"Penggunaan teknik analisis diagram fishbone digunakan untuk menganalisis akar penyebab permasalahan dari suatu permasalahan pada proses, sedangkan diagram pareto digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang paling dominan dalam permasalahan yang ditemukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT XYZ yang bergerak di bidang industri panas bumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian proses procurement ini adalah diagram fishbone dan diagram pareto. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya inefisiensi pada proses procurement dan memilih strategi peningkatan apa yang dapat diajukan untuk proses pengadaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pengadaan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada 10 karyawan PT XYZ. Terdapat dua proses procurement yang menjadi objek penelitian ini, yakni perencanaan pengadaan dan pelaksanaan pengadaan. Dari hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor penyebab ketidakefisienan proses procurement disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman pengguna, proses persetujuan redundan, dokumen yang kurang optimal, dan sistem yang manual. Setelah dilakukan analisis, peneliti mengusulkan strategi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengadaan.

The use of the fishbone diagram analysis technique aims to identify and analyze the root causes of problems within a process, while the pareto diagram serves as a supporting tool to determine the most dominant factors contributing to the identified issues. This research was conducted at PT XYZ, a company operating in the geothermal energy industry. The methods used in this procurement process study are fishbone diagram and pareto diagram. The objective of this research is to analyze the factors causing inefficiencies in the procurement process and to propose improvement strategies to enhance procurement performance. The researcher employed a descriptive quantitative approach by conducting interviews with 10 employees of PT XYZ. This study focuses on two stages of the procurement process: procurement planning and procurement execution. The results of the analysis indicate that the inefficiencies in the procurement process are primarily caused by a lack of user understanding, redundant approval processes, suboptimal documentation, and manual systems. Based on these findings, the researcher proposes a series of improvement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the procurement process."
