Abstrak :
Sejak ditetapkannya SK Bupati Kepala Daerah Tingkat II Bogor Nomor 440/94/Kpts/Huk/1993 tentang pelaksanaan Jaminan Pemeliharaan Kesehatan Masyarakat Gotong Royong (JPKM-GR) tertanggal 3 Mei 1993, maka secara resmi kegiatan pelaksanaan JPKM-GR berlaku di wilayah kabupaten Bogor. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh peserta JPKM-GR. Pertanyaan penelitian adalah faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta JPKM-GR yang bermukim di kecamatan Cisarua yang terdiri dari 10 desa dengan jumlah 544 populasi dan 110 sampel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah cross sectional yakni untuk melihat hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan persepsi dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Pengambilan data dilakukan wawancara terstruktur yang berpedoman kepada kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang erat hubungannya dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan adalah jarak dari rumah ke Puskesmas, pengetahuan, persepsi dan pendidikan terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Agar pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan lebih baik lagi pada masa yang akan datang, maka perlu dilakukan social marketing kepada peserta JPKM-GR agar terjadi perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik, sehingga pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.
Since was signed by the Residence of the second level area Bogor by SK No. 440/94/Kilts/Huk/1993 that concerned about the implementation of health care for Mature Public Health (JPKM-GR) dated May, 1993, so that it could be done for all entire Bogor. The key of this research is there's still lower in utilization the health care by the participants of JPKM-GR. And then the question from there is what factors could be related with the Public Health care service. Becoming respondents from this research were participants of JPKM-GR who was lived in district of Cisarua, which contains 10 villages with 544 of population and 110 samples. The kind of research we used was cross sectional that is to see the correlation between knowledge, attitude and perceptions with utilization of health services. Data observer was done by the structured interview, which based upon the questioner. The result showed us that the most intended factor in this Public health care is the distance of home to health centres, knowledge?s, perceptions and the education itself to the health care utilizations. To make it sure that the using could be better and better again for the next future, it is necessary to implement something called a social marketing to the participants of JPKM-GR, so there's a hope for changing of where to go, so we could have a Public health care service could be running well.

Banjar municipality's in given public health service still depend on to the balance financial policy, this is because of the limitation of the resource belong to to the city regency it can be seen through the implementation of the balance financial policy hasn't been optimally with the indication of the limitation of the human resources capability,according to the policy. The limitation of the ability in organizing of the natural resources and also human resources depend on the capability of financial statement of the regency it self in carrying out of the local autonomy. The methods of the research used the eksplanation method with the sample selection use the cluster sampling, the sample taken step by step lies on the administration district we can find the public health centre with the simple random sampling. The data is tasted by the Structure Equation Model (SEM) based on the procedure in the methods of successive interval. The proceeds of the research shows that the implementation of the balance financial policy in execution of the dimension local autonomy depend on communication, resource, attitude of the executor and the bureaucracy structure hand by hand or individually can be influence toward the development of public health service followed by the structure of bureaucracy, resource and communication.

Skripsi ini menganalisis bauran promosi layanan medical check up di RS Azzra Bogor tahun 2013-2014. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan data kunjungan medical check up dari tahun 2011-2014 dilihat jumlah kunjungan dari tahun ke tahun perubahan yang fluktuatif serta dilihat dari data perusahaan yang bekerja sama untuk layanan medical check up adanya penurunan jumlah perusahaan yang bekerja sama dengan rumah sakit Azzra Bogor.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kegiatan bauran promosi layanan medical check up di rumah sakit Azzra tahun 2013-2014 dilihat dari aspek input, proses, output. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap manajer marketing, kepala bagian marketing dan staff marketing di rumah sakit Azzra Bogor. Dilakukan pula observasi dan telaah data sekunder dari rumah sakit.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum efektifnya kegiatan bauran promosi yang dilakukan oleh rumah sakit Azzra untuk layanan medical check up bagi perusahaan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah kunjungan yang menurun dan cenderung tidak stabil. ......This thesis analyzes the promotional mix service medical check-up at hospital Azzra Bogor in 2013-2014. The raised issues in this study are based on data from the medical check-up visit in 2011-2014 seen the number of visits from year to year the fluctuating changes and seen from the data of companies working together to medical check-up services to a decrease in the number of companies working with the home Bogor Azzra pain.

The purpose of this study was to determine the mix of promotional activities medical check-up services at hospitals Azzra in 2013-2014 from the aspects of input, process, output. This study is a qualitative research by conducting in-depth interviews marketing manager, head of marketing and marketing staff in the hospital Azzra Bogor. Also conducted observation and study of secondary data from hospital.

The results showed that the ineffectiveness of the promotional mix of activities undertaken by Azzra hospital for medical check-up services for the company. It can be seen from the number of visits decreases and tends to be unstable.

The quality of health service can be viewed from the sides of the health service provider such as hospital or health service center, and the patient as the service user, and the patient as the service user. The quality of service according to the patient is reflected in the patient satisfaction. The patient satisfaction is essential information for hospital or other health service center to design strategy to improve performance for survival under strict competition. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of the service quality according to the patient, in terms of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty, on patient satisfaction. The research was conducted at Dental Hospital, University of Jember from September 2005 to February 2006. The research was applied to the multi-visit patients, who were handled by professional level students. This observational research was carried out by using cross sectional approach, in which data was collected using questionnaire. The sample included 150 people, and the data were subsequently analyzed using double regression analysis on the influence of the service quality toward patient satisfaction. The results showed that tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty factors simultaneously influence the patient satisfaction with R2 value of 0.809. The partial correlation coefficients were for tangibility 0.198, reliability 0.207, responsiveness 0.197, assurance 0.440, and emphaty 0.192. The study concluded that the service quality comprises of all five factors of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty influencing the patient satisfaction, with assurance as the most influential factor.

RSP dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga sangat mendukung Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang telah diluncurkan per tanggal 1 Januari 2014,yang juga merupakan salah satu bentuk tantangan bagi dokter spesialis untuk tetap melakukan pelayanan terbaik dalam rangka melayani kebutuhan dasar kesehatan masyarakat yang layak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan depth interview dan dari hasil wawancara terstruktur terungkap bahwa mayoritas belum merasa puas terhadap pembagian jasa pelayanan dan menginginkan transparansi administrasi keuangan para dokter spesialis, serta mengharapkan peningkatan sarana dan fasilitas yang ada. RSP dr. Ario Wirawan beserta para dokter spesialis sangat mendukung program BPJS. ...... dr. Ario Wirawan Lung General Hospital in Salatiga, very supportive to The National Health Insurance program which has been launched on January 1, 2014. This is one of the challenges for specialists to keep doing the best services in order to serve the basic needs of public health and eligible. Research on specialists satisfactions have give a fairly good result on majority of the research variables. This study used a qualitative approach with a depth interviews and structured interviews revealed that the majority do not feel satisfied with the services division and wants transparency of financial administration specialists, as well as the expected increase in facilities and existing facilities. dr. Ario Wirawan Lung General Hospital and spesialists were appreciated with BPJS program.
