Keterlambatan perkembangan motorik halus masih sering terjadi pada usia prasekolah. Kasus anak yang mengalami gangguan perkembangan motorik halus di Indonesia tahun 2013 mengalami peningkatan dari 6,2% menjadi 9,8%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan permainan menyusun puzzle dan perkembangan motorik halus anak usia prasekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelatif cross sectional dengan tenik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 110 responden anak usia 3-6 tahun di 3 TK wilayah Serang, Banten. Uji penelitian menggunakan uji chi square dengan hasil terdapat hubungan bermakna antara permainan menyusun puzzle, usia anak, dan urutan anak dengan perkembangan motorik halus anak usia prasekolah (p value 0,003; 0,035; 0,014 dengan p<0,05). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi perawat, tenaga kesehatan, ibu, guru/pengasuh, dan penelitian berikutnya untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk memberikan berbagai jenis permainan seperti puzzle yang dapat menstimulasi perkembangan motorik halus anak usia prasekolah.

Delay in fine motor development is still common in preschool age. Cases of children experiencing impaired fine motor development in Indonesia in 2013 increased from 6.2% to 9.8%. This study aims to determine the relationship between puzzle compilation and fine motor development in preschool children. This study uses a cross-sectional correlative analytic design with a simple random sampling technique. The number of samples studied was 110 respondents of children aged 3-6 years in 3 kindergartens in Serang, Banten. The research test used the chi-square test with the result that there was a significant relationship between the puzzle compilation games, the child's age, and the sequence of children with fine motor development in preschool-age children (p-value 0.003; 0.035; 0.014 with p <0.05). The results of this study are expected to be useful for nurses, health workers, mothers, teachers/caregivers, and subsequent research to be used as reference material. This research recommends providing various types of games such as puzzles that can stimulate the fine motor development of preschoolers.
