"PT.X merupakan perusahaan industri manufaktur yang mana sistem proses manufakturnya berdasarkan pesanan (Job order) yaitu industri pembuatan kemasan dimana desain dan spesifikasi produk sangat ditentukan oleh konsumen eksternal (external customers). Produk yang dihasilkan terbentuk atas 2 jenis, Kemasan Bentuk (Fine Flexible Packaging) yaitu kemasan jadi dalam bentuk gulungan atau rol yang akan memerlukan proses lanjutan oleh konsumen yang bersangkutan dan Pengemasan (Packaging) yaitu kemasan jadi yang telah berbentuk kantong (bag).
Kualitas produk hasil sangat memegang peranan penting dalam proses produksi karena fangsi produk yang dihasilkan sangat berhubungan dengan kepuasan konsumen yang memakainya. Proses merupakan suatu integrasi sukuensial dari orang atau pekerja (manusia), material, metode dan mesin atau peralatan dalam suatu lingkungan serta berinteraksi guna menghasilkan suatu nilai tambah output (produk) yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi kualitas yang diminta konsumen. Proses juga merupakan sekumpulan kondisi yang berbeda untuk menghasilkan unit produk yang berbeda pula atau menghasilkan adanya variasi atau keragaman dari produk sehingga memerlukan adanya pencegahan melalui pengendalian proses.
Adanya hasil yang bervariasi dalam operasional proses tersebut tentu akan memungkinkan produk hasil yang diterima konsumen tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diminta yang telah disepakati, hal ini tertera pada standar instruksi proses (SIP).
Ketidaksesuaian produk hasil yang diterima konsumen dapat dilihat dari 176 banyaknya keluhan pelanggan yang diterima oleh marketing pada periode Januari sampai Juni 2002 dan diteruskan ke technical services. Permasalahan ketidaksesuaian ini berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data keluhan pelanggan melalui diagram pareto didapatkan, 43,75% dari jenis bentuk keluhan yaitu miss print sedangkan berdasarkan produk artikel yaitu es krim sebanyak 30%. Sedangkan kasus yang mengemuka pada eskrim adalah eskrim Indo Meiji dengan keluhan; warna tidak sesuai standar.
Hasil identifikasi penyebab ketidaksesuaian melalui diagram Ishikawa diketemukan enam penyebab yaitu Pelanggan, Prosedur, Penjadualan, Produksi, Material dan Pelaksana. Untuk lebih efektif dan fokus dalam penyelesaian masalah perlu ditentukan prioritas penyebab melalui Pair Comparison Matrix sehingga diketemukan bahwa prosedur tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan (PTPP) tidak melalui perubahan komposisi material (Changing sheet) dan pelaksanaannya harus dilakukan penjadualan ulang oleh PPC bila ada permintaan perubahan spesifikasi. Untuk dapat sampai ke akar permasalahan penyebab adanya variasi ketidaksesuaian produk digunakan why-why diagram.
Usulan proses peningkatan pemecahan masalah kualitas produk hasil yaitu untuk dapat mengurangi hasil yang bervariasi dan memperkecil terjadinya penyimpangan ketidaksesuaian produk hasil yang diterima pelanggan, salah satu kerangka proses peningkatan pemecahan masalah kualitas dapat dilakukan dengan cara penelusuran permasalahan dengan alat pemecahan masalah perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas memakai flow-chart.

PT. X as manufacturing industrial corporate in which its process system is based on job order, viz, container manufacturing industry which both design and specification is very determined by external customers, The resultant products formed by two varieties. Fin Flexible Packaging, it is finished package in roll type that will require ongoing process by customers and Packaging which in bag type.
Product quality having important role its process because the resultant product functions is very connected with customer satisfaction who use it, Process as any integrated sequential of workers, materials, methods, machinery and equipment workplace as well as interacting in order to produce any add value from output (products) in line with any different conditions to produce any different products as well, or to produce variation and variety of products, then, it required prevention by process control.
Of course any varied results in such operational process will enable the received products by customers is not suitable with specification having been agreed, it is written in process instruction standard (SIP).
Unsuitability of received products by customers 'may be indicated from 176 customers' s claims brought to marketing within period January through June 2002 and it is continued to technical service. This unsuitability problems based on result of data process on customers claims by pareto diagram is found 43.75% from miss-print case following article products, it is ice cream of 30%. Whereas the leading case is Indo Meiji regarding claim on color not based on standard extremely.
The identification of unsuitable case by Ischikawa diagram having been found six causes they are : Procedure, Scheduling, Production, Material and Executive. For more focused and effectively, then, to settle problem is necessary to indicate the cause priority by Pair Comparison Matrix, so, it is found that procedure of repair and prevention action (PTPP) is not by changing sheet and its implementation should be conducted by rescheduling by PPC if any specification changes is required. Why-why diagram is applied for finding the cause problems on product unsuitability variation to the root.
The proposal an process to increase problem solving with regard product quality is to reduce varied results and to minimize the deviation of product unsuitability received by customers. One of framework regarding process of increasing problem solving about quality it is found by tracing problems by problem solver to repair and increase quality following flow chart means.

"The research show and identify the problem solving pattern and the different between that are used A program and B FIK UI new students on 1992/1993. The research utilized exptoralive-deskriptive design. Samples consist of 67 students, included 27 students from A and 40 from B. Data are analized by deskriptive and inferencial statistic, Hypothesis are teted by t test hypotesis.
The result show 5 (five) problem solving patterns that are used constructively; maintaining self confidence and competition, developing positive perception, not decreasing the pressure by using substantial or expressing the anger, and not deny confrontation and withdrawl. The highest mean from the result is not using problem solving pattern by decreasing pressure with substantional or expressing anger. The result shows no significant meaning between A and B program (0,01, and t=2,36), refused H1 hypotesis, and accepted H0 hypotesis.

"This study aimed to describe find out the influence of using problems solving method towards student's rational thinking ability in economic learning. This study use quasi experiment method with nonequivalent group pretest-posttest design. The study population is class XI students of social study departement, even semester, 2008/2009 academic year. Sample is determined randomly. Experiment class in this study is class XI IPS 2 students and control class is class XI IPS 4 students. Research instrument that is used is rational thinking ability test, questionaire and observation guidance. Hypothesis analysis with test use SPSS version 16.
The study result shows that there is no significant difference of students' rational thinking skill with expriment class with control class on initial measurement (pre-test), there is significant difference of students' rational thinking skill between experiment class with control class on final measurement (post-test), there is significant difference between pre-test and post-test result on experiment class with problems solving methods treatment , there is no significant difference on students' rational thinking ability between class that get problems solving method treatment with class which not get problems solving method treatment."

"ABSTRAK
Peristiwa putus cinta dapat memunculkan perasaan kehilangan dan grief, menurunkan self esteem, menimbulkan distress, memunculkan perilaku maladaptif, gangguan fisik, hingga gejala depresi seperti misalnya melakukan usaha-usaha melukai diri sendiri. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi ketika seseorang mempunyai coping yang maladaptif dalam menghadapi situasi yang menimbulkan stres. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sebuah terapi untuk mengatasinya. Problem Solving Therapy (PST) merupakan sebuah intervensi kognitif perilaku (CBT) yang berfokus pada melatih sikap dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang adaptif. Tujuan terapi ini adalah membantu individu untuk dapat melakukan coping dengan lebih efektif pada situasi atau masalah yang dapat menimbulkan stres dan menurunkan tingkat stres. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain jenis one-group pre-test and post-test design. Pada desain penelitian ini, akan dilakukan pengukuran kepada setiap individu dalam kumpulan partisipan sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti intervensi yang diberikan, dengan menggunakan Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) dan Problem Solving Test. Partisipan yang didapat berjumlah 2 orang wanita berusia 23 dan 27 tahun. Intervensi PST dilakukan sebanyak 4 sesi. Problem Solving Therapy efektif dalam memunculkan coping yang adaptif pada kondisi putus cinta. sehingga pada akhirnya menurunkan tingkat stres pada dewasa muda paska putus cinta.

ABSTRACT
Breakup can cause grief, distress, lowered self esteem, maladaptive behavior, physical disturbance and depression such self-destructive behavior. When there is no adaptive capability to solve breakups, it can worst its effect. Therefore, it will need to be solved immediately. Problem Solving Therapy (PST) is one of Cogntive Behavior Therapy that focused on training the individual to have adaptive problem solving skill. PST can train the coping skill and minimize the level of stress. This research uses one group pre-and-post test design non-experimental. This research also use Beck Depression Inventory and Problem Solving Test as an instrument to measure the therapeutic effect before and after the intervention. There are two female participants had joined this research. They are 23 and 27 years old. The intervention held in 4 sessions. In conclusion, PST is effective to improve adaptive coping style and reduce stress for female young adulthood on breakup."
