Tulisan ini membahas justifikasi kewenangan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat dalam menggunakan hak angket terhadap Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. Tujuannya adalah untuk mencari pendirian yang benar atas perdebatan ketatanegaraan mengenai hubungan kelembagaan antara negara. Setelah mendapatkan jawaban tersebut, temuan dari Skripsi ini dapat menjadi referensi dari jawaban atas casu quo pada khususnya dan jawaban atas perdebatan hubungan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat dengan lembaga negara lainnya secara umum. Secara spesifik, pertanyaan besar yang dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah: apakah Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat dapat menggunakan hak angket terhadap Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi? Melalui tinjauan normatif dengan teori-teori ketatanegaraan yang terkait, Penulis berkesimpulan bahwa Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat dapat menggunakan hak angket terhadap Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi.

ABSTRACT
This paper tries to prove the justification of the authority of the House of Representatives, using right of inquiry upon Corruption Eradication Commission. The aim of this trial is to find out the right stance of the constitutional discourse regarding the state institutions relation. After having found it, Author hopes that it could be a reference of answering the casu quo discourses and other constitutional discourse regarding the relation between the House of Representatives and other state institutions generally. Specifically, the question that Author must answer is is it valid that the House of Representatives uses right of inquiry upon Corruption Eradication Commission Through normative approach with related constitution theories, Author gets a conclusion that the answer of the former question is that it is valid that the House of Representatives uses right of inquiry upon Corruption Eradication Commission.
