"Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) sangat berperan penting dalam proses pengadaan karena jika di dalam proses pengadaan di PBF tidak berjalan dengan baik maka akan berpengaruh kepada proses distribusi ke tempat pelayanan kefarmasian lainnya sehingga dapat menyebabkan ketersediaan obat di tempat pelayanan kefarmasian sedikit. Pedagang Besar Farmasi merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk badan hukum yang mimiliki izin pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran obat atau bahan obat dalam jumlah besar sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan. PBF hanya dapat melaksanakan pengadaan obat dari industri farmasi atau sesama PBF. Namun, tidak semua PBF yang dapat melakukan pengadaan obat secara langsung di industri farmasi. PBF cabang hanya dapat melaksanakan pengadaan obat atau bahan obat dari PBF Pusat saja. Berdasarkan hasil Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di KFTD cabang Bogor yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa KFTD cabang Bogor dalam melakukan perencanaan pengadaan didasarkan pada tiga metode antara lain purchase order (PO) atau stock transfer order (STO) kalkulator, forecast (marketing), dan PO outlet atau ID paket. KFTD cabang Bogor membuat surat pesanan berupa purchase order (PO) untuk produk kimia farma dan semua narkotika serta stock transfer order (STO) diperuntukkan produk non-Kimia farma serta pesanan relokasi antar cabang. KFTD cabang Bogor melakukan pengadaan kepada Unit Logistik Sentral (ULS) dan Unit Kerja Logistik (UKL) harus melalui KFTD pusat.
Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PBF) play an important role in the procurement process because if the procurement process at PBF does not go well, it will affect the distribution process to other pharmaceutical service locations so that the availability of drugs in pharmaceutical service locations is low. Pharmaceutical Wholesalers are companies in the form of legal entities that have permits to procure, store, distribute drugs or medicinal substances in large quantities in accordance with statutory provisions. PBF can only procure drugs from the pharmaceutical industry or fellow PBFs. However, not all PBFs can procure drugs directly in the pharmaceutical industry. PBF branches can only procure drugs or medicinal ingredients from the central PBF. Based on the results of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at the KFTD Bogor branch which has been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that the KFTD Bogor branch in carrying out procurement planning is based on three methods including purchase orders (PO) or stock transfer orders (STO) calculators, forecasts (marketing), and outlet PO or package ID. KFTD Bogor branch issues orders in the form of purchase orders (PO) for pharmaceutical chemical products and all narcotics as well as stock transfer orders (STO) for non-chemical pharmaceutical products as well as orders for relocation between branches. The KFTD Bogor branch procures to the Central Logistics Unit (ULS) and the Logistics Work Unit (UKL) must go through the central KFTD."

"Penelitian ini menguji bagaimana peran perceived value konsumen dalam memprediksi intensitas membeli susu cair di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling berupa convenience sampling, yang pada akhirnya memperoleh partisipan sebanyak 419 orang dengan rentang usia 18-65 tahun. Penelitian ini mengukur intensi membeli dari konsumen menggunakan Intention-to-Buy Measure dan Consumer Values Scale untuk mengukur nilai-nilai konsumsi dari konsumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Perceived value (nilai fungsional, nilai sosial, nilai emosional, nilai kondisional, dan nilai epistemik) dapat memprediksi intensitas membeli susu cair. Setiap nilai dalam perceived value juga diukur secara independen dan diperoleh hasil bahwa emotional value, epistemic value, dan conditional value dapat memprediksi intensi membeli secara independen, sedangkan functional value dan social value ditemukan tidak dapat memprediksi intensi membeli secara independen. Melalui penelitian ini, perusahaan dapat memasarkan produk susu cair dengan mempertimbangkan aspek nilai konsumsi, khususnya nilai emosional, epistemik, dan kondisional yang ada pada konsumen untuk meningkatkan intensitas membeli susu cair.
This study examines the role of consumer perceived value in predicting the intensity of buying liquid milk in Indonesia. This study used a sampling technique in the form of convenience sampling, which in the end obtained 419 participants with an age range of 18-65 years. This study measures the purchase intention of consumers using the Intention-to-Buy Measure and the Consumer Values Scale to measure the consumption values of consumers. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results show that each dimension of Perceived value (functional value, social value, emotional value, conditional value, and epistemic value) can predict the purchase intention of liquid milk. Each value in perceived value was also measured independently and the results obtained that emotional values, epistemic values, and conditional values could predict purchase intention independently, while functional values and social values found could not predict purchase intention independently.Through this research, companies can market liquid milk products by considering aspects of consumption value, especially the emotional, epistemic, and conditional values that exist in consumers to increase the purchase intention of liquid milk."

"Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) merupakan program dari pemerintah yang memberikan perlindungan kesehatan kepada peserta yang telah membayar iuran atau iurannya dibayar oleh Pemerintah. JKN bertujuan agar peserta dapat memperoleh manfaat pemeliharaan kesehatan dan perlindungan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatan. Pengelolaan persediaan obat di Apotek perlu dilakukan untuk mendukung pelayanan kepada pasien. Apoteker berperan dalam manajemen sediaan farmasi sehingga harus memiliki kemampuan manajerial untuk mengelolah data kebutuhan obat yang dituangkan dalam Rencana Kebutuhan Obat sesuai pagu anggaran. Apotek Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro merupakan salah satu Faskes yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan untuk pelayanan obat Pelayanan Rujuk Balik (PRB). Perkembangan teknologi informasi menyebabkan pengadaan sediaan farmasi menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat. Pengadaan obat dapat menggunakan E-Purchasing melalui Katalog Elektronik pada website Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP). Pengadaan obat BPJS melalui Katalog Elektronik dapat mempermudah dalam kegiatan melaksanakan kebutuhan obat sehingga pasien dapat menerima obat sesuai dan tepat waktu. Penyusunan laporan khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem pengadaan obat BPJS melalui Katalog Elektronik di Apotek Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro. Pengadaan obat BPJS di Apotek Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro menggunakan metode Manual (Offline) yaitu membuat paket pembelian obat berdasarkan Daftar Pengadaan Obat Berdasarkan Katalog Elektronik dengan Formulir 2 dikarenakan kendala operasional. Kendala operasional dalam pengadaan obat BPJS di Apotek Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro telah diselesaikan dengan mengujungi Kemenkes bagian Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Kementerian Kesehatan.

National Health Insurance aims to enable participants to benefit from health care and protection in meeting their basic health needs. Management of drug supplies in pharmacies needs to be done to support services to patients. Apothecary play a role in the management of pharmaceutical preparations so that they must have managerial skills to manage data on drug needs as outlined in the Drug Requirement Plan according to the budget ceiling. Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro Pharmacy is one of the Health Facilities that collaborates with BPJS Health for drug services Referral Services. The development of information technology has made the procurement of pharmaceutical preparations easier and faster. Procurement of drugs can use E-Purchasing through the Electronic Catalog on the website of the Government Goods and Services Procurement Policy Agency. Procurement of BPJS drugs through Electronic Catalogs can facilitate the activities of carrying out drug needs so that patients can receive drugs according to and on time. The preparation of this special report aims to evaluate the BPJS drug procurement system through the Electronic Catalog at the Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro Pharmacy. Procurement of BPJS drugs at Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro Pharmacy uses the Manual (Offline) method, namely making drug purchase packages based on the Drug Procurement List Based on Electronic Catalogs with Form 2 due to operational constraints. Operational constraints in the procurement of BPJS drugs at the Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro Pharmacy have been resolved by visiting the Ministry of Health, the Procurement of Goods and Services section of the Ministry of Health."
