Abstrak :
Pembahasan dalam skripsi ini adalah mengenai masalah tentang pengaturan pengakuan anak yang terdapat didalam Pasal 49 Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan yang menyatakan bahwa Pengakuan anak hanya dapat dilakukan bagi yang orang tuanya telah menikah secara hukum agama namun belum sah secara hukum negara. Oleh karena itu didalam skrispi akan dibahas mengenai pengaturan hukum tentang status anak luar nikah serta pengakuan anak, menurut eraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia dan menganalisa penetapan No. 587/PDT.P/2-13/PN.JKT.BAR tentang pengakuan anak luar nikah telah sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Penetapan ini akan dianalisa menurut Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan serta Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Administrasi Kependudukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan umum untuk studi analisis yuridis terhadap Undang-Undang No. 24 tahun 2013 mengenai kedudukan anak luar nikah dalam hal status keperdataan dengan kedua orang tuanya di Indonesia.

The discussion in this paper is on the issue of Regulation problem of Child Acknowledgement in Article 49 of Law Number 24 Year 2013 concerning Population Administration stating that the acknowledgement of children is only possible for the parents were married in a religious law but not of legal state. Therefore in this paper will discuss the legal arrangements regarding the status and recognition of illegitimate children, according to the laws and regulations in Indonesia and analyze setting No. 587 / PDT.P / 2-13 / PN.JKT.BAR about the recognition of an illegitimate child are in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. This determination will be analyzed according to the Book of the Law of Civil Law, Law Number 23 Year 2006 concerning Population Administration and Law Number 24 Year 2013 on the Amendment of the Law on Population Administration. The General aim of this research to study the juridical analysis of the Act No. 24 of 2013 on the status of illegitimate children in terms of civil status with both parents in Indonesia.
