"Pendahuluan: Tingkat kepatuhan dalam pengelolaan hipertensi pada penderita di wilayah pedesaan jauh lebih rendah. Pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi solusi layanan publik dalam mengatasi permasalahan jarak dan kondisi geografis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kombinasi edukasi berbasis Chatterbot hipertensi dan Telemonitoring Smart Village terhadap manajemen diri penderita hipertensi di wilayah pelosok Kabupaten Blitar Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan jenis Non-Equivalent Control Group Design with Dependent Pretest and Posttest Samples menggunakan kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Perhitungan sampel mengggunakan rumus analitik komparatif kategorik tidak berpasangan dengan didapat total sampel 80 dan instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Hypertension Self Management Behavior Questionairre (HSMBQ). Hasil: Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan intervensi kombinasi edukasi Chatterbot dan Telemonitoring Webapps Smart Village terhadap manajemen diri penderita hipertensi (p value 0.001; α 0.05). Kesimpulan: Intervensi kombinasi edukasi Chatterbot dan Telemonitoring Webapps Smart Village dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan manajemen diri penderita hipertensi.
Introduction: The adherence rate in hypertension management among patients in rural areas is significantly lower. The utilization of technology has become a public service solution to address challenges related to distance and geographical conditions. This study aims to identify the effect of a combination of hypertension chatbot-based education and Smart Village telemonitoring on the self-management of hypertension patients in remote areas of Blitar Regency, East Java Province. Methods: This study used a Quasi-Experimental research design with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design with Dependent Pretest and Posttest Samples, involving control and intervention groups. The sampling technique applied was consecutive sampling. Sample size calculation was performed using the unpaired categorical comparative analytic formula with resulting in a total sample size of 80. The research instrument utilized was the Hypertension Self-Management Behavior Questionnaire (HSMBQ). Results: Bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between the combined intervention of chatbot-based education and Smart Village Web App Telemonitoring on the self-management of hypertension patients (p-value = 0.001; α = 0.05). Conclusion: The combined intervention of chatbot-based education and Smart Village Web App Telemonitoring can be used to improve the self-management of hypertension patients."
