"Angka kejadian HIV pada tahun 2022 menurut WHO terdapat 85,6 juta (65,0–113,0 juta) orang telah terinfeksi virus HIV dan sekitar 40,4 juta (32,9–51,3 juta) orang meninggal karena HIV. Penggunaan Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) pada populasi kunci yang berkontak langsung secara seksual dapat mengurangi risiko penularan virus HIV hingga 99% dan mengurangi risiko penularan HIV untuk populasi kunci dalam petunjuk teknis tata laksana program PrEP 2023, populasi sasaran risiko yang diprioritaskan dalam program PrEP sampai tahun 2026 adalah populasi kunci LSL, waria/transgender, wanita pekerja seks (WPS), pengguna narkoba suntik (Penasun), pasangan ODHIV, dan pasangan risiko tinggi (Risti). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) untuk sasaran populasi kunci di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode doktrinal dengan pendekatan deskriptif, subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi kunci berisiko tinggi, dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi program Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP). Instrumen yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara. Wawancara terhadap narasumber di Dinas Kesehatan kota Depok, Yayasan Lembaga Kasih Indonesia Kita (YLKIK) Kota Depok dan Komunitas Aksi Kemanusiaan (Kota Depok). Hasil dalam penelitian ini mengenai implementasi program Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) di Kota Depok mengikuti kebijakan nasional, petunjuk teknis tata laksana program Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) tahun 2023 dan surat edaran dari Provinsi Jawa barat. Implementasi program Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) di Kota Depok diharapkan dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal dan menyeluruh sesuai dengan hukum kesehatan Indonesia.

This research uses doctrinal methods with a descriptive approach, the subjects in this study are high-risk key populations, and the object in this study is the implementation of the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) program. The instrument used in this research is the interviews method. Interviews with sources at the Health Departement of Depok City, Yayasan Lembaga Kasih Indonesia Kita (YLKIK) of Depok City and Komunitas Aksi Kemanusiaan (KAKI) of Depok City. The results regarding the implementation of the Pre- Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) program in Depok City followed the national policies, technical guidelines for the implementation of the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) program of 2023 and circular letters from the government of West Java Province. The implementation of the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) program in Depok City is expected to be implemented optimally and thoroughly in accordance with Indonesian health law. "
