Abstrak :
Peningkatan tren teknologi saat ini meningkatkan adanya kebutuhan akan upaya-upaya untuk meminimalisir kegagalan proyek teknologi informasi (TI). Proyek TI kini termasuk dalam salah satu proyek dengan risiko yang tinggi sebagai akibat dari semakin meningkatnya kompleksitas serta kebutuhan bisnis. Maka dari itu, untuk memitigasi risiko yang ada, organisasi atau perusahaan membutuhkan tim yang memadai untuk menghadapi serangkaian risiko tersebut agar terhindar dari proyek yang bermasalah maupun gagal. Penelitian ini diinisiasi untuk dapat memberikan solusi bagi masalah tersebut dengan mengetahui komposisi nilai budaya tim yang paling mungkin memitigasi risiko teknis pada proyek TI, dengan mengukur pada tingkatan individual. Berdasarkan teori dari para ahli dan praktisi nilai budaya dan TI, diyakini bahwa tim yang memiliki proporsi pada komposisi nilai budaya tertentu akan mampu meningkatkan kinerja tim proyek TI melalui proses mitigasi risiko proyek sebagai mediator dan risiko persyaratan dan kompleksitas dari risiko teknis menjadi moderator. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi lapangan dengan survei 212 pekerja dari berbagai negara dan perusahaan TI. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tiga hasil utama, yaitu; proses mitigasi risiko proyek TI mampu memengaruhi kinerja proyek tim TI (1), risiko persyaratan dan kompleksitas memoderasi hubungan proses mitigasi risiko proyek TI dan kinerja tim proyek TI (2) dan proses mitigasi risiko proyek TI memediasi pengaruh komposisi nilai budaya tim terhadap kinerja tim proyek TI dalam kondisi yang berbeda-beda (3). ......The increasing trend of technology nowadays increases the necessity of efforts to minimize the discouraged failure of IT project. IT projects are now included in one of the higher risk projects as a result of the increasing business complexity and requirements. Therefore, to mitigate existing risks, an organization or company needs an adequate team to deal with those risks. This research was initiated to provide a solution to this problem by determine the composition of team culture values that are most likely to mitigate technical risks in IT projects, by measuring it at an individual level. Build upon the theory discovered by IT experts and practitioners, it is believed that a team that has a proportion in the composition of certain cultural values will be able to increase team project performance by risk mitigation process as mediator, and technical risk such as requirements and complexity risk as moderator. This research involved 212 respondents by field study conducted on various countries and IT companies. The research revealed three main results: project risk mitigation process influenced IT project team performance (1), requirements and complexity risks moderate the relationship between of risk mitigation process and IT project team performance (2) and project risk mitigation process mediated the influence of team cultural value composition and IT project team performance.

Perolehan proyek penting bagi kelangsungan industri jasa konstruksi. Estimator adalah fungsi penting pada perusahaan engineering/konstruksi. Kompetensi estimator dihadapkan dengan bagaimana keterampilan, pengetahuan dan perilaku dari fungsi estimator tersebut. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompetensi estimator berdasarkan tiga aspek : knowledge, skill dan personal attributes terhadap perolehan proyek dan kinerja hasil usaha (omset kontrak) pada salah satu perusahaan kontraktor BUMN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa regresi linier berganda yang kemudian dilakukan analisa korelasi Spearman dan analisa faktor untuk mendapatkan gap analysis kompetensi dominan terhadap kompetensi estimator pada PT.XYZ, yang selanjutnya dilakukan validitas akhir untuk proses pengembangan dengan respon pembuatan modul pelatihan

ABSTRACT
Acquisition project paramount for the construction services industry. Estimator is important function in the company's engineering/construction. Competence estimator faced with how the skills, knowledge and behavior of the estimator function. The research objective to analyze the effect of competence estimator based on three aspects: knowledge, skill and personal attributes for the project acquisition and performance results (turnover contract) on one of BUMN construction company. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, Spearman correlation analysis and factor analysis to obtain a dominant competency gap analysis on the competence estimator PT.XYZ, and then make an end to the validity of the development process with response training module manufacturing.;

Abstrak :
Penelitian dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan konstruksi Indonesia yang telah menggunakan PMBOK sebagai acuan dalam penerapan manajemen proyek namun penerapan saat ini hanya sebagian dan masih belum optimal bahkan mulai ditinggalkan. Banyaknya proyek rugi, schedule pelaksanaan terlambat , mutu yang tidak baik dan sering terjadinya kecelakaan kerja sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan manajemen proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran manajemen proyek berbasis construction extension of PMBOK Guide 2016 terhadap kinerja proyek menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan terdapat 163 indikator dari 13 variabel yang terdapat pada construction extension of PMBOK Guide 2016 yang mempengaruhi kinerja biaya, mutu, waktu dan safety. Indikator yang mempengaruhi kemudian dianalisa menggunakan Importance Performance Map Analysis dengan hasil nilai performa variabel sebagai berikut: - Inisiasi Proyek 6.73 , Manajemen Biaya 8.57 , Manajemen Jadwal 8.44 , Manajemen K3L 8.11 , Manajemen Keuangan 5.96 , Manajemen Komunikasi 6.70 , Manajemen Lingkup 7.69 , Manajemen Mutu 7.99 , Manajemen Pengadaan 6.77 , Manajemen Proyek Terpadu 6.42 , Manajemen Resiko 6.50 , Manajemen,Stakeholder 6.56 , Manajemen Sumber Daya 6.58 . Nilai performa variabel dan indikator tersebut dijadikan indek kinerja proyek yang digunakan untuk mengukur penerapan manajemen proyek. Dan digunakan untuk menentukan strategi manajerial yang efektif agar meningkatkan kinerja proyek, dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya manajemen dengan pelaksanaan manajemen proyek berbasis Construction Extension of PMBOK Guide.

The study was conducted on one of the Indonesian construction companies that have used PMBOK as a reference in the implementation of project management but the current application is only partial and still not optimal even began to be abandoned. The number of loss projects, schedule implementation late, poor quality and frequent occurrence of accidents so that the need to evaluate the implementation of project management. This research was conducted to find out the role of project management based on construction extension of PMBOK Guide 2016 on project performance using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study indicate there are 163 indicators of 13 variables contained in the construction extension of PMBOK Guide 2016 that affect the performance cost, quality, time and safety. The influencing indicators are then analyzed using Importance Performance Map Analysis with the result of the variable performance values as follows Project Initiation 6.73 , Cost Management 8.57 , Schedule Management 8.44 , Management K3L 8.11 , Financial Management 5.96 , Communication Management 6.70 , Management Scope 7.69 , Quality Management 7.99 , Procurement Management 6.77 , Integrated Project Management 6.42 , Risk Management 6.50 , Management Stakeholder 6.56 , Resource Management 6.58 . The performance values of these variables and indicators are used as the project performance index used to measure the implementation of project management. And used to determine effective managerial strategies to improve project performance, and improve the efficient use of management resources with the implementation of project management based on Construction Extension of PMBOK Guide.

Turnaround adalah suatu proyek unik dengan probabilitas perubahan lingkup kerja tinggi, kemungkinan bertambahnya biaya proyek, dan kompleksitas penjadwalan waktu, penelitian ini menyajikan pengelolaan proyek turnaround pada kilang LNG, menyoroti pengembangan kompetensi pelaksana proyek dalam mencapai hasil optimal dalam lingkungan multi-disiplin dan kompleks. Kompetensi merupakan variabel yang penting dalam penelitian ini, penulisan ini membantu mengembangkan standar kompetensi pengelolaan proyek Turnaround untuk meningkatkan kinerja proyek dengan didasarkan pada pendekatan Capital value process yang terbukti handal dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proyek, hasil penelitian didapat variabel dominan dan pendukung yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu, termasuk tindakan preventif dan korektif kompetensi pelaksana dalam meningkatkan kinerja waktu proyek.

Turnaround is a unique project with high probability of changes in scope of work, possibility of increasing project cost, and complexity of time scheduling, this research presents a project management turnaround at LNG plant, highlighting the competency development of project executors in achieving optimal results in multi-disciplinary complex. Competence is an important variabel in this research, this paper helps develop standards competency of project management Turnaround to improve the performance of the project with the Capital value process approach, which proved reliable in improving the project efficiency, the final research results obtained dominant variabels and support will impact on time performance, including preventive and corrective action to be implemented to improve project time performance.

Untuk mencapai keberhasilan proyek dibutuhkan site manager handal sebagai seorang pemimpin proyek dan mempunyai persyaratan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Kompetensi site manager diukur oleh tiga aspek yaitu knowledge, skill serta attitude. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompetensi site manager terhadap keberhasilan kinerja proyek. Penelitian dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan kontraktor BUMN. Pengumpulan data melalui survey menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Pengolahan data dilakukan dalam empat tahapan, yaitu analisis faktor, uji asumsi klasik, uji korelasi, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh 10 kompetensi dominan dan 5 diantaranya merupakan gap competency, yang disertakan dengan rekomendasi modul pelatihannya.

ABSTRACT
Site manager as a project leader and has the necessary competency requirements is needed to achieve the success of the project. The competence of site manager measured by three aspects: knowledge, skill and attitude. This research analyze the relationship between site manager competencies and project performance. The study was conducted in one of the public contractor company. Data was collected through questionnaire survey and interview. Data was analyzed in four stages, factor analysis, classic assumption test, correlation test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study were obtained 10 dominant competency and 5 of them are gap competency, that is included with traning modules recommendation.

Perkembangan konstruksi gedung di dunia semakin kompleks, berteknologi tinggi, serta memiliki tingkat risiko yang tinggi. Namun perkembangan di dunia konstruksi tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan Kompetensi Tim produksi dan tim perencana sehingga berdampak pada keterlambatan kinerja proyek. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu evaluasi terhadap standar Kompetensi tim produksi dan tim perencana sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode analisa risiko berbasis PMBOK 2013 yang selanjutnya diolah menggunakan SPSS untuk mengetahui faktor risiko dominan. Hasil yang didapat berupa tindakan preventif dan korektif yang tepat dalam menangani risiko yang terjadi sehingga meningkatkan kinerja waktu pada proyek konstruksi gedung. ......The development of constructability in the World Increasingly Complex, High-tech, and high risk. Proyek konstruksi perkantoran di Indonesia banyak yang tidak memenuhi target penyelesaian proyek yang diharapkan, serta belum mengukur performa proyek secara komprehensif, sehingga diperlukan penggunaan indikator kinerja utama IKU untuk meningkatkan performa industri konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh IKU yang berpengaruh terhadap performa proyek konstruksi dengan menggunakan metode AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process dan melakukan pengukuran kinerja proyek konstruksi perkantoran terbaik terhadap 3 proyek yang dimiliki PT Aguna, yaitu : WIM3, NPC, dan INDO4 dengan menggunakan metode WPM Weighted Product Model . Penelitian ini menghasilkan prioritas kepentingan dari 5 dimensi, dan 15 IKU. Didapatkan nilai kinerja terbaik adalah proyek WIM3 sebesar 0.340, dan dihasilkan nilai gap terbesar yaitu angka keselamatan dan kecelakan kerja yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk proyek selanjutnya. ......Many office construction projects in Indonesia do not meet the expected project completion targets, and haven rsquo t measure the project 39 s performance comprehensively, so it is necessary to use the key performance indicators IKU for performance improvement of the construction industry. This study aims to obtain IKU which influences the performance of construction projects by using AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process method and performs the best performance of office building project for 3 projects owned by PT Aguna, namely WIM3, NPC and INDO4 using WPM Weighted Product Model method. This research yields a priority interest of 5 dimensions, and 15 IKU. The best performance value is WIM3 project achieved 0.340, and the biggest gap value is the number of safety and work accidents rsquo s indicators that need to be improved for the next project.

Agile sebagai pendekatan manajemen proyek yang menekankan pada kecepatan dan adaptasi melalui eksperimentasi terhadap pengguna dilihat sebagai jawaban bagi bisnis agar bisa adaptif dalam menghasilkan inovasi di tengah pasar yang dinamis dan penuh ketidakpastian akibat kondisi BANI (brittel, anxious, non-linear, incomprehensible). Akan tetapi, keberhasilan proyek inovasi tidak akan pernah lepas dari peran individu di dalam tim, terutama kaitannya dengan perasaan terberdayakan dan perilaku inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari praktik-praktik Agile terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui pemberdayaan psikologis serta pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap performa proyek. Penelitian dilakukan kepada para pekerja perusahaan teknologi di Jabodetabek yang bekerja di dalam tim Agile. Data terkumpul berjumlah 100 responden dengan teknik analisis data SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menjawab hipotesis yang menunjukan bahwa praktik Agile terkait keberagaman tim, pengembangan secara inkremental & iteratif, serta komunikasi agile secara statistik memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui pemberdayaan psikologis. Selanjutnya perilaku inovatif terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap performa proyek. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat secara akademis dan praktis terutama bagi para praktisi Agile. ......Agile as a project management approach suitable for speed and adaptation through user experimentation is seen as an explanation for being able to adapt in producing innovations during a dynamic and uncertain market due to BANI conditions (brittle, anxious, non-linear, incomprehensible). However, the success of an innovation project will never be separated from the role of individuals in the team, especially with feelings of empowerment and innovative behavior. This study aims to analyze the effect of Agile practices on innovative behavior through psychological empowerment and the effect of innovative behavior on project performance. The research was conducted on technology company workers in Jabodetabek who work in the Agile team. Collected data as many as 100 respondents with data analysis techniques SEM PLS. The results of the study answer the hypothesis that Agile practices related to team diversity, incremental & iterative development, and agile communication statistically significantly influence innovative behavior through psychological empowerment. Furthermore, innovative behavior proved to have a positive effect on project performance. The results of this study are expected to provide academic and practical benefits, especially for Agile practitioners.

Abstrak :
Sektor konstruksi Indonesia merupakan salah satu pilar penting penopang perekonomian Indonesia. Namun ada masalah yang terjadi pada proyek-proyek konstruksi, yaitu kinerja proyek tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Pengelolaan SDM merupakan hal yang penting dalam mendukung kesuksesan kinerja suatu proyek. Dibuat suatu hipotesa bahwa peran PMO dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan SDM yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja proyek. Kuesioner dilakukan kepada para manajer proyek di perusahaan jasa konstruksi di Indonesia, kemudian dianalisa dengan SmartPLS dilihat hubungan antara masing-masing variabel. Hasilnya adalah faktor-faktor dominan dalam pengelolaan SDM yang mempengaruhi kinerja proyek, tetapi sebaliknya penerapan fungsi PMO tidak nunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek.

Indonesian construction sector is one of four main business sectors are growing rapidly in Indonesia. But, there is a phenomena where the project performance of construction projects isn`t satisfied. HRM is one of the important thing to support and impact to the project performance. Hypothesis was developed about PMO role to improve the HRM effectiveness to support project performance. Questioner was distributed to the Project Managers in construction companies then was analyzed using smartPLS to see the relationship among variables. The result shows the dominant factors in HRM which affect project performance significantly but the implementation of PMO role hasn`t a significant influence in project performance.
