This process is conducted to investigate whether the ERP is visible to be implemented in this company. The decision to implement an ERP is quite challenging for a new company like Tately N.V. that being categorized as a small-medium business. The ERP implementation is very costly, and most of the oil company tends to implement ERP system when they develop into a large business. In order to convince the management, the business plan analysis was conducted to measure the need in order to select the ERP system that can best fit the company's need. After that, the company should conduct the selection process to screen the countless ERP vendors in the market. The company decides to purchase a package solution instead of build the system in house. This decision was made because they are lack of internal expertise and resources to develop in-house system. The other reason is because the package solution offered outsourcing advantage especially that the large ERP vendors have issued a release to support small-medium businesses such as SAP and Oracle. The result of business need analysis indicates that it is necessary to implement the ERP system to support the supply chain activities in Tately N.V. The ERP selection is conducted with three methods. The first method is using electronic ERP evaluation to screen ERP for small medium businesses (SMB) from the countless ERP applications available in the market. The evaluation results in four recommended ERP SMB which is SAP Business One, Sun System, Microsoft Navision, and Krakatau manufacturing. The vendor for the mentioned software is available in Indonesia. The second method is using weighting system to weight each ERP vendor competencies using several categories such as software product quality, services and support, vendor longevity and cost. The third method is using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The result of weighting system will be the base for the AHP calculation to select and decide the ERP software that best fit the company's need. The result of AHP calculation indicates that PT Krakatau Information Technology with its Krakatau manufacturing application has the best score in overall evaluation categories and therefore shall be selected as Tately's ERP provider.

Archaeology resource in the Batu Goong site of Menes subdistrict, Pandeglang is an artifact containing several meanings, especially that dealing with the past human behavior in the region. The Geographically area is the hill named Kaduguling,and Citaman springs at the foot of mountain slopes. The character of the hill is higher in the back. The survey and observation results in this site record the traces of human activity in the past, especially the utilization of natural resources, and other activities related to religion and adaptation to the environment. In this paper, some of the theories used as approaches to various cultural activities are explaining about the cultural that used to grow in this site. Furthermore,it can be conclude that cultural's supporting human in this site in the past a reliving communities adapting to the environment by using the available natural resources.
